Worst customer service you call to do business with them and they can’t release a vehicle with out a plate number, and wont accept a vin number? Hangs up the phone on you and very rude, sounds like he’s been up all night boozing it up. Will be filing a complaint with the DPU

Terrible service, terrible business owners. My car was towed with their company and they were demanding I pay them just to retrieve my belongings. I had to call several times, where one of the employees told me to SHUT UP and kept talking over me. They finally allowed me to get my stuff after several attempts but I still had to pay a high price. If I could give them negative stars I would. They were terribly rude and didn’t want to cooperate with me. This was by far the worst costumer service experience I ever had. If you can avoid this company at all costs.
I went to this place to find out about my car and at my arrival this guy was so mean and rude. He didn't want to give any information.
I asked him why he was being rude to me.
He responded because we are closed.

After my car was towed during a recent snowstorm, I was able to track it down to be in Waltham Auto Tow Inc possession. Upon giving them a call to determine the vehicles location, and simply gain an understanding of incurred charges, I was rudely spoken to by the man on the line. He told me the vehicle was onsite in their yard and provided a total to release it. After attempting to pay by credit card, I was told payment is only accepted by cash, which in it of itself is quite shady. Having no other options, I withdrew cash and made the payment to retrieve my vehicle. After doing so, to my surprise, I was told the vehicle is not actually onsite, but at a satellite lot (this was never mentioned prior to making the payment). After driving to not 1, but 2 different satellite lots, it was clear the vehicle was actually at the initial location.
Avoid this incompetent and disrespectful company at all costs!
I recently had an unfortunate encounter with the customer service department that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The representatives seemed unresponsive, lacking in knowledge, and uninterested in resolving my concerns. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the overall experience was disappointing. I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service for future interactions. As a business owner myself, I am baffled on how this business continues to run, the comments left by the “owner” are completely unprofessional and lacks knowledge on true customer service, this business clearly uses your misfortune as an opportunity to take advantage, business is based off of word of mouth at some point this business won’t be around.
Avoid Waltham Tow!!!. If I could give zero stars I would ! I got into a multiple car accident where my vehicle was totaled, and the police got my vehicle towed to this place from the scene of the accident . When Geico tried to go look at my vehicle they were told Geico isn’t allowed on their property. Verbatim their reason was because “Geico Sucks”. I had to pay out of pocket to have the car removed and hauled away to a location the insurance company could come look at it. When I called this location to figure out what’s going on the person on the phone mumbled the whole time and was extremely rude. When I arrived to pay my storage fees the guy sitting in his chair lights up a cigarette in front of me inside the shop. He then informs me my vehicle as at another lot down the road ! Extremely unprofessional !!

Extremely rude service. Didn't mention on the phone that they were cash only, and charged me $120 to jump my car. Took more than $120 cash from me and refused to give me change. Do not use this tow service under any circumstances.
Please do not come here, prices are pulled out of their behind and staff are awfully rude. Times also are random as m-f closes at 1 then at 2 then at 3 then at any time they feel like they need the money. Staff are also combative and stubborn and give attitude to children and everyone within their sight. Manners were not taught to anyone! If you are in a car crash please ask to get it towed elsewhere
Very easy to work with. We were in a car accident a few weeks ago and the whole process was very smooth and quick. They are a preferred location for Plymouth Rock Assurance so coordinating between my insurance and them was very simple.
These people are thieves. They stole hundreds of dollars of personal property out of my car when it was sitting in their tow yard then they wanted to tell me that I came already and took some things out of my car which was a lie. They said they don’t have a problem with theft they are the thieves. Do not leave anything of value in your car if it gets towed by these people
This is one of the rudest organizations I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with. The person who answers their phone hung up on both my 80 year old mother and me. She needs a receipt for service the end of June and called them a few days after the tow occurred and in over a month can't locate a receipt. They say they are doing a favor to look for it and will call back and then hang up. Truly unprofessional, businesses need to be able to provide receipts even duplicates that's part of normal business practices. This place does not function like that instead they hang up on peopel asking for normal business tasks.
They are professional, they have a job to do try not to forget that. I'm sure they don't care about bad reviews, but if your worked up and they try to give you some professional advice just listen to it. Because it calmed me down, what you going through sucks and may seem hopeless but where there is a will there is a way.
My car got towed into their lot. When I went to pick it up. My dashboard displayed back taillight service. I went to check my taillight and noticed someone had cracked my back right taillight. Unfortunately they don’t keep any records of how the car gets brought into the lot. The guy in the office was rude and basically said I was lying and that damaged was already done. Submitting a claim for the damages. Avoid this place.
Family car was towed to this lot after a minor accident. The folks that work there were very friendly and helpful. After the accident I went to the lot to collect my personal belongings and license plates and one of the workers helped me (provided some tools that I needed by did not have). Also, I called a few times and they were very courteous.
Towed my motorcycle without laying it down on the flatbed. Staff is very professional and let me collect my personal effects after hours. Big thanks to the staff for helping me out in my time of need and working with me.
This place is full of thieves, I had my truck towed the night of 4/9/21, my wife left her wallet with over a thousand dollars in cash on the passenger floorboard, I picked my truck up 4/10/21 around 8 pm to our surprise we couldn’t find her wallet, when we did find it, it was in the center console with no cash in it. It is quite upsetting that a company that is used by the state police would actually steal from someone’s wallet. Of course they’ll beat around the bush and ask if I can prove money was there and yada yada yada. I don’t know what to do, but if the owner reads this I hope you will try to resolve this issue or at least fire whoever the driver was that stole our money.
They really helped me out. I'm not from the area ( live in CT and couldn't tow it home because it was about an 1h and 40 min drive) and it was late when my cars alternate went. I struggled trying to find some place open or would take my car ( lots were full) and they found me a place. I'm overly grateful. Also super friendly staff. I don't know what I would have done.
They're stilling from people, for 8miles they charged me $3,000.00 dollars. I had to call another towing service to get the vehicle out of his yard because he didn't let me turn it on in his yard. Also, they ask for cash only so they don't pay taxes.
Needed to get a motorcycle towed bc I broke my foot (unrelated). Called Waltham auto, had some difficulty getting things scheduled like I wanted but the guy (Charles?) that they sent out to help me was a rock star. Showed up exactly on time, went above and beyond to help me out, did a supremely careful job and even helped me get the bike started! All for half the price I was getting quoted elsewhere!
Terrible, lazy manager. Refuses access to my totalled car until I sign a form that says I've already cleaned the car out. Pretends (?) not to understand why it is impossible to put my signature on this document. Barely could understand through his mumbling.
I'm sorry some drunko gave you some actual work to do. This isn't my fault or yours. But I need the other half of my glasses that's still in my car and I'm not sure how legal it is for you to refuse this request.
The person I talked to...talked to me like I was a dumbass. Like I didn't know he was completely overcharging me. And completely taking my money. Told me he would tow it to my house. When I called for the tow.... He told me then he couldn't tow it on the weekends....by telling....I mean yelling. I ended up hanging up. I called on Monday. They told me a price. Went Tuesday....told me a conoeltely different price. Then took their time towing it to my house ( two days after I paid them) oh.....and they towed it to my house on the damn weekend.... Such jerks! Have no clue what customer service means.
Super rude. They don't care about anything but taking your car, and money. Tow driver wouldn't even look at me. They wanted to charge me $120 to tow my car to my house instead of their yard. Fyi ur insurance reimburses you. They just want more money for storing your car. Pilgrim is the best. Super understanding for all your needs.
Awful service. Needed to pickup a car that had been towed and they wouldn’t let me authorize someone else to pick it up (incredibly rude and didn’t provide any justification for this). Also when I got there they decided to THEN let me know it was cash only (he claimed he had told me over the phone but as someone who literally never carries cash around, I certainly would have remembered that). They definitely have card machines considering they do hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of mechanical work, not sure why it’s so difficult to use that for a tow fee. Anyway. My car was also at their “other lot down the street” and “the guy would meet me down there” to get it out which took about 15 minutes for him to show up (maybe he got some coffee on the way idk), and that guy was actually less rude. But the overall experience took way longer than necessary and they made 0 effort to provide even below average customer service. I’d recommend Ramsey’s instead, I don’t think any of these joints are perfect but I had a much better customer service experience over there.
