I buy my gas here because the price is always the best and the service is great while you're waiting for them to fill your tank they wash your windows hardly anyone does that anymore! I have to add that the owner always has American flags along the property.
horrible people. didn't even use this service just casually driving down the road in waltham/Newton and a truck cut us off, we let him go as soon as we realized he was going, he then used the lights in the back of his truck to flash us and we were confused on why, so we drove up next to him and he just gave us the finger so we just kept driving. he then caught up to us so i rolled down my window and tried explaining that we were trying to let him go and he just started making really strange derogatory sexual remarks and hand gestures. super weird especially for someone who's driving in a company car. dude needs to get a real job or take up some therapy sessions for real. he's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
My review may change if they pay for the damage they made to my vehicle. They did respond quickly to a call I made to a care coverage like AAA. They came to remove a flat tire and put my spare tire on. However the service person did not properly set up his jack and ended up damaging my vehicle. I am still waiting for them to pay to get the damages repaired either thru their insurance or directly. This is taking much longer than it should.
Absolutely horrible experience, just got a flat tire on the side of the road and one of their drivers saw me and pulled over and asked to help I just needed a tire changed. I said I was a AAA member but he said he couldn’t take my card unless I called in so I called into AAA as soon as I come back, with the case number for him, he says he has another call and then leaves me stranded in the middle of the highway over a job that would’ve taken five minutes..
I asked for premium like I always get, the sticker on the fuel door says premium only and they filled it with regular. Avoid this place if you require premium fuel and care about your engine.
Pro Tech service was excellent.I had a flat tire today, called AAA, and the tow truck from Pro Tech was dispatched immediately and put the spare tire on. Driver Anderson G. was excellent, very efficient and courteous. Thank you Anderson and Pro Tech.
Since this is a full service gas station, I asked the attendant to fill my tank with premium fuel (as recommended by the manufacturer). After he was finished filling the tank and handed me the receipt, I noticed it showed the price for regular gasoline.
When I asked him if he had used premium, he said no. I told him that my vehicle uses premium gasoline. He looked at the gas cap and saw that I was correct and laughed. While he admitted that I was right, he offered no apology.
I drive a $120K vehicle. The last thing I need is for something to go wrong due to this gas station's negligence. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.
The roadside service was issued from the credit card. Shortly after, the car worked again so I tried canceling the service but the website wouldn't let the user cancel it. The towing driver ultimately canceled the service upon hearing my situation but the charge appeared anyway on the card even though the car wasn't towed. At the end, I received a charge for towing even though the car wasn't towed. Whether it's through AAA or credit card, please consider that they have questionable credibility and explore other options.
Horrible horrible experience. Called through triple aaa. Driver Rubin was rude and uncooperative. They demanded extra payment on the spot and then refused to tow my car when I tried to call triple aaa to confirm policies regarding tow payments. Would not recommend.
Great service, Jonathan showed up in less than 20 minutes after I blew out a tire on my Maserati from a pothole. He was careful with my car which is very low and easy to scrape on a flatbed while being efficient and friendly.
Car was stuck in park, couldn’t get it in neutral. Were able to put skates under the wheels and was safely able to pull my car onto the flatbed. It took a lot of hard and careful work to get the job done. What a lot of other towing companies wouldn’t/couldn’t do, these guys did it perfectly.
Used through AAA. Tech was at Alewife and had car open within 30 minutes of original call. Took 2 minutes to open my car to retrieve my keys. Solid effort!
Marvin N. was prompt in showing up and quickly dealt with my battery problem. While he ran the battery test, he explained how to avoid the problem in the future, including what wrench to use, how to cover the terminal to prevent other problems, etc. He changed the battery after reminding me it was under warranty, so I had a better performing battery in ten minutes or so—all before the rest of my family had even woken up.

They saved me AAA service was horrible. Finally they sent Pro Tech towing. Jefferson was driver. The nicest most helpful guy and a great driver too. I live over an hour from Cambridge where I had the car trouble I felt totally safe and secure ! Bravo for Jefferson and Pro tech
I was sent this company for a roadside assistance. They called to say they would be there in 30 to 45 minutes and my husband told them the car was at a dealership and needed to be sent to another dealership They said they couldn’t take the car off the lot and my husband told him he had the keys and he would move the car to the street. They agreed, about 30 minutes goes by and they still hadn’t moved from the location. They called back and said they weren’t coming to get it. They would come tomorrow because they can’t move the car off a lot while it’s closed. I explained to them that my husband was there and already moved the car to the street. They said OK they would notify the driver. I got a text saying the driver was there and there location was no longer available for us to see. My husband called back they said they were too busy and we were too far they wouldn’t be coming! How rude how unprofessional. It’s literally your job!!! It looks to me like they accepted the tow and are still trying to get paid for it. I will be making A complaint with AAA
Brandon was prompt, polite, professional and a very pleasant man. Brandon kept me informed about what he was doing at all times. I was going to place my new registration sticker on my license plate at about the same time that Brandon arrived. So he kindly removed my old ones and placed on the new one. Now that is really going above and beyond! God Bless him!

I didn't use them for towing, but since it sounds like calling about a complaint won't do any good I'll just post it here. One of there drivers was in a NH town, pulled over on the side of the road (not picking up a car). I'm driving and was about to go by him, when he suddenly pulls out with no directional and almost hit me!
Got a pickup through Chase a roadside.
Get an estimate when he’ll be here.
Shows up 20 minutes early gives me a call, which I missed. I call him back two minutes later. No response. Call the dispatch center: “Sorry he left”. “The car wasn’t there”.

I called back twice and the driver finally showed up. He was a nice guy and got my car towed. I'll give 3 stars in the end. Why did I have to get angry on the phone to get a tow? Not sure.
Our insurance tasked out Pro-tech to help us with roadside assistance. The reaction time was so minimal it was barely existent. The gentleman was very happy to help us identify the problem and get us back on our way in minimal time, all while being pleasant and thorough. We were very impressed all around with our service.
Had this company towing my car after a flat tire in April. They picked up the phone and sent someone which I appreciate. What is weird is that on the call they said $150 fee plus $7.50 per mile, but when the truck driver got here, he asked for $199 start fee and $7.50 per mile. Been waiting in the cold for long I didn't want to argue, but asked him to give me a receipt, which he was reluctant to, after I asked again, he said he'll leave it in my car when he drops off my car, which I didn't find. Recently saw another towing business(Watertown Towing) in action, got curious and asked about their price, confirmed that I was definitely screwed.
Unbelievably bad towing company. I had transmission issues in an INCREDIBLY dangerous location, and was made to wait for over 3 hours while the dispatcher fed us repeated lies about how the driver was "just down the street." I then gave the driver explicit instructions on where to place the vehicle. These instructions were completely disregarded, instead placing it in my neighbors parking area. Call ANYONE else.
Pro-Tech answered the phone promptly and had a flatbed to me within 10 minutes of my initial call. I drive a classic Porsche and the truck driver, Nelson was extremely careful and efficient loading it up. He gave me a ride home and even helped me maneuver the car into the garage. Thank you Nelson and the rest of the team for your professionalism!
Today was a terrible day for me. My best friend had a medical emergency and was taken to the hospital. I found his car, but it was far away from home and I couldn't get anyone to drive it. I was alone, it was dark and cold. AAA couldn't find a driver that was willing to help me until Pro Tech and Jason answered my call. Thank you, thank you so much for coming to get me and take me home. Jason was very kind and professional. The car is home safely. You made a really, really bad thing so much better.
We had the best. service. EVER with Raymond! He was so genuine and so kind and made a negative car experience an extremely positive one. His optimistic outlook and good energy was contagious, and was so knowledgeable about cars. He even taught me how to change a tire! Can’t say enough good things about him. Will definitely be calling again if I have more car trouble. 6/5 stars!
After spending 3 hours waiting in NH on another tow service through AAA a pro tech driver pulled up to drop off a different car. After explaining my situation the driver called his boss and told me to call back AAA and chance my tow to them. After going back and forth with multiple phone calls the tech was extremely patient, taking, and making multiple phone calls to help me out. He was a pleasure to work with a great help to me in my time of need. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
I went to an appointment and came out and couldn't start my car, so I called AAA. First AAA sent a battery guy who determined that it was my starter, not the battery, so I called again for a tow. I was 30 miles away from home and wanted my car to be towed to an auto shop in my town. Pro-Tech Towing and Recovery arrived before the ETA that AAA had given me. Kyle, the tow truck operator, first tried to start my car, but was unable to, so he towed my car to my mechanic and then drove me home, a few blocks farther. As soon as I got home, I realized that I had left my house key (which was on a different ring than my car key) and couldn't get into my house. (I couldn't walk back because I have a problem with my foot.) By this time, it was beginning to get dark and the auto shop was closed. I told Kyle not to worry and that I'd call a friend and go back for my key when the auto shop opened in the morning. He drove away, but came back about 10 minutes later with my house key, UNASKED. This turned out to be a lifesaver for me because my neighbors were away and I didn't have many local friends' numbers on my phone, which by this time didn't have much charge left anyway. I was never so impressed in my life! This was by far the best towing experience of my life! Highly recommended.
