After shopping around and my experience with a few other Volkswagen dealers over my many years of ownership I’m quite happy to say that even though it’s a ways for me from NH, it’s well worth the trip. In the service department I dealt with (Cody L.) who handled my concerns. Cody was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the VW product right from the start of my phone call to schedule which immediately showed me he cared about the customer and “finished product” which continued throughout my entire service experience. They follow up when they say they would and demonstrated transparency, accountability and wide open communication. I definitely recommend Minuteman Volkswagen, they have quite a selection of vehicles too and yet felt like a small family owned business. I was offered a loaner due to the time of day to which I declined. But I was still OFFERED. I don’t do these reviews very often however I will take extra time out for a business and/or employee that goes that extra above and beyond as effortlessly as Cody gave to me. It’s evident that the (dealer)company has good ethics when their employees exhibit this kind of behavior toward their customers. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The car selling process itself was fairly smooth, and the staff were professional during the transaction. However, after the sale was completed, communication became very slow. Follow-up questions took much longer to receive a response, which was frustrating.

I’ve had a great experience here over and over. My car has needed help with various things (repairs, new tires, detailing) since our move to the area and Minuteman has been a huge help- especially Patrick who helps coordinate seemingly everything. They’re quick, reasonably priced, and upfront about what’s happening which I appreciate. They’ve done a throughout job each time and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

I went to a couple other dealerships over the last month and didn't get the usual "salesman" vibe when dealing with the employees at Bedford VW. I spoke with two different salesmen in the few visits prior to purchasing my Tiguan, both were extremely friendly and I didn't feel pressured at any point in looking for a car while at Bedford VW. Eric was professional, friendly, and was realistic during the negotiation process - he answered all my questions without any sense of judgement which was very helpful given that this was my first time shopping for a car on my own. Even after deciding on a car, the payment process was extremely simple with no extra work needed on my end and Eric was flexible around my personal schedule in regards to me dropping off the check as well as with picking up the car. Eric even went through a quick overview of the car and made sure I was comfortable and didn't have any concerns before driving off the lot - he even directed me to an official VW video for some additional info if needed. Follow up as of 2026: Had to come in for a standard appointment and to clear up a check engine light. Shaun handled my paperwork and went over the process in a clear and friendly manner - he listened to my concerns and even managed to help save me a bit of money on the needed repairs. Took less than 2 hours to get all the needed service work comepled. Overall another great experience with the staff at Bedford.

Best VW service center on the north side of the 95 loop. My first time there for warranty work on check engine lights, they thought they fixed it, but apparently not. It happens. When the CELs came back, the service advisor saw my name come up again and took the initiative to set aside a loaner for me for the inconvenience. Not only was it thoughtful, but it saved my bacon because every single nearby car rental place was out of cars.

I leased a 2025 VW ID.4 from Minuteman VW in Bedford. I had inquired about an ID.4 a few months ago but did not make a purchase. My sales consultant Apurv Dave remembered my interest and reached out last week to inform me about a special offer on the model I was interested in. He spelled out the deal clearly, showed me the vehicle available in stock and helped me close the lease transaction efficiently and quickly. He handled everything (insurance, registration, plates, inspection, walkthrough etc.) efficiently and seamlessly. John Doucette on the finance team also did an excellent job processing and explaining all the paperwork. This is the second vehicle I’ve leased from Minuteman VW in the last year. Both my experiences were very positive.

Couldn’t recommend Minuteman enough, Tim and John were so helpful, kind and polite. The entire interaction was just about an hour. I’ve never had such a positive and pleasant experience buying a vehicle. If you’re looking for your next car I urge you to go into Minuteman VW!

I just purchased my first Volkswagen from Dave at Minuteman Volkswagen and can honestly say it was the best car buying experience of my life. Dave greeted me right away when I walked through the door, asked what I was looking for, and then skillfully walked me through the different trim packages for the model I was purchasing. While I did not have much prior experience with Volkswagen trim packages, he treated me as if I already had the knowledge and was simply getting a refresher. He quickly brought a vehicle around for a test drive, patiently walked me through all of the features, and never once tried to push a sale on me. Throughout the process he checked in exactly when he said he would, never earlier, never later, and never in a pushy way. When it came time to make the purchase, he made it painless and even fun, which is not something you usually say when spending that kind of money. At one point he involved his sales manager, not as a tactic, but because he truly needed to get some questions answered. Tim came over and, unlike other dealerships I have visited, he did not try to negotiate or sell me on anything. He simply aimed to inform. From the start of negotiations to signing the agreement took less than 25 minutes, and that included my time with John, the finance director. John offered additional coverages and warranties but never pressured me. He even shared which ones he would or would not choose if he were buying the vehicle himself. This was the first time I have purchased a car without feeling like I was being sold something, but instead like I was being helped to buy something. I would recommend Minuteman Volkswagen to friends, family, and even strangers. It was an outstanding experience.

Brought my Volkswagen Atlas in for service and, once again, Patrick Ulmen was amazing! He’s super friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything’s clear and taken care of. I really appreciate how he keeps me updated and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. It’s not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about your experience like he does. I have taken my car here for service for two years now and continue to be impressed by the professionalism and transparency! Cody and Jeff in the Service Department have been honest and helpful. I have (unfortunately) patronized other dealerships that try to upsell unneeded maintenance and can't stress enough how much I appreciate that they don't do that here. Highly recommend!!

Cody provides an excellent customer service experience. He listens. He cares. And he does not try to sell you things you don’t need. I wish there were a lot more people in the industry like Cody.

This is the second car I have purchased from Minuteman Volkswagen in Bedford, MA. I bought my first new car from them about 10 years ago and I remembered the process being so smooth and easy. I returned this time and was surprised to be helped by Erik K, who sold me my Jetta back in 2016! He made the purchasing process straightforward, simple, and game-free. There were no tricks or gimmicks. He was fully transparent and honest. He had a calm demeanor and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. I felt like I could trust him through the way he interacted with me and built the seller-buyer relationship with me. He knew the cars that I test drove inside and out; he thoroughly explained each one to me to help me select the best option to match my needs and wants. He was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I felt highly satisfied with the price we came to after negotiating. Even after the purchase process, Erik followed up with me to ensure I felt satisfied with the car and helped me get it registered and inspected (I got the car on the weekend when the registry was closed, so I had to return to the dealership a few days later). If you’re looking to buy a new or used Volkswagen, don’t waste your time going to other dealers. Just go right to Minuteman and ask for Erik! You will be highly satisfied and feel appreciated and respected through the entire process.

Great experience with this dealership. We drove from out of state to get the car I wanted and they gave me the best price, beating a another VW dealership. It was worth the drive to work with Tim. The whole experience was nice, professional, and they were very educated on the cars. You could tell he was experienced. The one thing I would say was a obstacle for us was the fact we couldn't get dealer temp plates, but that is a Mass. issue, not a minuteman issue. Tim went over and beyond what was expected, thank you!!! Overall great experience and we would buy from them again, 100%.

This is literally the best dealer I’ve ever experienced. I had a flat tire few days ago and every other dealer that I called were out of the tire was on a back up order. They all told me it would take a few months for them to get the tires. Thankfully this place had one left and squeezed me into their very tight schedule. Patrick you are an awesome person! From the first time stopping in to the dealership to indicate an interest to the day we drove our new car home, our experience was excellent. We were well informed through each step of the process. We were always welcomed, even if we were in a hurry with kids in tow; we even got to take a family test drive on a busy day. Our sales consultant helped us understand the features of the car, and even made himself available for questions after the purchase. All of the folks we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased a Passat here a few years back and have used Minuteman as my primary maintenance provider for servicing. I recently had a break down and was delighted to receive a video from the mechanic detailing all the issues my car was having. Most of the issues I was aware of, some I wasn’t. The process for the repair was straightforward and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Had a great experience with knowledgeable and professional staff. I was thrilled to have the issue easily explained, given my options, and left to make my own decision with zero pressure. I had the pleasure of chatting with the mechanic who worked on my car, Mark, and let me just say not only does he know this business incredibly well, but was relatable and a joy to converse with. Will definitely be returning for future car issues.

I can''t say enough positive things about this dealership. Sales, service, and finance all have their ducks in a row. Every interaction I had was top notch--professional, courteous and respectful. Through the years, I have bought a lot of cars due to high milage sales jobs, and the process (especially as a woman) can be miserable to say the least. This dealership has pleasantly shifted my viewpoint on car buying! My first interaction with Minuteman, was through the sales manager, Timmy Pullo. I was referred by a friend who is also a happy Minuteman customer. I knew exactly what I was looking for, but Timmy didn't have it on the lot. Timmy searched and found the 2024 Atlas with everything I wanted. He had it on the lot the next morning by trading with another dealership. He is a man of his word and truth be told, I had not even put a deposit down yet. At this point I had already shopped around and knew a fair win-win price for this vehicle. We agreed upon a price that was super competitive, and I was ready to buy my Atlas. Before driving away, I sat down with John in the finance department who was equally as professional. There was no huge pressure to add on things I didn't need at that time and the process took minutes. Dave, another member of the sales team, helped me take delivery of my vehicle and showed me even more bells and whistles that I was excited to have. I returned to the dealership a week later to have some extras installed--mudflap, bumperdillo, etc. The service department was prompt and courteous. I was in and out pretty quickly and they also inspected my vehicle and put a sticker on it since I bought it over the holiday weekend and couldn't inspect it then. Aside from the top notch staff, I am also so happy with my Atlas R Line. I hadn't sat in a Volkswagen for many years and was previously driving Audis and a Lamd Rover for a while. Sitting in the Atlas feels very luxurious. Super comfy heated and ventilated seats and all wheel drive will allow me to enjoy the new England weather shifts. The large display screen and controls look high end, and the handling is the amazing handling I would expect from a German engineered car. The third row is easy to enter and exit and is spacious even for two normal adult humans! So, I am thrilled with this car and with my entire buying experience at Minuteman. I believe I will be a customer for life, and I hope to refer many friends who can also have this positive experience-- no pressure, professional and overall a feel good process. Awesome service department . Pat was so friendly and helpful, as is everyone I’ve met in the service department. Definitely recommend! Updated 8/31/24- I have always loved the service department at Minuteman but I just purchased my new vehicle there today and the sales staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Cameron and Tim were awesome and took care of everything. I had my new car in less than 24 hours and they spent so much time explaining things and answering my endless questions. Definitely recommend Minuteman for both sales and service! Great place.

I decided to bring my new car here for its first 10k service and had one of the best service experiences of my life. After the car was washed, there were minor scratches all over the car including the roof and side-panels between the doors. I brought this up to Shaun in service (sorry if i miss-spelled your name), and he had it taken care of right away. He was kind, and great at explaining different details throughout the service. I left with my car feeling new again. Thanks for the great service!

We recently brought my daughter’s car in with a tire key issue. The service staff, Patrick was the best!!! He kept us posted throughout the entire process. We were really stressed because they weren’t sure they could complete it that day and my daughter had taken off from work. He called me back to say a member of their staff had a key we could take and they’d replace theirs the next day. I don’t think you could ask for better customer service than that?!! He assured me his staff did not mind at all. They are literally the best!! My daughter was now safe with a tire key and they quickly (and inexpensively) fixed her tire leak. From buying the car, working with the finance team and now Patrick in the service station… everyone was great!! Such nice people, I would definitely recommend using them for your VW needs!!

I have bought many cars over the years. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. The dealership is on my way to work and I had stopped a few times to browse cars on the lot and once in the showroom. The doors were often unlocked so I was able to look and sit inside several vehicles and I was not bothered by over eager sales persons. When I was ready to do a test drive and get more serious, one was readily available (Dave). I was able to do 3 test drives to find the right vehicle, one on my own. Throughout the buying experience, everyone was friendly and relaxed and I did not feel pressured by Dave or others on the team (Tim and John). The turnaround time from purchase to delivery was faster than expected, basically one business day. The last car that I had bought from a different brand took over a week and there were numerous hassles and lack of communication from the dealership. As mentioned, this dealership is on my way to work and a great location for me. Although I had not purchased my eGolf from them, I have used them for service and have been very pleased with that.

I was incredibly impressed with the service. Not only did you have the car in stock that I wanted to test drive, Eric spent time showing me all the features and took me on a long test drive including the highway so that I could really experience the car. Then when I wanted to buy one, Minuteman was able to find the right car for me and bring it in. When it came time to buy, the finance process was as easy as could be. Eric even sat in the car with me, explaining each button so that it was fully customized and set up before I left the lot. He went above and beyond. I visiting a few other dealers who acted like they didn't have to even bother with me because the cars were selling themselves - I was very impressed with Eric.

Cannot recommend enough. This was the easiest experience buying car I’ve had. It was no stress! First, they had cars on the lot the day I visited. I feel super lucky as this is a rarity these days. Second, they allowed me to test drive locally and on the highway. Third, they were able to hold the car for a few hours for me while I finalized my decision. Fourth, they were not pushy at all and they were transparent about everything from what was in stock, financing, timeline etc. Fifth, the car was cleaned, waxed and GORGEOUS when I came to pick it up. A really awful situation of unexpectedly being without a car ended up being a wonderful experience with a fantastic new car. Can not recommend Tim Bishop enough. Sean and John were also wonderful to work with while signing paperwork. Highly satisfied with my experience!

I am a big fan of Minuteman VW, and particularly Tim Pullo, the General Sales Manager. I have leased two vehicles from them and have been very pleased by their service. In 2019, I leased an e-Golf and this month I picked up the new ID-4, which I love. I highly recommend Minuteman VW!
