Triangle Service station was the very best experience. They were excellent to work with, considerate of some special circumstances, knowledgeable and detail oriented. At first, I was hesitant regarding idea of communicating by texting mostly. However, I have never had such a high level of communication with a mechanic or service station as this one. Nicho was wonderful outlining their findings and recommendations, helped us prioritize what was needed and explained why. The written estimate and final paperwork, was a complete write up, outlining what they found, work performed, and listed what should be followed up on and done next. There was no pressure or upselling. They identified issues causing noises we had mentioned. The entire office was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Triangle Service Center. Despite their on line schedule saying when the next appt was, we were pleasantly surprised to be able to drop off the car earlier, and they were able to fit it in sooner. They offered to work with us for a pick up time as well. I can't say enough positive about them.
I cannot recommend Triangle Service Center enough. I went in today for an inspection sticker, oil change, and a tire sensor issue, and I was blown away by the speed and quality of their work. Robin, Nicho, and Dax are an absolute dream team that made me feel so welcome. They were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to make sure I actually understood what was going on with my car. The pricing was very reasonable. If you want honest, fast, and friendly service, look no further!
My car broke down on the off-ramp from I-93 to 133 in Andover. Towed to Triangle that evening (Thursday); symptom diagnosed on Friday, parts ordered, repairs completed and car picked up on Monday. I can't say enough good things about Triangle, who have been taking care of my family's cars for years. Highly recommended!
I can’t say enough about teams from Triangle Service Center. They were really fast and quick to get one of my vehicle fixed. Usually any other Automotive shop it will take weeks, but not them. Got it towed to their location last Monday, and not even 7 business days. It was done and completed.
Triangle always does a great job. Very honest and professional and also good about communicating what’s going on with the car and scheduling etc. They take care of multiple cars for us and we highly recommend them.

Accommodating by putting the needs and time pressures of the customer first. That is so critical when we all have time pressures. Willing to spend the time explaining. That is worth loads. The service has the timeline figured out and no surprises. Been coming for service for over 20 years.
Always enjoy working with these guys. Good work at a reasonable price. If there’s a negative it’s they seem to be always busy( good thing). So expect to wait if it’s planned work. They do try to fit you in if it’s a breakdown.
Excellent customer service. The owner personally inspected my 2002 sedan to diagnose a bizarre coolant system failure, then called me directly to explain that the radiator failure might just be the tip of the iceberg. He wanted to ensure that I didn’t pay for an expensive radiator repair only to then discover deeper and more expensive problems, so he made some temporary coolant system repairs—free of charge—so that I could drive the car around for a few weeks to rule out other issues. I’m tremendously impressed.
Triangle Service has been servicing my automobiles for many years and continues to do excellent work and pricing. Beginning with David and his sons Triangle is my number number one recommendation for auto repair.

My vehicle was in for just routine service, but everything was done professionally as always. I’ve been coming to this shop for 15+ years, routine maintenance and otherwise, but never had a bad experience.
They’ll be honest with you about any recommended service and will let you know if anything ought to be looked into sooner, but there’s never any pressure. They’ve also been there for me in more emergency type situations, without having an appointment, like one of my tires being nearly flat. They just took care of it on the spot. One doesn’t forget those things.
Bottom line is I highly recommend this establishment. I won’t go anywhere else for service on my car.

Extensive repairs this trip but as usual handled with a refreshing professionalism. All estimates upfront were well explained. No big surprises once the work started. Delays in parts was well communicated. Overall a great way to handle customers. They really take pride in the customer service part of the job.
Our plow truck got stuck on the highway due to rear differential problem. I had it towed to them by looking at their reviews , without even knowing this mechanic shop.
Aaron was really helpful and courteous. They fixed my truck and even did extra work for free. They really deserve 5 stars ! Thank you guys!
