Came in to get a sticker and was very rude when he first came in and kept skipping us. The guy said he was going to lunch and had someone else before us. Then, we were not going to wait while he had lunch. Why should we sit forever while he had lunch? So we decided to go eat while waiting two businesses down, and the guy made a big thing out of it and made us wait even longer and was even more rude over it
My 2001 Lexus LS430, 212K miles, had the check engine light on. Car running horribly - shaking, no power up hills and gas mileage was very, very poor. OBD reader said 3 of 8 cylinders were misfiring. Major issues. I have worked with many mechanics over 20+ years. Never very satisfied. I researched Lexus/Toyota mechanics and found Aram on Yelp. Completely 100% happy. Aram quickly diagnosed the problems - yes - as expected - several problems. Repairs, which weren't trivial, were done when promised and correctly (he had to correct previous substandard repairs; he did not go looking for work - these were issues directly contributing to the misfires) . His explanations of the issues and options were thorough. I cannot suggest strongly enough that if you are looking for a really competent, completely honest, skilled mechanic for your Japanese auto (Toyota /Lexus - my experience; Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infinity, Mazda, Subaru - these are Japanese auto manufacturers and on Aram's website) Aram is the mechanic you will want to hire. Find the right person, have it done right and pay the money. Car problems, left unattended, do not get better and they do not go away. They just get worse and more expensive. BTW - I am taking my 2004 LS430 to him also.

This is an excellent repair and Aram is a fantastic mechanic! He took time to explain everything to me, not doing anything without asking me first, and charges very reasonable prices. My friend's family has been going to him for years, and I hope to as well. Definitely trustworthy and does high quality work.
Our car is having a hard time starting. They were professional and explained all the work thoroughly and even let me bring home the old parts so my spouse could see them. He quoted me a very reasonable price and the actual labor ended up being a little less than he said. Will definitely trust with my cars in the future.
