Lou helped me get my state inspection sticker sorted and took the time to walk me through the inspection policy so I actually understood what was going on. He also pointed out a few pending issues with my car and explained them clearly without any pressure. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, it’s rare to find service like this. Highly recommend if you want someone you can trust with your car!

As a woman my experience with mechanic’s and dealerships over the course of the years has been a rocky with getting overcharged for service my car didn’t need, not being heard, going to a place to fix a problem and coming out with another. It is very hard to find a place you can trust, that was until I came to Lou’s Garage. The atmosphere in this place was different, the service I’ve had is impeccable and they really hear you and catered to your needs. Jonathan is the mighty man that has always serviced me well and can’t imagined this shop without him! 20/20 experience, this is my go to place now!!!
Went in to get a flat tire fixed, talked with Jonathan he was very polite and professional. He looked at and fixed the tire right away for me was in and out in under 30 mins. I went back the next day and they did my oil change, rotated my tires and inspected the whole vehicle again they were very professional and quick with the work. I would high recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on there car.

Most of the work that my car needs is done by myself but I refused work on my rusty exhaust where nuts and bolts would easily strip. Brought it to Lou’s and they did a fantastic job, they sealed my main exhaust leak and welded in a new flange for preventative maintenance. The costs of repairs were great for the quality work they put in. These guys know what they’re doing, and I will definitely go back here for future exhaust repairs.
I’ve had only positive experiences at Lou’s. He is very responsive to any issues you’re having and fixes your car without overcharging you. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help. I highly recommend Lou’s.
I called yesterday to schedule a break job for this morning on the right front tire. I was told to drop the car off this morning and leave it for the day, was heading there and called to see if we could we could be a little later. He told me he meant to call me yesterday and his guy booked it without running it by him and he doesn’t do that small of a job and he forgot to call and tell me he was ca canceling. If he didn’t “ foget to call me “ I wouldnt have wasted a day of time and would have called another shop. If I hadnt called we would have went there with a truck he wasnt going to fix. Jokes and very unorganized to day the least. I would go with rons in ashland instead !
We brought our 2012 f550 6.7 diesel to have the engine change we order the engine and they installed the engine they did a excellent job on it we will definitely come to them they are honest and they have good communication true the process thank you lous garage for you integrity.
