This is a SCAM! do NOT go here They held my car for 2 weeks and returned it more broken than how it arrived! My care was hit by a tree and had body damage, so I brought it to coach & carriage. They had it for 2 weeks. They took my car apart, the side bumpers and rubber membrane that insulates the doors. They broke the clips to put it back on. They quoted me for 14,000 for the repair, a ridiculous price for only minor cosmetic damage. So I asked for my car back. They returned the car with the bumper detached and the insulation not existing. After 2 weeks of holding my car they returned it worse than before. They refused to put it back togeather and told me accounting to the paper they had me sign, they are not responsible for any of it. In what world can a repair shop intentionally break your car more and not be responsible, thats the only thing I paid you to do! This is an insurance scam. They where trying to get as much money as possible from my insurance. This created a horrible service.

This review is long overdue, but absolutely deserved. Coach & Carriage Auto Body has repaired my car twice after it was hit, both times, they did amazing work. The team is professional, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Their attention to detail is next-level. In fact, when I brought my car to the Honda dealership for regular service, the technician didn’t even realize the car had ever been in an accident, that’s how flawless the repair was. You can't ask for better than that. If you're looking for quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a shop that truly cares about getting it right, Coach & Carriage is the place to go. They are hands down the best I’ve worked with in the area. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing company. They actually email after you dropped the car off. Then you get updates on the progress of the repair. The detailing on the car was done with absolute care. I’d recommend you to anyone needing to have their car get repairs done.

Had rear bumper fixed there. Everything came perfect. They handle the insurance and everything, have prompt updates during the process. They also have a close relationship with the Enterprise car rental on the Route 9 so have free pick-up/drop-off between those 2 places. They even washed my car, inside out, very throughly, so I got a nice and clean car when I pickup. Very happy with their work!

Daniel, Tim and Stacie were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were also very thorough about everything and my meticulous questions. They saw my utmost frustration about the car issue with insurance company but all of them kept their cool, remained professional and helped me understand better about the situation, because I never ever get into car accident and was challenged with the process. My vehicle is fully restored thanks to Coach and Carriage and their patience with me, including back and forth with the insurance company they had to deal with. I recommend this auto body shop ?

I was referred to this shop and so I trusted them with my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed of the outcome. Enrique promised he would take care of my car. He was more interested on getting the paycheck from my insurance and then kicked me to the curb. My car was not fixed correctly. After 2 attempts to fix their mistakes, my car remains unfinished. Unfortunately because I used this company and I they are out my insurance network, my insurance can't get involved and force them to repair the sloppy job they did. Enrique remains unprofessional and continues to ignore my texts and messages. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. DO NOT use this company, please.

I needed a body shop for a little accident. Coach & Carriage was recommended by a friend. What a very lucky break. They Did an amazing job on my Nissan Rogue Sport!! Everyone that works for them are kind, helpful, super knowledgeable . From the front desk where Stacie, Jill & Daniel keep the operation running to all the techs,,mechanics , detailing etc. do such a great job. ? Honestly , if you are looking for a professional Auto Body Shop, Coach & Carriage is the one!!!!

Had an extremely positive experience. I walked into it being annoyed with having to get work done for an accident I didn't cause. I wrongfully assumed I'd get drug around and experience a less than average customer experience while I wait longer than I should for my car to be fixed. I'm happy to report that couldn't be farther from the truth. Their whole team, especially Stacie, were so kind, honest and attentive throughout the process. So helpful in guiding me through from the estimate, arranging a rental car, updating me during the work and during checkout. I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer and how they showed empathy for the inconvenience. It really did help change my perspective. These guys communicated and coordinated the repairs of my car fantastically. They gave me any info I needed in regards to my insurance and what I needed to do. They also detailed my car and had it looking brand new when I came to pick it up. The car looked better at pickup than when I had originally bought the car, I’ll be back whenever I need them again, and I highly recommend their service.

Our SUV was involved in an accident (rear-ended on 95) - We found Coach & Carriage based on the fact that they are one of a handful of Audi authorized repair centers in the state. From start to finish, the process was as pain free as it could have been in this type of situation. The insurance co of the person at fault came back with a ridiculously low damage amount, the guys at Coach worked to ensure the repairs were made with OEM parts and done right. They also did all the negotiating with the adjuster to ensure it was done properly. Communication was excellent along the way and I was expecting a month + for the work, and they got it done in around 3 weeks. The vehicle was delivered back to me detailed and in like-new condition. I hope that I don't need to use their services again any time soon, but given how aggressive and distracted everyone is on the road these days, the odds are against me. PSA, get a front and rear dash cam, you never know when you'll need it.

The Coach & Carriage Natick team expertly repaired my 2022 Audi Q5 Prestige after some substantial cosmetic damage to the rear quarter panel in a hit-and-run. Not only did they do superb body work, they executed the repairs within the time frame that they approximated before they started. Exceptional service and communication throughout - highly recommend.

I wish I could give Coach and Carriage a 10 star review because they were professional, provided outstanding service, and advocated for me with the insurance company! Coach and Carriage were incredible in helping me with my car situation and did an outstanding job in fixing my trunk door and back light after an accident. My car was hit from behind by a pickup truck and I had to go through the insurance of the truck to get them to cover my repairs. I was given a check to cover the costs for this and went to Coach and Carriage due to their great reviews online. As soon as they started work on it, Coach and Carriage reached out to me stating that the insurance company of the truck undervalued how much damage was done from the crash. When I had reached out to the insurance company, they refused to cover any more repairs. Coach and Carriage advocated for me with the insurance company and were in constant contact with me regarding the car repairs and what I should do next. Additionally, Joe from Coach and Carriage did an excellent job explaining all the information to me, from my car repairs to the insurance claim. In the end, the insurance covered the repairs and I got my trunk and back light repaired. This would not have happened if Joe had not advocated on my behalf with the insurance company. I am sincerely thankful for all the work Coach and Carriage did to fix up my car! They are an excellent auto body shop that truly cares for their customers and conducts quality auto body work!

My car was hit by a snowplow in a parking lot in Natick and my dealership suggested I go to Coach & Carriage for the repairs. Even though it took much longer to repair than it should have (thanks to COVID), I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Every time I called to check in, the staff was so helpful and apologetic and when it was finally time to pick up my car it was perfectly clean on the inside and out. I was having a lot of trouble getting reimbursed by the other driver's insurance company and Joe went above and beyond to help me get the payment I deserved. I will not hesitate to return to Coach & Carriage if I ever need any body work done!

I have to say that I had dealt with these guys twice in two years (both times) I had a wonderful experience! I specifically dealt with Victor and I have to say that they started ontime, worked with my insurance and did a great job! If you have a German car and want it done right the first time, just go here. They are far from where I live in the city but it is well worth the trip. Overall they communicated with me and responded accordingly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The folks at Coach & Carriage are awesome!!! I've been using them for about 20 years, and they always go above and beyond the typical auto body shop. I'm continually impressed with the their customer service, and the quality of their work! They've worked on various cars I've owned over the years, almost 10 times now, and I always leave with a smile, happy to get back my shiny, clean, repaired car back. They've always been willing to do as much repair as they can for what my insurance will cover, sometimes more. One time, when my side view mirror was damaged, my insurance would only pay for an aftermarket part, which C&C installed. But, when that part didn't work properly, C&C replaced it with a new factory part at NO extra charge to me. Today, when I picked up my car, it was shiny clean inside and out (it was filthy when I left it), and the alloy wheels had even been cleaned & polished. Thanks Jill, and GREAT WORK, GUYS!!!

Great company in every sense! From the beginning to the end they were very professional and nice, but what surprised me the most was their honesty. I had approved the estimate for the service that would cost me almost $1,000 and it would take several days to be done. Two days later, they called me to let me know that my car was ready since it was not necessary the long process to fix the door (someone hit my car, damaging the passenger door). For my surprise, I ended up paying only just above $300 and the door is perfect again, nobody can see anything! I highly recommend Coach & Carriage! So many thanks! :-)

I've been doing business with Joey for 20+ years and multiple cars. They are as honest as the day is long and a real pleasure to work with. Nobody ever wants to go to the body shop but if you have to have your car repaired there is nobody better. I used to live nearby so it was easy. Even though I moved further away, I still came back to them because of trust and great service. They are an outstanding firm - I can't thank them enough for the great service.

Where do I start? From day one, Coach and Carriage has impressed me. I work at a local luxury dealership, and I found out about this shop because when we absolutely needed something done right, we paid the premium to send our cars here. When my car (that I LOVE) got backed into, it was one of the first places I thought of. They gave me realistic timelines, patiently waited for my authorization for work, and got it all done AHEAD of schedule. I spoke with Vic (awesome guy, highly recommended) on Wednesday and told him I really needed the car by Friday, but Monday wouldn't be the end of the world. He told me "we'll try for Friday", which I thought was probably optimistic but sure, sounds good... It was done on Thursday. Beautifully detailed, the work was immaculate... it looked better than before the accident. Can't recommend these guys enough!!!!!

Fixed my car there, other party's insurance paid. I was satisfied with them. They were professional and very friendly. I've got nothing to complain about. They had the car cleaned, and left a pack of potato chips in the car, but it was expired :-( I would use there services again if I need a body shop.

I just picked up my vehicle from Coach and Carraige and they did an amazing job and were so helpful. I was hit by another driver, and had damage on 4 panels of my drivers side. Everyone there was incredible to work with. From the front desk, to the owner, to the manager to even the guy who cleans the vehicle... all were super helpful and did a great job. They handled everything with both my insurance and the other insurance company and set up and adjusted the rental for me. Even when the other insurance was being difficult, C&C helped get everything straightened out and did things incredibly quickly. They fixed the car in a week and a half, manged to find my spare key (thought I had lost it!) and returned it to me cleaner than I gave it to them. They even dealt with an issue that was created by my dealership!! And while trying to finish that and I had to leave for the weekend, the owner and manager jumped in to help clean the car so I could leave on time. Excellent & efficient service!

We have used Coach and Carriage several times over the past 5 years. We first contacted them after finding their name on our insurance company's list of preferred providers. We found them to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - and best of all, they did great work! Our car looked brand new when we picked it up, and was ready when they said it would be. They even arranged for a rental for us to use while the car was being repaired. Since that first time, we have used Coach and Carriage a few more times and have been consistently impressed with them. Our most recent experience, a few weeks ago, was a fender-bender that was not an insurance claim, and they were the only ones we wanted to have work on it. I highly recommend Coach and Carriage.

Even though I moved out of Natick a few years ago, I still take my car here because of the high level of service and quality craftsmanship. Coordinating rentals with the insurance company and Coach & Carriage has been painless. They do such a great job because of the amount of pride they take in their work. I always know my car is in good hands here. Highly recommended.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. My husband's RAV4 was about 6 weeks old when I scraped up against something in a blizzard and seriously damaged the front bumper, fender, and one of the window posts on the right side. Joey at Coach and Carriage give us the best estimate and it didn't go up, even when they found out they had to do more than they had thought. Everybody is really friendly at the shop--I'm not always comfortable at car repair places, but had no problem at Coach and Carriage. I've already recommended them to everyone in my family--best experience with a car repair that I've ever had.
