Had a great experience having a junk car removed from my yard. It was easy to schedule the removal and they were able to come almost right away to remove it! The driver was quick and efficient when pulling the car out of its final resting place. He had all the paperwork ready and the whole process was simple and successful. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

A clear commitment to excellence. This company has been leading the industry for generations. As a kid I remember dealing with the owners and pulling parts on your own. Now it is a different experience they have grown and everything is managed and inspected before pickup but it is still a family owned and operated business that leaves you feeling just like you did when you would pull your own parts and shake the owners hand after sharing some of life’s experiences on your way out the door. Quality and customer satisfaction is immediately evident when being walked out with an associate that brought me to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. The person taking my order also took my VIN number and did all the legwork to ensure that my inexperience didn’t leave me frustrated with the wrong part. I also noticed that they are a multifaceted company that also pays for raw materials all the way to complete vehicles and get this, if need be they will schedule a pickup to get it from you if necessary. Awesome experience would definitely do business again. On my way out of the door I encountered one of the owners who thanked me for my business. Talk about dejavu reminded me of pulling my own parts as a kid.

Wonderful experience beginning with my first call to Kim in the Chuckran office. She was so patient and professional. When Kevin came to get the car he had all the paperwork ready and was so nice. The team made a stressful experience (car dying) into, a pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

Chris was awesome helping me out. He was unable to find the correct part that I was looking for at Chuckran, but took his time and looked it up else and found it. He is a true example of what customer service should be.

I heard about Chuckran because my mechanic had indicated that my truck was no longer viable and ready for retirement. So I called and made an appointment for midweek next. A couple days later, however, I realized that I was leaving this weekend and was going to be be out of town. So I called back to reschedule appointment. I talked to Chuck (is he the owner?) who was very nice. Chuck then transferred me over to Sherri. I'm not sure if she scheduled my initial appointment but, nonetheless, Sherry was awesome! I explained my situation and requested a pickup before week’s end, which was less than 48 hours notice! I begged her for a solid and she relented … then she got it done first thing this morning! I am so happy and I can’t say enough about Sherri! I really hope you have more employees like her because that personality just jumps through the phone and grabs you! This gal likes her job and takes pride in her performance! Because of her, my experience was so rewarding! Please tell her thank you!!!

Posting on behalf of my mom Deborah: I was searching for the perfect place that would make me feel comfortable and at ease when selling my Chevy Tracker. I called several other places but they were big disappointments. I spoke with several ladies (Kim, Sarah, Lisa) and they were extremely professional and kind. I also spoke with Sherrie who helped me a great deal throughout the process. She has a great attitude and was very kind and professional. She made sure the entire process went smoothly. Sherrie is a great asset to the Chuckran Auto Parts team. Even the driver that picked up my Chevy Tracker and put it on a flatbed was pleasant. I went here after an unfortunate experience at another parts place. At the other place, I spent about an hour before they even found the part while I was there. The part came out and it was damaged. I have the opposite experience at Chuckran. The part was pulled and in beautiful condition. You can see their professional operation running in the background with the front end loaders picking up cars and parting them out. Service was great, price was fair. Appreciate your help, Lenny! He even called in the morning to confirm that they had pulled the part and it was ready for pick up. Highly recommend this place for used auto parts.

We here at Stateline Auto Brokers have been dealing with Chuckran’s now for almost 14 years and believe me when I say that we have never had an issue, ever! I called looking to check stock on an item. They called back and had it in stock. Then the tech that pulled it called from his cell phone and sent pictures to confirm it was what I was looking for. I went to pickup the item and customer service was outstanding! They cleaned it up, showed me a few things to install it and put it in my vehicle! Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional! I wanted to give a shout out to the great sales experience and customer service we received while purchasing a used Engine from this location. Brooke was absolutely professional and took time to make sure that the Engine we were getting met my visual standards. They even offered me an extended warranty for this Engine to help comfort my customer with a peace of mind on her purchase. Credit to all who work there for properly documenting and making sure that their Used parts are cared for when removed from an old vehicle for resale. This is a rarity and not seen very often today. As for the engine we purchased my hope is that it does the same thing as the folks there at Chuckran Auto Parts and takes care of the customer. Really happy with my experience at Chuckran Auto Parts. I needed a few used parts and gave them a call—they had everything I was looking for. As soon as I left a deposit, they called me just a few hours later to say my order was ready for pickup. Super fast and smooth process. What surprised me the most was how well everything was packaged. Each part, even a tail light, was wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a heavy-duty plastic bag. It honestly felt like I bought it brand new from a dealership. You don’t usually get that kind of attention to detail from a used parts place. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They made sure I was getting the right stuff and didn’t rush me. I’d definitely go back and recommend them to anyone looking for quality used parts. Great service all around.

Definitely recommend, they might not be perfect but I had issues they addressed them and I won't complain. They are fair, reasonable and work with you!! The number 1* stop to get your used parts from!!
