My family and I received great service from Jason at the Dracut store today. We had some issues with our headlights and he took the time to go over headlight options and then proceeded to replace our headlights for us after purchasing. He even did a battery check on our car to make sure there were no issues there. Service like this doesn’t exist these days. Excellent service and will definitely return for any issues with our car.
have been a customer for many years and lately they have been closing earlier than noted on the door. I get that it can be a slow night but refusing to sell me a bottle of oil at 8:50 is pretty lame. There was gentleman who asked the manager if he could run in for the bottle if I gave them cash and the manager again refused while looking at his phone.
On another occasion that same employee offered me a discount on a part if I payed in cash and gave him some of the difference to him for lunch. I was desperate for the part and he insisted it will fit my vehicle. When I showed up with my broken part to compare it wasn’t the same part. This guy likes to take advantage and his subliminal attitude makes me want to go somewhere else.
This place gets a five star from me! I called ahead to inquire about getting a new car battery. They were patient, kind and communicated well with me on the phone. They held the battery until I got there and even put it in for me!! Super nice and timely! I highly recommend this store!! Thank you guys!
Wanted to definitely shout out Ace for being an amazing employee. I went in looking for a specific item and he assisted me and was so pleasant. He went above and beyond and when I was getting flustered reminded me to not stress and relax 😂 I will definitely be back again.
I visited the store in Dracut, Ma for a tail light. Ace gave top notch service. He even replaced the light for me right then! He was polite, and professional as is typical for a trip to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Great service!
Meh. Tried coming in at 830 pm on Monday. Doors were locked, and staffed just shrugged at me through the window. Corporate website and google says 9 pm. Operating times are either misleading or have since changed.
Still way over priced on e everything. They will try to give you the top of the line product and try to talk you out of the cheap one that's the Same with an off brand . I'll stick with Amazon next day for a 3rd or Less cost .
I Called the Dracut store and a very helpful associate by name of Joni answered all my questions. When I went to store the same associate helped me find all the parts and supplies I needed. I highly recommend this store! Staff was helpful and professional.
This was my first visit here but definitely not the last.
Adam went above and beyond to help me and he did it with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. I have never experienced such great customer service like I did in this store.

Very nice employees, did there best to help me out but they didn't have the spark plugs I needed in stock and unfortunately my car is misfiring so I couldn't order them and wait I needed them right away! So they called another store and made sure they had them for me so I didn't waste my time going and end up not having either!
All the staff are nice and courteous especially the guy his name is Jimmy he's knowledgeable, he helped me a lot to find the right LED bulb for my headlight and installed them properly. Now I can see better while driving mostly at night. Because of that I offered to bring him a filipino food that I usually cook to show him how I'm satisfied and greatly appreciated his helpfulness.

If you need it this place will have it. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I needed a hose but didn't Know the name; an employee came out to my car identified it and made sure i got on my way with the right part.
Jason is probably the best o Reillys employee I have ever encountered. Will shop at this location specifically because o him. Hes helpful, knowledgable and personable. Thank you again Jason.
