I received some bolt on aftermarket parts with no specs, nor instructions. I spoke to Matt through email about this, to see if they could install this for me, as I didn't have the right tools to do it myself. I was able to take it in the next morning. What I thought was going to be an initial look and estimate turned in to 30 minutes. Everything was done right then and there. Every one on staff is passionate about cars, and it really shows in their garage set up, their work ethic, and the special attention they give to your car. I definitely have plans to work with them again.

The Addictive Auto Team is hands down a class act! I’ve entrusted them with three cars for customization ranging from custom wraps, chrome delete, wheel/tires and a full ceramic coating. Next up is lowering springs and who knows what else! These guys are friendly, focused on detail, passionate and just nice guys who happen to be car enthusiasts. I would highly recommend them for any auto customization.

I pulled up to the front door and was greeted by one of the employees. He asked me my name and took control of everything. So easy to do business with them, they showed up to the office/ waiting room. The manager/ owner of the company greeted me,so nice to see the owner is a hands on type of guy. One hour later the truck was finished and I was on my way. Very Very Happy Thank you Matt and your team.

Just a bunch or friendly, passionate guys who really know their stuff. Did 37" tires and wheels on my Bronco with a 4" coil over lift kit. Came out amazing. Couldn't be more pleased with the work.

I emailed Requested to get my headlights and Taillights wrapped in Stek PPF DYNO storm. Matt responded and said will reach back out with a quote. I hear nothing back for 3 days, I reached out again. For another three more days, I sent another email following up. Matt responded again, said the same thing that he will get back to me with a quote in the morning. Next day I hear nothing back all day, I emailed again. After a week Matt apologized and finally gets back to me and gives me a quote. The quote is for a different shade and not even paying attention to my original email/request. I responded and respectfully declined all services. If you are busy and have no time, let me know instead of wasting my time waiting. If you are not interested in doing my vehicle, let me know. I attached photo below of the lack of communication in the emails. I wanted to like this place because it was close to my home but on to the next better shop.

These guys are the best. They customized my 2004 BMW Z4 and made it look like a 2034. Trustworthy, professional and talented. This company is going places!

Matt did the ppf on my Audis roof trim and it came out super clean and at a reasonable price to boot! Super friendly group of car guys that do good work. Can't ask for much more!

I took my BMW in for new wheels, tires and lowering springs. Not only did they get me in quickly for my appointment, but they were very helpful. Communication was excellent all the way down from the owner to the techs. Customer service was fantastic and when I got my car back it was well taken care of and clean, not to mention it looked great when they were done with it. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking at getting any work done to your car.

These dudes love their cars. I went to them to add a Whipple supercharger to my Escalade, new exhaust, and some new wheels and tires. They walked me through the whole process and made it as simple as possible. The owner went further to make sure I could get to and from since this is my daily driver. Couldn't be more happy with the service I've received there.

He explained pricing and was able to consult me on everything I wanted on my Jeep Wrangler. His work was timely and done to the highest level. I will definitely be back!

Matt and the crew nailed it. I have a 2020 f150 and he got it lowered, wheels and tires (summer, winter and racing sets) and did vinyl decals.
