I called & set up an appointment to have my car removed, Kim & Adrienne were both very personable & incredibly knowledgeable about what they do. I was already impressed & then cue the incredibly prompt, professional & extremely polite tow-truck driver, Alex. It’s one thing if everyone does their job & the entire process is smooth, I think most of us expect that, but all three of these employees went above & beyond the scope of their duties throughout the entire process. Nick went beyond the call of service, my brakes, rotors, brake calipers, brake cylinder, brake box was beyond repair, Nick provided 2/3 days of services and decided to transport my RV for repair, unbelievable results.
Nick not only repaired my RV, but when he returned my RV it was delivered, by him and his crew totally detailed my RV!
Not only repaired, arrived spic and span clean and all his services was very, very reasonable.

This was the best tow service I've ever had to use. The driver was very friendly and efficient. He seemed to really enjoy what he does and was really good at it and I would gladly use their service again in the unfortunate situation where a tow truck is needed.
Nick is the best! Chuckran’s Towing saved me when my tire blew. He arrived within 15 minutes! He helped me by going above and beyond by towing my car and making sure I got home safely since it was the middle of the night. He even came to my house the next morning at 7 AM to replace my tire and he did it during the pouring rain. I will always use his company for any towing needs from now on, and that’s a promise. The owner is a saint and a blessing my sister and I were stuck in Bridgewater had a flat in our tire I’m pregnant and tired and wasn’t feeling the best at all, he came and towed us all the way back home and was beyond helpful with the car and very polite and knowledgeable
Nick is a life saver for sure, my car had broke down at a gas station and after waiting for tow service from AAA for three days I gave him a call. He handled business quickly, arrived to me in about a half hour and dropped my vehicle off in an hour. The Best among the rest.

Nick came out to assist me with my RV when no one else would. Turns out my starter was shot. Then he saw the major problem I didn't even know..... The oil pan had been hit just enough that it was leaking like a sieve.
There are not enough words in the English language to describe the extremely long way this man assisted me with problems I didn't know I had.

Owner personally came to help me get my keys out of my locked car. Even jumped the battery for me after I had mentioned it was dead. Couldnt have been a nicer guy. He was cheaper than other surrounding towing companies as well.

I called Chuckrans at 1130pm explained my situation which was I had a blowout on my F350 and no spare. They had a service ramp truck out to me in less then the specified time, and I was prepared to have my truck towed home. Instead the driver showed up with a Truck Tire and wheel that fit my vehicle. They had my tire off and the new one on in minutes, and I was back on the road. Not only did they go above and beyond my expectations, little did I know their driver was evaluating the situation and planned, prepped, and excuted with exemplary efficiency. Their payment process impressed me With endless options. I don’t say this often but Chuckrans deserves the accolades, excellent organization, execution, and thank you for exceeding all my expectations.

I had a tire blow out on route 495 north in Taunton / Raynham by exit 9 during rush hour. Chuckrans Towing was on scene within minutes and had my car up and running again quickly and at a fair price.
The owner this morning helped me out a bunch. It was raining and windy as all hell this morning and I got a flat tire. I couldn’t find any of the tools required to do a tire change on the side of the road. Not only could I not change the tire but I couldn’t even take my spare tire off due to my vehicle not coming with the kit required to lower the tire from under the truck. Nicholas and I came up with a few good ideas but ultimately he gave me a tow to the dealership we’re I bought the truck for the cost of a google review. The owner is by far the most professional and kind person I’ve met since moving to Mass. Thank you again for helping me today!
