Bought a TL750 from Bruce. I am from Rhode Island and did everything by phone and email. Very attentive and painless. Only miss understanding was on my end, I understood a Gold Delivery but it was a Gold level delivery but not gold. Delivery of machine was gold level. Gentleman who delivered was exception. Also they worked quick and great to get every ones equipment out before the blizzard even thought I was scheduled for after the blizzard. I am Highly ,Highly appreciative of that fact. And the bucket that they provided with the machine (a GRYB) is so top notch no other bucket is even close.

I want to thank you and your 2 operators from all of us on Bristol Rd in Pembroke. You should be very proud of them and the work they do. The pride in your company shows through your people and your equipment. I met both of you operators tonight by offering them something to drink. They were very courteous and you could tell take pride in their work. I work for a 4th generation family owned marine construction business based in the Midwest and I know it is difficult to attract good people. I can see that you are doing something right and offer a good culture and work environment to maintain good people. I have had a number of interactions with your delivery drivers over the past few years when they have delivered mulch, loam and compost to my house. Cannot say enough about the dedication and passion experienced with my recent purchase. Just before our 2026 blizzard (literally the day of), we found ourselves in need of a replacement blower. Dan held on to the last one while I drove down to pick it up. There was a whole team working feverishly to ensure several customers blowers were assembled and ready for pick up. They even were delivering a Kioti tractor to a customer. Cannot wait to work with this Team for all my future needs and highly recommend them. Their passion is beyond the normal level.

Just want to give a recommendation for smith and sons. In the middle of this blizzard when they are supposed to be closed I called. Dan answered the phone and said he had a snow blower in stock. I made the trek out into the blizzard and arrived. To my surprise Dan Smith (owner) was there waiting with the snow blower. He showed me how to operate it, rang me out, and loaded it in my truck. I got home and was faced with 2 feet of snow in the driveway. The machine in question a 28” Adrien’s deluxe sho cut through the snow no problem and the driveway was clear in no time. We had a great experience today with Chris Jaime at DH Smith in Marshfield. He was so helpful with giving us lots of information on an Ariens Snowblower. He also gave us lots of tips on keeping our new machine working at its best. We are expecting a delivery tomorrow, Sunday before this next big storm. I purchased the Dk 4720 Kioti tractor loader, it was the easiest deal I have made. Price was great and Chris Jamie the sales man was on top of everything quick. Delivery was fast and efficient.If you’re looking to buy and keep things local they are the guys to go to.

Chris in sales and his service department went to great lengths to make sure they have snowblowers available and assembled ready to pick up on short notice before a big snow storm.

Wonderful customer service, very responsive and patiently answer all your questions. Previously I’ve called for paddock sand, they didn’t carry it so recommended another company. This time I needed a snow blower after this storm and had one delivered within 3 days. They could have charged any price but didn’t mark it up from average cost. Delivery driver was extremely nice and patiently answered all my questions. Next time I need to buy a tractor I know where to go. Would highly recommend.

After my tired, worn 13-year-old snow blower broke down during the last storm, it was time for an upgrade. I called Smith & Sons and was very fortunate they had one available—especially the exact model I wanted. Chris was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the purchase, walkthrough, and loading of my new Ariens Deluxe 28 SHO. I will definitely be back in the future for any of my power equipment needs.

Had worked with Dan and Chris in the past for a gravely mower and this time they were able to get me a ariens snowblower a day before the snow storm hit on Sunday. Extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Wouldn't go anywhere else for service and equipment.

Great experience. I was having an issue with my old snowblower that was 30 years old with a storm coming. I called them regarding a new snowblower. I talked with Chris, who was extremely knowledgeable regarding their products. He helped me select an Ariens snowblower that was ideal for the upcoming snow and the usual heavy wet snow that we get on the South Shore. I showed up 15 minutes later and the machine was ready to go. I got a good demo and they loaded it on my truck and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. The storm ended up dumping us with almost 2 feet of snow and it worked like a charm not only for my driveway, but also for 2 neighbors' driveways. Overall it was an excellent experience and I got an excellent snowblower. They also called to follow up after the storm to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

⸻ I stopped by to see if they happened to have a part in stock for my older snowblower—of course, just three days before a potential two-foot snowstorm. Sinead started by pulling up the schematic to identify the correct part number and then enlisted John for additional help. Unfortunately, after exhausting their search, they confirmed the part for my machine was not available for pickup anywhere nearby. At that point, I went into “new snowblower” mode and Chris stepped in, providing all the details I needed to purchase a replacement. They even had additional stock coming in from Western Massachusetts, which I was able to secure. Smith and Sons assembled, prepped, and had my new machine ready within 24 hours. Despite being extremely busy with the upcoming storm, their customer service was outstanding. I was truly impressed and highly recommend them for equipment and landscape supplies. PJ

Just purchased a new Kioti NS 6010, brush hog and grapple from Smith and Sons. I drove 2 hours down to their shop from NH to look at the machine. Once I was at the shop I was treated like I have never been before buy any business. from the moment I walked in the girl at thee desk couldn't have been more accommodating and nice, she then took me down to meet Chris who I had been talking to one the phone. He gave me a tour of the facility. This business is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen. Their equipment and building is so pristine you could eat off it. I was then introduced to everyone we ran into at the shop. Then the big man Dan came in driving his semi. He got out and made time for me. This guy is in jeans and a hoodie, he's well in touch with the working blue collar guys. We discussed the equipment and the advantages and disadvantages to the equipment I was considering. I saved quite a bit of money going with Smith and Sons. After the deal was completed my equipment was delivered by Dan himself and he spent a good amount of time going over all the equipment. I can't thank these guys enough for what they have done. I now have finally started the business I have always wanted to with new equipment. The 2 hour ride down was well worth the trip, and they now have a new customer that is spreading the word on their business and customer service. You won't regret doing business with Smith and Sons.

I recently bought a tractor at Smith & Sons and had a very smooth and friendly experience. They spent more time than necessary on more than one occasion explaining everything and were incredibly patient with me. I appreciate having a local location for future needs that is helpful and available! Thanks to Dan and Bruce, but all of the employees were wonderful and welcoming.

Purchased a Kioti CK2620 a few months ago, which the process was clean, simple, and efficient. A couple of weeks ago I had a one-off warranty issue with the machine. The Team at Smith and Sons was able to pick up, diagnose, and order parts for my tractor, all within a couple of days of me calling them. They were extremely communicative and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening, and was able to turn around the machine on a short deadline as I had a major project it was needed for. I’d love to give a shoutout to Jack and the rest of the team over there for the outstanding service and experience. If you’re considering purchasing a machine or having one serviced, this is the place to go!

Recently bought a Kioti CK2620 from Smith and Sons. From initial contact to tractor delivery, the service was great. Communication was good, the process was easy, and I was never waiting for information or a call back. Bruce Gemmill was great and kept me in the loop at every step of the way from start to finish! I would recommend them for purchasing new equipment or any other services that they offer.

Purchased my Kioti tractor at a different dealer and wasn’t happy with the service there. Had an electrical problem pop up and decided to bring it to this location. The service department tried to trouble shoot with me over the phone and when that didn’t fix the issue they were happy to take a look at it. They were able to find and fix the issue and cover it under the manufactures warranty. Drop off to pickup was 2 days and communication was great, even showed me pictures of wire and where it was grounding out due to incorrect installation at the factory.

Top-noch experience with Smith and Sons throughout my recent purchase of a Kioti tractor. Following very poor experiences with sales personnel at dealerships for competing tractor brands, the attention to detail and customer-centric approach of the Smith and Sons team was a breath of fresh air. Through the entire process working with their team (both the initial sales person that I had worked with and the owner of the whole operation actually spent over three hours with me on a Saturday morning going through everything), I never felt rushed or pressured and they took the time to answer every question that I had - a very positive experience. Following purchase, I had the need for a minor adjustment on the hydraulics that was outside my skill set - they had a tech at my house the very next morning to take care of it, and both the tech and his manager were the consummate professionals. As for the machine itself, do your research and do the math - with Kioti you get a more capable machine than the other “big players” for less money. Couple this with the fantastic support of Smith and Sons, and I personally think it’s a no-brainer.

Stopped into Smith and Sons looking for help with a Kioti tractor I recently purchased at a different, out of state dealer. I wasn’t sure if it was taboo to go to a different dealer for help or service but Dan was extremely welcoming and put me at ease instantly. He took time out of his day to try the implement I was having trouble with on one of his tractors and solved my problem quickly! Dan and his team are kind, professional, knowledgeable, and personable, and his shop is very impressive. Chris in parts even helped me find some work lights for my tractor that they had in stock! I left with a smile on my face feeling like I was a long time customer. I’ll be ready for my 50hr service soon and I’ll definitely be back!

I was on the hunt for a compact tractor for months trying to find the best bang for my buck. After a lot of trial and error I came across Smith and Sons and am thankful I did. Great products and even better customer service. I order 3 yards of loam asked for a Tuesday delivery. The weather changed called back Saturday and asked if there was any chance they could do it Saturday. Dan shuffled somethings around even though they had a fully booked schedule and it was at my house by lunch time. Highly recommend this great establishment
