I tried to get a car inspection at this garage for the first time, but it was unsuccessful because the man was rude and not welcoming at all. I can’t judge the quality of their work since I never made it that far, but the reception was so unpleasant that I decided to leave and go to their competitor, Volkswagen Service Bedford, instead.
They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in on a very stressful morning and diagnosed the issue & completed repairs (brakes) same-day so that I could pick up my car before 4 pm. They communicated with me frequently and clearly during the day and were understanding of my short timeframe.
Seemed nice but beware. Used them for annual maintenance on 2 cars last month for 1st time. Agreed to have rear brakes replaced on both. On one they charged for 4 sets of brake pads but did refund me for 3 when I cited the bill. Then also found my tires were 28 lbs instead of 35 even after paying for rotation. Didn’t seem any cheaper than dealer I had used year before.
I always have a an excellent service experience here. It is their honest customer service, combined with timely and knowledgeable work completion that keeps my business. Both my teen boys have the type of 1st car you would expect a 17 & 18 y/o to have haha. Riggio Auto gives them the same level of attention and dedication they would any other customer.
I had a great experience getting my car repaired. The mechanics were able to diagnose my issues and repair quickly. The cost was fair and the staff was friendly. I can definitely recommend their services.

The team was extremely thorough and honest, and they saved me from making a big mistake on a car that had serious issues. While I was disappointed the car didn’t pass, I’m beyond grateful for their detailed inspection and honest recommendation. I would absolutely trust them again for future inspections or repairs.
I got that roll-eyeing, head left-right nodding from the owner just because I didn’t know the shop opening hour. I was quick to leave. I suggest you do the same. Before being a good mechanic you have to be a decent human being. And the bald man isn’t. Arrivederci!
Riggio Sunoco has been doing work on vehicles for years. He is one of the only shops I trust to work on my vehicle’s . They do great work, honest assessment of work being done and potential issues that may need to be addressed in the future. They try do stay within your budget and doesn’t upsell things that isn’t necessary. I drive all the way from N Chelmsford to Bedford to have my repairs done because of the honest good work. Again he the only one I trust to work on my classic car and my every day vehicles for my whole family. Keep up the good work.

The service was great. John was very helpful and responsive. I had to get my tires replaced in an emergency and they were able to get it done in a timely manner.
Had tires mounted and balanced on a weekend. They were ready when I arrived for my appointment, did the work quickly without any issues and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

I received an appointment with a short lead time. I left my truck there the night before they called the next day with the cost of repairs which is somewhat what I expected, but was given a discount on parts and installation of tire pressure monitoring system since I was having new tires installed. when I came to pick up my vehicle, I brought my wife’s car which has the same issue so they Did a scan on all four wheels and found bad sensor and three good ones So now I know when I bring my wife’s car in what to expect which I appreciated. So overall, it was a painless experience and would Recommend getting your vehicle serviced there.

I’m very pleased with their service. I had the owner tow my dump Truck to Their shop. My truck was in bad shape. They gave me a fair estimate yet I couldn’t afford it and it lead to me having to leave my truck there for a lot longer than either one of us wanted. The storage bill added up to way more money than I could afford. The shop owner kept in touch with me. He was very professional every time I talked to him and at the end we reached a deal that worked for me to get my truck back. Most shops would have kept my truck and screwed me. He did not. Dante is a very good guy, great mechanic and business man. I highly recommend using these guys
Marco helped me with my tires when I had a slow leak. Had been having issues with the pressure for most of the winter and stopped by to see if I could get them patched/plugged. He diagnosed and patched both front tires in less than an hour. Would definitely come back again, quick work, great quality, and great customer service!
Got my state inspection done today. Very professional and fairly quick. Took me about an hour to two max (including the waiting line; 5 cars total). Took about 30 mins to complete my inspection once they took my car. I liked their service.
Very kind and communicative! I love the new message system so I can see live photos of my car while they are working...it helps me understand what is happening and trust that great work is being completed. I do all of my service at Riggio and would highly recommend.
Cars are complicated. Something simple can break and it’ll be a quick and easy fix or sometime it’ll send your mechanic searching for a solution. My car was towed to the shop for the i495 and the team at Riggio’s got to work as soon as they could with the repairs. Despite their fully booked schedule I was driving in it again two days later. Turns out I needed a new fuel pump, and my fuel gauge needed recalibration. Thanks Riggio’s appreciate the service!
