I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Period. Here’s exactly what happened: I spoke to a salesperson two Sundays ago. He got overwhelmed with customers and basically left me hanging — I ended up spending 4 hours just trying to test drive a car. The vehicle had been sitting on the lot for months, and all they could say was, “Oh, the best I can do is $200 off.” Then, without even informing me (even though I specifically asked to be updated), they later dropped the price by another $500. No communication. Just shady. That’s not even the worst part. Every single vehicle they showed me was low on gas, and one was literally out of fuel. I helped another customer push a car to get gas and then helped drive it back to the dealership — something their own staff should’ve done. You’d think they’d show some appreciation, right? Nope. The salesperson was rude, read my messages without replying, and flat-out told me they only fix issues after the car is purchased. Seriously? You expect me to buy a car where the convertible top doesn’t even work? DONT try to push the problem onto your customer. These people are greedy, unprofessional, and completely unreasonable. The entire experience screamed of desperation and zero integrity. They’ll do whatever they can to get money out of you while pretending it's all part of the deal. Good luck selling a car that’s been rotting on your lot for 170 days.

Great place to buy a used car. Bought a used Lexus from them last year that had a mechanical issue that was missed. Even after a year, they honored their words and fixed it free of charge. Dana runs a great dealership!

This is a great dealership with excellent staff. ALEX went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car of my dreams a range rover Evoque. They even helped to change my vehicle from Land rover discovery to Range rover despite having signed the contract for the discovery, something which no other dealership could have accepted thanks to Alex's tireless support!! All the other staff are fantastic and the prices are great with a wide selection and stock of vehicles. My sales advisor Jack, carried through on a great car and was professional throughout the entire process. Note: after about two months of ownership, my car has proven to be a great purchase. I had my own mechanic go over it top to bottom post purchase and he said the car was “immaculate and in excellent condition …you made a good purchase on this car”. I went to Avon Auto Brokers located in Avon, and I bought a used Range Rover back in March. It did start off rough but gradually and with patience it did get better. And many thanks to Jack and Manely Chris It was a pleasure working with them both. Jack the salesperson he was very pleasant and patient. But the most important interaction experience I had was working with the Mechanic Chris. My car did have some mechanical issues and Chris with time and patients and most of all the respect he work with me and not against me to resolve the issues. Now my car is in perfect running mode, and I thank Chris and Jack for their time and patients and getting this done and resolving the issue and making me feel at ease through this process.

Fair price and speedy process. Only gave 4 stars because I had to fix a couple minor things to pass a RI state inspection. Overall, I love the car any would do business again. The owner was very nice, he called me up and we had a great conversation after I mentioned my issues. We worked out a fair deal. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was my first visit to AAB and what a delight. The car I looked at wasn’t my first choice but quickly became it as I was dealing with the staff. They were super accommodating with no "salesmen pressure". Tom in financing quickly got me pre approved and a great rate too. Dana (the owner) happened to be at the dealership (1 of 4) and came over to thank me for making my purchase there. He also reassured me if there were any issues post sale not to hesitate calling and he’ll take care of it! I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had throughout the process and I love the car too! Update: I have now purchased three automobiles from AAB and every transaction has gone smoothly. As my very first car buying experience, both in purchasing my first vehicle on my own but also working with an out of state dealership, I have to say, this was by far one of the smoothest processes ever. When arriving first thing in the morning, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner Dana. My sales representative, Ron, was amazing to work with. He had the vehicle prepped and ready for my test drive as soon as I arrived, and while doing so, Dennis in the financial department was able to process my paperwork and find me an excellent financing rate on my first car! I got the exact price I said I would sign for and they didn’t hide any large fees like big dealerships try to do. Nor did I feel forced or pressured into any “extended warranties” or extras that many dealerships will try to push on people. The only thing I must say is that they did not have the title in hand when I picked up the vehicle, however, a variety of factors affected that and based on their dealership reviews and ability to provide a clear copy of the title & transfer of ownership, I still felt confident in purchasing the vehicle. As soon as they received the title (only a day or two later) Dennis contacted me and they had the title overnighted via UPS Next Day Air - Early, and I was able to register my vehicle that same day!
