It's auto parts store similar to autozone, o'reilly's, or any other. I'm giving it four stars because when I stopped in they happen to have one radiator left that fit my 1993 Geo Tracker, a part that I've been looking for everywhere on the internet and in local shops and that nobody had. Thanks for saving me from my stupid mistake of having been stingy on the antifreeze ;-)))

I cannot express how helpful these guys were. Enock, Michael and Ceasar really helped me out when my car died. Full story: I had bought a battery from Advanced Auto Parts 18 days prior to today. On my way home from training at the Cape, my car died and I walked it the last quarter mile to their shop; rip roaring mad that my new battery died within 18 days. They sent Enock out to come check and confirm their suspicions that it was the alternator. I had said that I bought and replaced the alternator in Sept 2024, 9 months ago. Ceasar confirmed that when I bought the alternator while in PA, that it was likely a rebuilt part, and Enock worked with me to call and get the invoice number from the Wellsboro PA Advanced Auto Parts to confirm that my part was still under warranty. They all worked so hard and in the end it only cost me $9 more to get a more worthwhile part than what I had purchased out of state. All their hard work and effective diffusing of my irate mood not only made me feel happy about purchasing other things I needed there today, like wiper blades, but also have effectively given them a customer for life; for as long as they work there. Enock personally got in his own vehicle and followed me to the Midas across the street to speak with them about a cost efficient and speedy installation; as well as to ensure that I made it safely. This is the type of customer dedication that you dont see often in places anymore.

Anthony and Jordon assisted me yesterday in selecting the correct wipers for my Subaru - and then installing them for me outside (it was a beautiful day...). So grateful for their help! Good guys all around.

The woman that I dealt with was awesome she went above and beyond to help me and she actually came out to my car and checked the windshield wipers and took apart the part of the windshield wiper that sprays the fluid to see what the problem was. Great service

Lawrence is the best! He is the sole reason I’m giving a five star. I went in to get a replacement battery today, he was nice and friendly, very helpful and responsible. First battery did not work out, and he got another new one, made sure it was able to run for a few minutes before he charged me. I was there for a long time, but it’s not because of him; in fact he was doing 2-3 people’s jobs at the same time, and he did not show even a tiny sign of impatience. Really hope he can get a raise or promotion or a big bonus soon, because he deserves it!!

Pretty good deals, some markdowns, got a good scratch remover kit, half price. Didn't have visor clips, bummer, and the cashier said the weirdest thing, I had $5 speed perk bucks, you earn by spending money, and when I went to use it, he said," that's a scam". ?? So confused, I said, I earned it by spending money, what's the scam? Bizarre..

Natick store is terrible. Today, I had a terrible experience at this store. My car battery needs an immediate replacement and so I placed an online order for a store pickup and installation at the store. Before heading to the store, I did also call the store and confirmed with them whether they'd be able to install the battery, and they said "Yes". so I went to the store to pickup my battery and requested them to install the battery. The guy seemed to be like a slacker and was not at all willing to install my battery and had behaved extremely rude and aggressive in such a away that he'd even kill me. so I returned my battery immediately. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. I would like to escalate this matter to the store manager and have them take action on this.

Today my daughter went to Advance to get help with her battery. Conner (Asst Mgr) was awesome. He answered all her questions and installed the battery correctly. He showed her how to check her fluids, change a fuse, and how to use her battery charger. As a parent, I really appreciated the help that he gave her and the patience he showed when explaining everything to her. Thank you Conner

Today I went into the auto parts store looking for something to shield my car from the Sun. As I was looking a gentleman named Xavier came over and asked me if I needed any help with anything I could just ask him. They only had one of the items and I needed another one and without hesitation Xavier ordered a second one from a different store for me to pick up at a later date. Also a few days ago when I was in the store another employee was really helpful and gave a suggestion on how I could find a little clip I needed for my vehicle and sure enough I ended up finding it. So far my experience is at the store have been great.

There is a reason this store only has a rating of 3.4 as of 4/2/22. Today, Matt refused to accept my return. No problem noted with the items. Just refused. And Matt tells me he is Management! I bought several items in the Maynard Store a few days ago for a brake line job. I asked there whether the parts were right. They changed out my couplers for another brand that seemed a better fit. When I finished the job I had some parts left over, as expected. This Natick store refused to accept the coupler return. The item is brand new and worth about $3. Just refused. I told him the story. Nope. Not at this store. No suggestion of store credit even. I asked whether I had made a mistake in my purchase, somehow goofed, like the error was mine. He said no but I would have to drive to Maynard to do the return. That is quite a drive. With gas, I would be losing money. Of course I found this upsetting. And it showed. I suppose I frowned and contemplated his obstinance and unreasonableness. But then I tried a different tack to cut my losses and asked to just return the rest. Matt refused, flat, deadpan. I asked if there was anything wrong with the rest of the return I was trying to make and he agreed there wasn't. He did helpfully offer that he just didn't like my attitude. WOW! It took me a few seconds to register that one. Seems like I work for him, not him for me. Actually, I was ready to challenge him to a dual. There really was some electricity in the air. But I am old enough to realize that with my wife waiting, it was best to stand down and move on to other approaches. For the district manager of Advance Auto: Please send Matt to to customer care school and teach him a little anger suppression. Also, talk to your chirpy employee who writes owner response here. They need to read what they are responding to. My items were eligible for return. Unless I suppose the return policy stated "except where the store clerk does not like the customer's attitude." And give me my $30 for the return. For everyone else: I have never had this kind of problem with Amazon. No one tells me they don't like my attitude, after a little probing. In fact when I run up against something with the automated return process, the customer service agent usually says dispose of the item as you please, we will refund the amount you requested, and please accept our apologies. Finally, is there anything else we can do to keep you shopping with us? So yea, this store, and Matt, the manager, in particular suck. Take a look at the Maynard store. Way higher marks, Way nicer people. But how can Advance Auto let this store continue to perform so poorly? It ought to be shut down. Or make it self service. Do something that doesn't come down to whether they like my attitude on any given day.

Staff refused to assist with installing wiper blades due to “snow storm” when the snow accumulation stopped hours ago. Reason was “not enough staff” and there were three staff members standing behind the counter and not another soul in the store. Awful customer service and gave advanced auto parts a bad name.

I understand there is a labor shortage, but COME ON, hire people who actually KNOW about cars to work up front! I have purchased replacement batteries for my smart key before. At Auto Zone, it’s been quick and easy. Here at Advance Auto Parts, it takes 2 dudes to damage the casing with an oversized screwdriver cuz “they have to see the battery”?? After I ALREADY told them the size number that I needed??!! I even showed them the page straight from the OWNERS MANUEL and these 2 numbskulls still think they were in the right to destroy my smart key!! Inexcusable service... And the guy with glasses put back the battery on backwards... USELESS!! I ended up driving to Auto Zone to get a new battery, cuz they were sold out of the size that I needed! Just let this store close down already....

Drive all the way from acton, And find out they are close ! Very upset 40 min drive and find out they close at 7 I got here at 8 google shows they close at 9 It’s not that hard change the hours on google I own 2 business…

Awful experience. Was sold two of the wrong products by a young guy, even when I asked questions and was clear with why I needed. I wasn’t told that the products couldn’t be returned after opened, even with a 2 year warranty. When I went in today to explain my situation, the woman at the counter was extremely rude and judgmental. I wish I would’ve know before that there is no customer service here before I walked in and I definitely won’t be returning. I’ll take the extra trip to autozone. And I recommend everyone else do too.

I wanted to say THANKS to the store and Grayson. During the past weekend Natick Rt. 9/27 store Sunday Nov. 9, 2020 he helped with a parts order for my pickup truck. Can't say enough to appreciate. Going to definetly come back keeping the GMC Sierra in top-condition.

Sorry I didn't read the previous poor reviews before going there. Usually use Auto Zone on Rt. 9...will definitely go back there in the future. Lazy...used Covid for an excuse....poor customer relations..... type of business that won't be around much longer.

The store needs to get it together with who they hire because they unfortunately do not know how communication works. Michelle who claims to be the store manager is a complete power tripper, extremely unprofessional, does not care to follow policy when assisting those who are looking to confirm the availablity of parts in the store, and disgustingly disrespectful to employees. She should be replaced and learn that she is not the only Human Being that exists.

Battery died after 4 months and Advance Auto Parts refused to honor the warranty. They said they couldn't find the record of the purchase and I didn't have the receipt. Save your receipts!!!

Got a new battery online, was incorrect fit but with the help from Scott everything was fixed and he went the extra step to correct the pricing on receipt for correct battery.
