I strongly ask people not to go to this Quirk Wholesale part Depot in Quincy. They do not respect the customers and not stand behind the warranties for whatever reasons. They have very rude and unstable director Craig. I have a FedEx business and was buying the parts for my 17 trucks most of the time from here if they have it for the last 5 years. Recently I had to change two of the batteries with warranty on them on my GMC trucks and the other two batteries for my FORD to pay. The manager Tom denied to honor the warranty on two GMC same as Craig the director. Craig was so unprofessional and does not know how to talk to a customer. I was asking him why they do not do the warranty on the batteries. He said because of so many failures. I asked him the proof for what he was claiming he told me to leave otherwise he would ask security to kick me out! I do not know why a company wants an unprofessional and rude Director not be able to communicate properly to a long time customer. I do not recommend this place at all. If I know the owner of that company, I will change that director before loosing more customers and business.

Ordered part online and they canceled it 3 days later with no reasoning. Now I’m 3 days in waiting for a part that won’t show and yet they still show it in stock. Thanks

Update 9/7/2025- Original review from 2024. Still no response from management-You will not receive your parts no matter how many times you contact them. Good luck getting a response, maybe 1 out of every 4 emails.

This place is untrustworthy. They sent the wrong parts, used parts instead of new ones, and the parts didn't match the website description. I ordered a brand new Ford wheel cover from their website, but the part number on the outer box didn't match the one inside. I contacted them to return it, but they wouldn't issue a return label and even charged a 20% restocking fee. Not only is this dishonest, but the service is terrible. I don't recommend this place.

Ordered an AC hose off of eBay from this Joke of a company to wait four days for them to say they don’t have the part in stock and don’t know when they’ll have it for me. Now I have to wait almost a week for a refund so I can order the hose from somewhere else. Mind you it is over 100° where I’m at and my work truck has no AC. Now I have to wait longer to get my truck back up and running Can’t figure out what they have in inventory

Sent the right part the first time and got us on the road. The harmonic balancer was shot in my daughters subaru, and no parts store carried it. Quirk Parts had what We needed.

I returned a part to QuirkParts over a month ago following their instructions, but I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple emails, they have not responded or processed my return. Very disappointing customer service and unprofessional behavior. I do NOT recommend buying from them until they fix their refund process.

I ordered parts that their website said we're in stock. Two days later I recieve an email stating that they will have to order them from the manufacturer and it could be a week before they recieved them, and 3-6 days after that before they ship them. When confronted they said they had fixed the problem on their website and two days later the items still show in stock.

They are the worst. Very poor rude customer service. The don't pick up the phone or call. They only text. And it's as if they are doing you a favor when YOU are giving them business. They kept saying my order is in process for 4 business days. They wouldn't give me anymore information or answer any question, or at least be kind. Finally, they sent me an email saying they canceled my order because the part was not available. They say everywhere their lead time is 24-72 hours. They took 96 hours to tell me my order was canceled! Another company I contacted before, got back to me the next say. Will never order from this place with entitled customer service who think they are doing you a favor!

Do not buy anything from this company. False advertising on shipments after they confirmed stock never shipped then stated they never commit on any delivery date estimates only but charged my credit card immediately. Never use them! Still waiting on my refund.

They canceled my order 4 times. Every time I got email that shipping address is not same with billing address but they don’t have item in stock. Also can’t buy part online it says contact customer service when I call customer service it says buy part online.

If you know your part number, this site will work good for you. The prices are great. The shipping is reasonable and I tend to find they have parts in stock or available that are not available in stock anywhere else online... Always buy my parts from Quirk and since I live in Massachusetts, pickup is convenient and easy. But shipping is also a great option and is very affordable if you live near this Depot. The communication if you create an account is done through email and you can look at the status of your order to see if the parts had to be ordered. Keep a close eye out for "in stock" on each part that you look up in the system. It will say if it's in stock or if it needs to be ordered. Expect a 48-hour turnaround. If you place an order on a Monday, it'll probably be processed by the end of business Tuesday if it's in stock. Don't even try to contact on the phone correspond through email only and they will get back to you in 24 hours. When ordering parts, read the notes section very carefully to be sure you're getting the part you expect. Also try using the part number and search Google to be sure you're getting the part you expect. Bottom line... Most online stores just because they have a catalog of parts. Doesn't mean they have the parts available or in stock. Quirk parts is your best shot at getting parts that are typically out of stock elsewhere.

This business does not stand by what a business should stand by, they are selfish and do absolutely nothing to resolve issues. My package was lost in shipment and they did nothing to help me. I opened a case against them and they denied any help to me. I had to go through my credit card company to get the right assistance.

This is a fraudulent business that operates on a scale of nothing but incompetence. They try their best to ensure that the costumer does not get a fair exchange of business. I ordered a part from them and they did not get it shipped until a month after I needed it. Then they said that they don't accept returns on the count that Its already been a month. This is outrageous, I didn't have the part for more than a single day.

If there was such a thing as a zero review, this is what this company is worth. First of all, I bought some stripes for the side of my truck passenger and drivers side off eBay, and once I received the item, they were the wrong ones. I closed the items so I could return them but they messaged me and asked if I would cancel it so they could send me new ones. They sent me a new one, but they were supposed to send both sides, the passenger and drivers side, but they only sent 1, and that was the wrong one as well. They sent me a barcode for fedex so I could return the items, but when fedex went to scan the code, it came up as an error. So I went to the post office and sent them back it cost me 31.50 to ship, and now they say they can not reimburse me. So they get their items back, and they can't reimburse me for the items I bought or the shipping cost. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered from their eBay store and the part got lost in mail. Finally showed up weeks later damaged. They issued a refund and shipping label to send part back. I wanted to re-order, and asked if they could ship UPS or FedEx instead of USPS to ensure the part would arrive intact and on-time. They said they couldn't choose a different shipping carrier service; which makes absolutely no sense since we live in a free country and can ship a package with whoever we want. Anyways, I ordered with another company who could accommodate my request no questions asked. I will also take my future business elsewhere.

Can’t get them on the phone, giving us problems on a return in which VIN was required and the part doesn’t match the motor time chain cover (camshaft position sensor)…, I left email after learning via reading a 15% restocking fee. This was a mopar OEM part but somehow it’s incorrect

Had the most frustrating experience. The listing on the website says spare wheel, but the picture shows just a sketch drawing of a rim. I click on the chat and ask why that is. The representative gets the rudest most arrogant tone because I won't provide my VIN. I'm asking why the picture doesn't match up with the description. She shouldn't be working customer service at all. I tired to get her to answer for 30 minutes while she taunted me and talked crap. I gave her several chances to answer and she wouldn't. Why frustrate people for no reason, just answer the question. I'm now contacting the Quincy area Better Business Bureau and reporting you since you won't answer the phone for me either.

Communication could be better is all. Sometimes parts say in stock yet it takes a day or so to be notified that it’s ready. They do a nice job despite that. Their pricing has gone way up but what hasn't. August 26 2024 lowering my rating one star. There are better choices. Call your local dealer and ask if they will price match. Most will because it means they’ll make money. If not tell them you will get it from someone else. Get the name of the person you are speaking with and ask him when he will be there pay before you go in to the dealership. Always works for me. No need to buy on- line unless there is no other choice. They really could be the best and in my opinion are not for some reason. 12/13/24 Still find them reasonable but they charge a 5.00 pick-up charge. what's with that?

I ordered parts online and received only half of the order. The most annoying thing is when I log in to my account it shows the entire order is shipped. I contacted them two weeks later and they said that is how their system is set up and the parts eventually will be shipped but they can not provide any time frame when this will happen.

This company is a POS , worst customer experience ever !! There website shows filter items is stock, I place order and they charged my card for the full amount of the order. I am still waiting almost 3 weeks later for my parts. They have no contact phone number to speak to a live person everything is via email. Now they are giving some BS that they are waiting for the parts from the Manufacturer KIA a damn air filter. AVOID this company!!

You CANNOT get ahold of anyone who can answer questions. I asked if i could pickup the item since I was local and they said, Yes, just select "pickup" as the option in checkout. I did and was given a pickup code. I asked when I was able to pick the item up and they said I would be contacted by their shipping team on when i could pick the item up. 1 day went by and then I got a notification that the item had been picked up. They automatically shipped the item so now i have to wait another 3 days for it to come in. No one every reached out, No one could answer the simple question of when i could pick up the item.

Received the correct items I ordered in a timely manner. Did not have the same experience as most of these reviews. Anytime I had a question for customer service I was able to communicate through messaging on their website. Very happy with the service overall.

I had a terrible experience with Quirkparts. I ordered a "Luggage Tray, Folding - Mitsubishi (MZ314738)" for my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, paying a total of $114.18 including shipping. However, they sent the wrong item – an A/C Compressor Suction Hose instead. When I reached out, they asked me to send photos of the labels and my VIN number, which I promptly did. It's been over a month since, and I've heard nothing back. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and customer service. This was my first time ordering from Quirkparts, and it’s likely my last. I’m still waiting for the correct item or a refund. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. Lastly, don't buy directly from their website. To be protected, find their listings on eBay and place your order there, as eBay offers better buyer protection. Attached labels.

Save your time and money. Customer service representatives are unbothered and rude. You have to pay return fees if you receive the wrong part AND notify them when the item shows as delivered to get a refund. They say they don’t have live updates on what’s in stock and what isn’t. The website will show a part is in stock, but will not notify you on the status. They hold your money as soon as you place the order, even if the item is not in stock. A lot of unknowns and it’s a big scam. Proceed with caution.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered 4 bolts and a strut and never received it but on the statues of delivery said complete and delivered I emailed them and they said they needed to order it from their warehouse. And when I ask if they can change the statues so I know when to inspect my order they literally just copied and past the same thing they told me about their warehouse.

This place is horrible and I plan to report to the Better Business Bureau. I received a wrong part(seatbelt) Returned it on August 31st within the 30 day time frame. I included all necessary items they requested and still waiting on a refund!!!! Everytime I reach out via email they keep asking for info. Interesting the email has a customer# attached. Seems very suspicious. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! My biggest red flag is why can't you speak with anyone?????

I hope people see this post. Bought a part from quirk parts was not the right part. Quirk Parts does not have a phone contact only via email now. Don't even think about a personal contact! Contacted them within the 30 day return policy period via E Mail. They requested a photo of the item/VIN number/shipment method for the return. Provided that information to them. Heard nothing back in regards to this information to move forward with the return. Waited weeks no response. Shipped the item back to them. No Refund. They claimed the date it was returned was outside the 30 day window and took the part back and took the money paid for the part. They now have the part back and payment. a TERRIBLE company to purchase an item from legall action pending.
