Kal’s is a fantastic mechanic. They are honest and great at what they do. Had my car and wife’s there too fpr routine maintenance. Will only take it to Kal’s when we have problems.
Prompt, professional service. I came in for an oil change. They had me make an appointment and had openings that same week, so I booked and then came back as scheduled. The appointment itself was very smooth as my car was in and out quickly, and I got an itemized invoice detailing materials and labor cost breakdowns. Will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area and my car needs routine maintenance. Thank you!
I was a customer of Advanced Auto Electric for over 20 years. When Ray retired, he recommended Kal's. I've brought my & my wife's vehicle there, and our kids have brought their cars there, too. It can be hard to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic but Kal’s is just that.
My car was making a rattling sound that I couldn’t identify so we brought it to Kal & his team. Kal even went to the length of sending me pictures of the issue after calling me to explain what was going on and to top it all off, when I went to pick my car up, I noticed they were kind enough to clean the outside of my car from the salt and dirt from the winter weather which they didn’t have to do.
My husband has also been struggling to find someone to fix his headlight and was able to get it fixed by Kal & his team with no issues.
Their place of business is also clean, welcoming and everyone has been so professional.

Haven't had a bad experience. Owner is straightforwad and really easy to deal with. Super clean customer space. I don't mind waiting for my car here. I'll be going here for all my car stuff going forward.
I recently had my vehicle inspected for the state inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! The inspection process was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The inspector took the time to explain everything they were checking and why, and they even showed me the results on a printout afterwards. I appreciated the transparency and detail they provided.
The facility was clean and well-organized, and the waiting area was comfortable.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place for your state inspection needs and TNC 5 stars and a big thumbs up from me!
Do not trust, bought a car, had R sticker when I picked it up. Said it was a problem with the system, to come back. Lied to me, was told he was trustworthy, then told me I was on the hook for 2000 to fix the problems he hid from me. Don’t trust.
Only went this time for an inspection, but they were very friendly, very fast and had an amazingly clean waiting room (with coffee and bottled water) compared to so many garages I've been to. I would definitely check with them for repairs again in the future if needed.
Went for car inspection and was greeted right away and set up for the inspection. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable with several amenities available. My car was serviced quickly and was on my way. I will consider this place for my future car service.

Highly recommend, very ethical shop. Honda recommended over $2,000 in work. I took it to kals for a second opinion, turns out I didn't need anything. They could have taken my money and I wouldn't have known any better. Really appreciate the ethical business practices and I'llbe back in the future no question!
My husband and I always use Kal’s for our inspections and start there with any other issues for our cars. If they aren’t able to provide the service they make recommendations to reputable providers. Everyone is so friendly and honest. As a young woman I always feel confident that I am being given an honest price and not being talked down to or taken advantage of. And you have never seen a cleaner or more well maintained automotive facility. Services are always rendered in the time frame and at the price they give at the outset. Prices are very fair and communication is stellar. I would, and do, recommend Kal’s to anyone!!
Just went for car inspection sticker. which was fine and timely but the people at desk who attended me were not too engaging, not rude just not Engaging at least not with me. It seems to me a little engaging with your customers will go a long way towards Future business.
Really fast and efficient service. I had an inspection, oil change, and new tire and it was super affordable and everyone was great. Kal explained everything they were doing and there's a nice waiting area inside. Will definitely be back with my HIDOLL!
I've gone to Kal's for years after my mom went there and she recommended him to me. My family has been going there for years. I've always been treated well and respected when I visit. I had my check engine light in an older car of mine and he ran diagnostics to find the problem. While Nissan was going to charge me $4,000 for a new transmission he figured out it was only going to be a sensor.
I then got a new car due to other issues and he's been great with everything.
I've had my Honda Civic now for 3 years which can be awful in the snow on it's own without some help from different tires since mine were factory equipped with all-season tires. When I wanted winter tires he recommended new rims for the set so I wouldn't damage the rubber by switching it out every winter. Best purchase ever now the car grips and I have no problems. I go in every late fall/ winter and he switches them out with ease.

Kal's is the best place I've found in over 20 years of having the burden of owning a vehicle. They are to the point and will walk you through anything you have questions about. They are incredibly reasonable with their prices and so far so good. I can't recommend them enough. Wonderful people and REAL Mechanics. I will give them my business until I can't drive anymore.
Kal's has been doing a fantastic job for me. I noticed a flat this morning, called them up and they said to head over. I had to wait a bit but it was only $25 to take care of patching, filling the tire with air, and swapping the spare with the fixed tire. While I was there I heard that they are booked solid for 2 weeks so the fact that they did this with no room in their schedule was so appreciated and just awesome of them. Thank you very much Kal's. Oh and the lady that runs the front, phones, and scheduling does an amazing job. I heard her dealing with customers and she is fantastic- very kind, patient, and just great as the face of the company.
Top notch customer service. I was contacted to discuss the issues with my car and was given a very reasonable quote. In fact, they went above and beyond. My car was washed, wiped and sanitized prior to it being returned to me. The waiting area was impeccably clean. Friendly service with a smile. I left there feeling confident that my vehicle was in new condition. Thank you Kal & Nancy!
I've been taking my family's cars to Kal's for the bast few years. I have yet to be disappointed. Even for tires I find Kal's has the best prices. I have Kal order the tires I want, and he takes care of the rest. And he will beat any price! I'm a car guy, so I tend to know what my cars need, and I'm only interested in top tier parts, and Kal delivers.
Popped in for a quick car inspection - everyone is very pleasant and service is quick. The center is clean and inviting - Kal has regulars that clearly trust his work and value his opinion. He did work on my car when it failed inspection several years ago and it was done well and fast.
Trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their waiting area is comfortable and inviting in a way I have not experienced elsewhere. When my car was inspected at other places, I remember being very cold, and sitting in waiting areas that were not properly heated, or even on benches outside during winter. I am very happy to know that for the same price, I can have my car inspected at Kal's and wait in a clean, climate controlled room, knowing my car is in good hands.
Kal is always there. He's honest and backs up his work! He troubleshooted my Honda's engine issue and fixed it quickly without over-charging. He didn't try to up sell me or push unnecessary replacements. The waiting area is spotless & comfortable, with good coffee.
Been a customer for 20 years. The shop is honest and well run. It is clean and inviting. It is a shop I have recommended to friends. I have sent several female friends because I can be assured that they will be treated fairly and with respect. I have never had anyone come back to me with complaints. The owner has integrity and his staff is professional. I have several cars...and he has always come through even on the wierd cars I own (Suzukis, VW EOS, Ford C-max plug in hybrid.) They are very good with HYBRIDS
Not sure what that 1 star is about. Kal's owner is one of the last honest repair guys I know of. He helped me out of a couple of binds with zero issue and charged less than I was quoted at several other places. He's an honest guy trying to do a good job and help people. Keep up the good work.
