I was recently involved in a minor hit-and-run, and my dealership recommended Pole Position Auto Collision. As a woman, it can sometimes be hard to know whether you’re being treated fairly in situations like this, but my experience here was excellent from start to finish. Chris provided a fair and transparent quote, delivered exactly what he promised, and was respectful, upbeat, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The team did solid, high-quality work at a more than fair price. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Pole Position Auto Collision — great people, honest service, and excellent results.

Excellent work!! I was rear-ended and had back bumper replaced. Chris discovered other parts that were impacted from accident, and worked with the insurance company to have those covered. The car is 9 years old and color has faded, but they were able to match it seamlessly and it looks brand new. I was thrilled. They washed and waxed outside and were able to remove some stubborn stains inside on the seats. Chris is so great to work, keeps in communication, with and delivered the best results I could have imagined. I highly recommend !!

When my car got damaged while at the dealership, they recommended Pole Position to do the body work. Chris explained the process from contacting my insurance company to the required work needed. When I picked up my car, I asked him if I got a new tire; he told me they cleaned up the tires and even the interior of the car.

Had the misfortune of needing body work on two cars at the same time — but the good fortune working w Chris and his shop. Chris came highly reviewed and lived up to it. He dealt directly with the insurance companies (who were frustrating) and made the whole process as painless as possible. Both cars came back looking like they just rolled off the showroom floor — and he even cleaned the interiors. Top-tier work, honest people, and incredible service. If you need auto body work, this is the place.

I went to see Chris a little while ago as I had a small collision which resulted in a part of my front bumber hanging down and because of this, I failed my annual inspection. I took it to Chris for an estimate and he went and fixed the part that was hanging down - the fascia - and didn't charge me at all! He said "It took onlt a few minutes and a couple of screws". How's thet for service? He also refused to accept a tip. He then gave me a very fair estimate on both my car and my daughter's. He does not believe in gouging people which is most refreshing in his industry. I will be back with at least one of the cars. Highly recommended.

I want to Thank Chris for doing an Amazing welding project. He is a SUPER nice guy with a picture perfect shop and Great employees. He said, " Yes, I can have that fixed in 10 minutes." Sure enough, He brought the part out and it was fixed perfectly! I'm actually not from this area but if I were, I would trust him to fix my problems any time! Thank You So Much Chris! Chris and his crew did an amazing job on my car. He is an incredible advocate with the insurance adjuster and fights for all damage to be brought back to original condition. I had several people comment that the car looked like new, and it did! I would not go to another shop and can't recommend Pole Position more highly.

Pole Position Auto Collision is the best auto repair shop around! Chris kept me informed and continually provided me with updates regarding the repairs, answering all my questions throughout the process. The accident left me without a car and Chris set up a rental and also dealt with the insurance companies on my behalf, which made the whole experience that much easier. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his team, their professionalism is next to none and the quality of work is excellent! They are running a scam for older cars honestly. The damage on my 15 year old car was not structural (fender, headlight, and bumper only) and he estimated $8,900 without taking the car apart at all. He did absolutely no work, totaled my car (causing a nightmare for me), and got $2,100 from my insurance company. I am personally fixing my car for around $1000 and it won't sit in my driveway for 2 weeks doing nothing. The only thing I can say for this place is that since the owner does nothing all day he will answer as many questions as you have. Don't go here if you don't have $10,000 to spend.

Had a unique project for the guys over at Pole Position. Chris was more than helpful getting me set up and answered every question I had. Top notch customer service and they were extremely honest and reasonable with the work they performed. Will 100% be back in the future and would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

The guys at Pole Position were great. My car was involved in a hit and run and they damaged my mirror (jokes on her, I got her plate!) Everything was so easy, did most of it through email! Brought my car in and in less that 30 minutes it was all done!

Although taking your car for a visit to the body shop is rather unfortunate. Fortunately these guys take care of both you and your car. Pole position makes the process, of getting your car back to excellent shape, a breeze. Thanks pole position!!!

I recently brought my car to Pole Position after being rear ended. Chris was there every step of the way to help explain the process and set me up in a safe, efficient rental car while my car was being worked on. I was very impressed with how my new bumper came out. They blended it with the preexisting paint color so nicely, you would never even know I was in an accident! If you or anyone you know needs to get work done on your car, look no further than this shop. It’s refreshing to go to a place who actually cares about you and your safety. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Day started by taking my dogs to Ponkapoag for a walk. I thought that my car would make it through some parts of the parking area, but I was sadly mistaken. I managed to pull part of my front bumper off along with my fender well cover and splash guard. I took my car over to Pole Position where Chris took a look at it for me. Turns out I'm need to replace the splash guard and the fender well guard. I would have likely had to replace the bumper cover as well if I wanted the stock clips to be usable. Instead, Chris managed to get me fixed up without the cost of a new bumper cover, all for no cost. Definitely go check them out if you need some work done. Super friendly and very helpful!

I had to repair a family members car after a fairly hard accident into a building. Between a Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning these guys were able to straighten the frame and repair and replace all the carnage! Came out beautiful and like new. Exceptional price, amazing quality. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience here. Eddy was not only very professional but a pleasure to deal with. My car was in a pretty bad accident But when I picked it up it looked incredible. I would recommend this autobody shop to anyone because they deal in a very timely manner too.

Good rising to you all I just want to give my thoughts about Pole Position Auto Body in Canton Mass. Eddie is an amazing guy & owner of Pole position 2 or 3 years ago I brought my car into his shop for the first time ever, my driver side door was damage, when I got my car back it looked like it was never hit they did an awesome job. My second time going to Eddie was on April 25th of this year this time my passenger door was damaged, 2 weeks later May 9th my car was fixed again looking like it was never hit. That auto body shop does amazing jobs on cars that are brought to them to get fixed. I also called one of Pole Position auto body techs (Chris) to ask if he would come and pick me up at (Enterprise - Rent - A - Car in Stoughton so I could pick my car up from Pole Position, he went above & beyond people he brought my car to me at the (Enterprise - Rent - Car) that was not expected thank you "Chris" what an awesome guy. I would recommend anybody to go to Pole Position located at 250 Bailey Street Canton, Mass by the way tell them the "melanated 2009 Nissan Maxima sent you :)

Best auto repair in Canton Ma.. I have been dealing with Pole Position Auto for few years. Welcome to New England the roads are not the best. I was in a car accident with my Hyundai and I called them up. He told me to come down and screwed my front bumper so it won’t fall. He ordered my parts and told me to come in on Monday and will be ready in a few days. He also helped me with car rental as well in Stoughton. My car looked so good, honest, professional, and shared his tips on how on when to clean my car. A month has gone by and my car looks amazing. Many Thanks to you and your team! - Melissa
