I stopped by this Bodyshop to ask for a small touch-up job on a dent. Although the touch-up didn’t fix the dent, the staff went above and beyond — they washed my car inside and out and didn’t even charge me anything in the end! I was really impressed by their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend them for their honesty and great customer service.

Outstanding experience! Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job taking care of the substantial damage that was done to my car when a deer bashed up the whole driver’s side. Though ten-years old, the car has low miles and a long life ahead. The insurance company totaled it, but Jeff said he could fix it up for a great price. The car looks like new! I also appreciated how convenient it was to drop off my car and get my rental right at the shop! I highly recommend this outfit!

It was my first time going to Mill City Auto. I dropped my car off there after my car was rear ended. From the moment I got there I felt taken care of by the woman at the front desk and then by Jeff, the owner, himself. He was able to explain my options regarding my car. And he listened when I told him my needs. He fixed my 2011 car so that I can have it for a few more years. This place was professional, friendly, reasonable, and helpful. I am so happy that I found this gem in Westford. Although hopefully, I won't have to be back too soon :) I highly recommend Mill City Auto Body.

I had a fender bender with my 2018 Cruz, my knowledge of car damage is zero. Between my insurance Plymouth Rock and Mill City my car has been repaired without any hassle at all. They took care of everything, setting up the rental for me too. Very pleasant staff. My car looks great both inside and out. It's scary when you are leaving your car with a company you know nothing about, well let me tell you, you can trust Mill City ❤️

5 star review. Thank you Mill City Auto! Jeff replaced my passenger-side fender + headlight for less than 1000. The fender was a second hand part and still matches my cars color exactly. This kind of work is exactly what I needed. They saved me from an expensive paint job on cosmetic damage and the hassle of an insurance claim for an older car. I am grateful!

Experienced my first EVER automobile mishap in 80 years! The damage to the rear bumper of my car was extensive and had to be completely replaced. From start to finish my dealings with Mill City Auto Body was the top of the line! Picked the car up today. Perfection! Exceptional customer service and reasonable and fair pricing. You dont need to look any further than Mill City for your vehicles repair and service needs.

Very good place great work at a fast turn over. U won't go any where else and get quality work like them without paying a ton of money and twice the time. Really affordable they price work to get repeat customers. I found that out getting multiple quotes and I only use them now.

I just picked up my car from Mill City Auto Body and I am so pleased with the job they did. They got the dent out I went to them for, and they even buffed out a few spots I wasn't expecting for no extra cost. They also had the car ready when they said they would. If I could give them more stars I would, but google limits us to 5 stars!

I have been bringing our cars to Mill City for years. Jeff and his team have always provided exceptional service with quick turnaround times.

The paint doesn't match the rest of my car and everything was misaligned. I have to go to another shop and now pay out of pocket for what insurance covered which was the worst job ever. I do not recommend these people whatsoever.

After a recent accident that scraped the side of my car, I took it here, and Ryan and staff provided amazing service. He asked that I bring it back the following week, after a busy period they were experiencing. They took excellent care of my car and buffed the scratches out completely. I was so thankful to have gone to this place of business. From the receptionist to the person who worked on my car, their work exceeded my expectations. Thank you all!

I wish I’d done it sooner, because my car looks SO great now that it’s fixed. The process was easy and took just over a week. 10/10 would bring car in again (though please, universe, no more accidents.)

I had my car brought here after an accident that left my bumper completely messed up. I am so impressed with the quality of the work and how honest and friendly everyone who works there was. I have gone to Mill City Auto Body twice for body work on my car and I will never go anywhere else! Most recently, I needed an emergency repair on my front bumper and head/fog lights so I could have my car pass state inspection. Jeff fit me into his schedule right away and my car was all ready in only a few days! I definitely do not know much about cars, but Jeff always makes sure to explain everything to me in detail, which is must appreciated! Mill City Auto Body deserves more than 5 stars. Friendly helpful staff. Did a great job on my car and left it clean and polished beyond just the repair. Just left off one star because communication could have been a bit better. Found myself calling for updates once a week, wished they would have called me instead! Otherwise recommend this place!

We had to get a repair due to an auto accident. There was a minor miscommunication with a rental car that Jeff handled promptly and with a level of customer service I was truly impressed with. The work was done well and with no run around. Would definitely do business here again.

I just picked up my Highlander from getting repaired after an accident. Oh my god! The car looks brand new. My experience with the staff was excellent and they went above and beyond. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, very polite, and the communication was on point. My car was also ready a few days ahead of schedule with a dent taken out that was there before my accident, without me even asking. The manager was exceptionally pleasant and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!
