Don’t waste your time with these guys you’ll get a different price everytime you go to have work done. go down the street and see chuck at Plymouth county they’ll charge you a fair price and it won’t change, bought a tube from them and had it installed and they charged $75, a week later I brought them a tire WITH a tube to have the tube installed (off of bike) and they charged me $70 I call and ask how much they charge now that I need another installed on a different bike ( same size) tire and now they’re charging $50 if I bring my own tube.

Took my baby (the motorcycle, not an actual infant) into this garage and left wondering how the heck Tom, Eric, and Joshua still have brain cells after inhaling all those glorious fumes. Honestly, they’ve probably developed some kind of mechanical telepathy at this point.
Tom runs the place like a biker version of Gordon Ramsay—gruff, talented, and secretly sweet. Eric? The man can probably rebuild a carburetor blindfolded. And Joshua? Let’s just say if enthusiasm was horsepower, we’d all be doing wheelies.
Don’t be thrown off by the MASSIVE BOAT they’ve got outside. No, they’re not starting a navy—they just love big toys. But fear not, they charge rowboat rates. That’s right: dinghy pricing, yacht-level service.
If your bike needs love, attention, or an exorcism, this is the place. I’ll be back the next time my ride needs more than just a pep talk and a prayer. 🏍️💨⚙️
Hands down the best shop in the area. Always on point with the pricing and time they say it will be done you can guarantee they will come through. Been racing ATV MX almost my whole life life and cycle pros has been my best sponsor the entire time! Highly recommend buying or getting your bike repaired here.
Have been going to cycle pros since I was 13. From the knowledgeable and quick diagnosis to the Great customer service and family owned atmosphere. It’s a great experience 🙌🏼 Jazzy and Tom have gone out of their way for me multiple times over the past 3 decades, with many off road machines. Even rebuilt my Waverunner from scratch🌊. Their is no better staff To have than Eric and bubba, both are extremely knowledgeable with any machine.
Thanks again Tom and Eric for the winter tune up on my 03 predator 500, and Bubba for your help with the 06 Waverunner. Both these would’ve been dead years ago without you guys. 🙏🏼.

Went in to cycle pros a couple of weeks ago for a new toy … I was a little in the dark as to what exactly I wanted the staff was very helpful and transparent I left feeling like part of the family … I will never go anywhere else … a very special Thanks to Tommy,Eric, and most of all the Boss …. I’ve bought everything from On road vehicles and off-road vehicles from Cycle Pros . They have stood behind their product and still maintain all of my vehicles. Never high-pressure sales and very knowledgeable about that products can’t recommend them enough.
Worst unprofessional place buisness just ask your town. Reps and police department about all the complaints against cycle pros they are not pros they are Cons this guy has screwed over so many customers he can't recall who is who we had are bikes taken out by trailer
Place is junk. I stopped by to look at a dirtbike and it was all pieced together like some kind of frankenstein. In fact, all of them were.
The guy tried to tell me that one woman rode it and decided she didnt want it, so she sold it. Absurd. It was clearly just pieces from random brands slapped together.
I acted like I didn’t know and he tried to scam me! Thankfully I know a lot about dirt bikes!
Haven’t been to cycle pros in years. First time back and I’m happy with the service. Quick and easy drop off and pick up. Solid people working there. Prices are decent too. Will return for future service on my dirt bikes.
Update - bike was still running a bit funky. Called them up and they told me to bring it on back down. Long story short after some nice conversation with the owner and mechanic the bike is running better and sounds better too. Mechanic even explained what was wrong and gave some good suggestions and advice. Overall 5 stars still would return.
Called for the first time... was told he doesn't know prices and I would have to wait for tomorrow... then I was accussed of calling multiple times and asking about prices, when in fact it was my first time ever calling. He then swore at me and obviously the stupid drunk thinks he is right.. there is no way he is the owner and i hope the owner reads this.. I am from RI happen to close by and actually heard good things about the place.. I was looking to buy 2 4 wheelers one for my son and 1 for me... terrible employee...
This place does what they can to get you back on your bike or on a new to you bike , also gives back to the community . If you're in need of parts or a bike, atv etc.. give them a shot !
Its a salvage yard. All bikes are pieced together with junk parts from all makes. I worked on someones motorcycle which was purchased from here and ive never seen anything like it. Upon visiting I realized all the bikes here are just pieced together, and not even using the right parts. The salesman tried to sell me a honda CRF that had ‘one previous owner’ and it was mixed parts from kawasaki, yamaha, and honda. Scary.
Cycle pros is professional and reliable. Staff is friendly, welcoming and had patience with all my questions. They had a lot of different choices on recreational vehicles and with their patience I was able to pick the right off road vehicle for me and my kids. Would definitely recommend and go there for all my future needs.

I baught my streetbike off tom years back and have shopped no where else since! The best bike/trex shop on the east coast! Tom is always there to help the customers get what they want for an affordable price, not only that but hes a class act and a great guy! Also the team he has working for him are some of the best out there! Went there to purchase a Yamaha raptor 80 for my son I called Tom he told me had it I said I’d be there in 20 min he had it off to the side I purchased it as busy as he was he still took time to deal with me and answer my questions. Just wish the tires weren’t bald for the price I paid but other than that highly recommended
Would of loved to purchase a bike from them , not enough sales people , just one guy walking around like a lot lizard . Had the money to buy the bike cash asked him if he could get me financed , asked my credit score and how much down , pretty much told me “nah it’s gunna be hard “ and walked away. They have a lot of cool toys maybe once customer service improves I’ll do business with them. Not a very consumer friendly place , no one greets you or really takes the time to assist you.
Bought a 50cc moped from here it looks great, they delivered and everything at a great price, the only issue though is my front brake caliper just fell off out of no where 2 days into me riding, you guys offered to come pick it up and fix it, great and freindly service from all of you i spoke with, currently still in the process of waiting for it to get picked up so ill be in touch, thank you so much guys
tom was a pleasure to work with. he fixed me and my fathers bikes for a reasonable amount and allways treated us well. even offered us burgers with the guys. top notch. will be going there today to check out a quad...👍🏻
Never been let down. Tom always takes the time to look for any parts we need, or has a suggestion where we can find it. There's not many local shops left around like this. Been working with Tom for years, would not hesitate to send a friend here.
I bought my first dirt bike at this place and I had a great experience the bike I got was a 2008 and it looked brand new! The price was reasonable and the sales man was very respectful and even helped me load the bike onto my trailer! I definitely recommend this place!
