I’ve used prime for our weekly trash removal. I’m in the process of moving and had additional trash and junk that I needed to be picked up right away. Prime came the very next day, pricing was extremely reasonable and beat out everyone else. Very happy with their promptness, responsiveness via text and easy removal. 100% recommend!

Prime is hands down the best trash collection service we’ve ever used. If you have a question, a real person answers the phone—no endless menus or runaround. They’ve never missed a pickup, and even when I’ve forgotten to bring the barrels down (more than once!), Rick’s team has gone out of their way to help. They’ve either sent another truck later in the week or circled back to grab them. Who does that? I’ve even run the barrels down while they waited—always with patience and a smile. Their customer service is truly unmatched. Highly recommend!

Forgot to put my barrels out for pickup this morning. The driver backed the truck up into my driveway and made sure they were emptied. You just don’t see this level of customer service anymore. Prime is our 3rd company we’ve used for trash disposal and they have a customer for life. Don’t even bother calling around if you’re looking for a disposal company. Just call Prime. 11/10 customer service. Thank you!

We’ve been a customer of Prime Disposal for about a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Their prices are reasonable and every time I have questions, I feel good calling and am immediately answered by a very helpful representative. My pickup has never been missed and the service I need is prompt and helpful.

Prime disposal is reliable and very responsive when you contact them! They show up every week like clock work, hardly take holidays and need to adjust the schedule. We didn't get out trash out one week and they went the extra mile and went and got it anyways down the driveway! We also used their junk removal service before moving, very affordable and easy! Made a pile in the garage over a few week, they came and emptied from there! I would recommend them to anyone in the Ayer area, local family run business makes it even better!

Prime is the best company I have ever dealt with period! Rick is always responsive and always helpful. My trash pick up was never missed compared to a different company I had before which would go literally weeks between pick ups! I have used prime to take the extra stuff left in the shed from the previous owner at my house and the price was very fair and reasonable. I would recommend Prime to everyone I know.

We love Prime! Our old pickup service would leave our barrels open in the middle of the street to fill with rain and snow. I noticed when I would drive down our street on trash day that our neighbor's bright blue Prime barrels were always lined up neatly on the curb. I called Prime and found they also had better rates so we switched immediately. I happened to be home today when our pickup happened and watched Prime carefully place our empty barrels up on the snowbank to keep them out of the road. This might seem like a minor thing but it's something I appreciate and improves the appearance of the neighborhood. We highly recommend Prime.

We LOVE Prime! We have had many companies in the past for weekly trash pickup and Prime has been the best of all. We missed the truck by just a few minutes last week thinking they would be delayed due to the holiday and I called and they sent a truck back over within a couple of hours. We were so grateful! No other company would have sent a truck back to save us from having our insane Christmas trash pile up for another week.

I was with another company and wasn’t satisfied with their service. A friend of mine told me about Prime Disposal so I called. Immediately the service was amazing. Provided me with all the information that I needed and had the barrels out to me the next day. If there were any changes to the schedule, they emailed or texted me. They were very easy to get in touch with if I had any questions or concerns or comments. Definitely a great company to work with

I sent a FB Message with pictures of the stuff to be picked up and Rick replied within a few minutes. He was very professional, respectful and did a fantastic job within a matter of few minutes. I had some heavy stuff to be brought down a flight of stairs and it was a walk in the park for him! Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend Rick and his company! Thanks Rick!

Prime was awesome!! I called them to remove a Love Seat and Nightstand and they came the same day. I was moving the next day and needed them removed and without hesitation they came. I called yesterday a little after 5PM.. after looking for another place after Junk king quoted me 275$, I talked to a very nice lady. I asked her if I could call back to set up a date after I got the money together, she said sure! I called back.. this time got a different lady, who was rude and not professional. She said nope to the 275$ that I was quoted and said it would now be 378$ kinda odd, but she got more rude. So I decided to take my business else where! Im glad I did! Prime disposal not only agreed to do it for 275$ after I told them what I went through with junk king, but came first thing in the morning to pick it up! He was on time and very pleasant/nice and was in and out way under 20 minutes! I would recommend and I would use them again in the future!

I’ve been trying to get someone out here to remove a heavily embedded railroad tie retaining wall for months with no luck. Contacted Rick and he came out the next day, tore up and removed them with impressive strength and ingenuity. Cleaned up the debris and hauled it all away. Super nice dude, great job done! 👍👍 A++
