hondacarpartsdirect.com is an excellent online store for OEM genuine Honda parts. I placed my order on Wednesday night asking them to expedite my order so I can work on my car on the weekend. They truly satisfied my request.... I received all my parts on Sunday morning. I was pleased with the packaging. Lastly, shipment arrived one week earlier than I expected.

I have bought 2 oxygen sensor which was $97 a piece from them and recieved only 1. And when i contact them , they said they have sent me the items and they don't know where its gone and u can make claim on UPS.😞 Poor customer service and didn't even try to resolve the problem. They could ve seen the weight of the item and weight of the package but they are sorry. Disappointed with their customer service and never shop here again .😞
