I called Onsite Auto to schedule a diagnostic, and before I could even explain the problem, I was told, “This isn’t a good fit for us.” When I tried to clarify, the response was repeated: “Again… it’s not a good fit.”
Extremely unprofessional. Their website advertises auto repair, but they seem highly selective—even for basic diagnostics. Very disappointing customer service.
As a female, I'm always very hesitant on trusting mechanics, simply because of past bad experiences. I was on the search for a trust worthy auto shop and can confidently say Onsite Automotive Services is as honest as they get. I had a downward 02 sensor replaced here back in March. They made sure the car diagnosis was accurate and did not try to add any other additional fees/services (like other shops do). They were able to take our car in the same day and fixed the issue. I called them again yesterday with a question regarding some dashboard lights. Without hesitation, they provided me with guidance and explained what was going on, with no benefit to them. It's rare to have that type of genuineness these days, so thank you for being reliable and honest with your customers!
I was referred to John / Onsite Auto by a friend and family member. The service was very quick & affordable. John was very helpful, and he is only interested in doing what's best for the customer (he does not try to oversell or push unnecessary repairs, unlike some dealerships).

As usual the initial diagnosis of what needed to be done on the vehicle was very accurate. The job was estimated to take just over a half of a day and that was spot on. Onsite's service has always been great and I will continue recommend them to everyone that asks me about servicing their vehicle. You can trust them 100%. Update 8.4.24. I have continued to bring my Acura to OnSite and I cannot recommend them enough. They are so honest and do fantastic work. Very reasonable. Don’t go to a dealer if you have the option, you will do much better financially and get an honest estimate if you bring your vehicle here. Update 11.20.24. My 2010 Acura needed a new water pump and timing belt. This was the first big repair I needed and was ready to trade her in! I was afraid of what it might cost. The cost was extremely reasonable for the amount of labor it took to repair it. It's ready to go for another 50000 miles with the help if on-site. I highly recommend on-site. Honest and fair and they fix things until they are perfect!!!!!
As always, I received excellent service at Onsite Automotive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great pricing and ease at making an appointment.

John goes above and beyond!!! Just as I arrived home a Relative called and was having car trouble. I recommend John. They dropped off their car that day and it was completely fixed by 11 am the next day!!!
I brought my car in to have the oil changed and have the brakes inspected because of an unusual noise when stopping the car. I asked John if he or Gary could test drive the car and make sure that there was no issue with my brakes. As always, they checked out the situation and advised that all was good and there was no need to have any further work done to the braking system.
The bottom line is that I can trust Onsite, John, and Gary to be forthright about their findings and give me an honest opinion regarding my concern. I've been to other shops that aren't always telling me the true story but only looking to make some extra money off me.
Jon and Gary are just amazing. Fast, friendly, efficient, and best of all, affordable. They know what they're doing. I've been a customer for 20 years, and both my husband and I have never had anything less than stellar service, no matter how odd the problems seemed to us.
I have been an Onsite Automotive Service customer for the last 10 years. The quality of service and competence of the staff has been uniformly top rate. The prices are certainly competitive, and John will bend backward to accommodate urgent repairs. I cannot recommend Onsite highly enough.

Finding a good mechanic is harder than finding a good doctor. Now that I have found John, he is the only mechanic who works on my cars. Reasonable prices, highly skilled, honest, and a nice guy - not sure that there is anything else you could want in a mechanic.
Recently, another great experience at Onsite. Muffler issues and instead of replacing the entire exhaust, which would have cost several hundred, John took the time to cut and weld in new pieces. As good as new and less than $200!
I've been taking my truck to John for 8 years now. Always quality work. I came here because the last guy didn't communicate with me. John calls before he starts and offers an honest assessment. The work is always top quality and he goes over the work performed when I come to pick it up.
John (and Gary) provide fantastic service and almost always go above and beyond. I think what's great about this place is how trustworthy they are and willing to tell you the bad but also the good! I've never been anything but satisfied with my service here and highly recommend it.
I have always felt very uncomfortable with car places - always feel like they are dishonest. Taking the car to the dealer was ALWAYS stressful, telling me I needed things I did not. Onsite Automotive / John French and Gary are the very first time that I actually trust a mechanic is telling me the truth. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone (and I do).
I think you need to trust who ever is working on your car and feel that they are honest in their diagnosing. I never question what I'm told is wrong or not wrong with my car. Onsite Automotive definitely is a company that works with the highest level of integrity. I look forward to continuing to have my car serviced at Onsite!
