They are super great! Friendly staff and they got to work on my car super fast. They also communicated with me very well on what was going on and did various additional services I was not expecting but I am super grateful for!

I came to this shop because I was having a serious shifter problem with my car. Before coming here, I called multiple other shops and they all told me they couldn’t fix it, but they recommended I bring it here. I’m really glad I listened. Not only were they able to fix the problem, but they also gave me a huge break on the price, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, the guy was very nice and friendly and made the whole experience stress free. The work was done right and they did not disappoint at all. Very honest, skilled, and professional. I highly recommend this shop, they can get the job done!!

Paul was extremely efficient, and the team was very professional when repairing Mercedes as they showed me what parts they are using during the repair. Paul kept me well informed throughout the process. They even worked on my car during Christmas to make sure I could get it back as soon as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional car repair.

Paul has always treated me with a lot of attention and friendship I recommend it because in addition to being professional it is very fair in the price recently I left my BMW 3 series that was with liquid oil in addition they did a good job besides cleaning and fixing everything he left the interior of my engine like new so i super recommend

I brought my 2017 Mercedes GLS 550 to Exotic Automotive Service & Sales (373 River Dr, Hadley) and walked away genuinely impressed. A big shoutout to Paulie — he did an extensive multi-point inspection and sent me a detailed video walkthrough of what he found. The video review was especially helpful because it wasn’t pushy; it was transparent, educational, and focused on smart preventative maintenance, which built a lot of trust. We ended up doing: • Oil change • Cabin filter + air filters • Transmission service • New brakes / brake pads • Road force balancing The results were night-and-day. The car honestly drives better than when I bought it originally — smoother, quieter, and feels tighter on the road. Communication was great throughout, and the work quality shows. Great, timely service. Pickup and drop off was no issue, and was at whatever time worked best for me. Perfectly wired in the way I asked and followed my requests to a T. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Brought my F-150 in the AC wasn’t working. They were very helpful. Diagnosed the issue very quick. Helped me get the part at a cheaper price and put it in the same day the part came in. They take pride in their work at Exotic Auto and were very friendly. Would recommend taking your vehicle they will take good care of it.

Awesome service. I had a new set of tires put on at a tire franchise that I won’t mention. The balance was WAY off. I searched for someone who had a road force balancer and Exotic Auto had one!. He was able to get me in fast! Fixed the issue within 20 minutes and had me test drive it before I paid. Now my car drives like silk. Great place, stay local and support these guys, you won’t be disappointed.

Convenient location and is really helpful and welcoming. My 2008 Prius's transmission gave out this past winter, and I would've given up on it if Exotics hadn't given me other hope. Within just a few days, Paul was able to find a whole new hybrid transmission and complete the repair within a couple of weeks. My car runs super smoothly again and I couldn't thank Exotics more!

Excellent Experience!!!! Paul and the crew are very passionate about cars and the work that they complete. I brought in my 1987 Porsche 924s here for some very extensive work. A thorough inspection of the car was completed and phase 1 and 2 recommendations were made. They completed a full clutch and power steering pump replacement, complete timing belt and seal replacement, cooling overhaul, full fluid exchange, new tires and road forced balancing, along with a masterful interior, exterior and engine bay detail. Everything was done to factory Porsche specifications. There attention to detail is unmatched. There are not many shops that have the expertise to work on old cars. Paul and crew will be the only ones who will ever touch this car! Exotic Automotive is highly recommended!

Excellent and quick work. Dropped the car earlier in the day and picked it up a few hours later. Had front grill, spoiler, side skirts, and a front lip installation with detailing. Thank you Paul and his team for this marvelous job!

Brought my 2006 Porsche 911 here for its 70k mile service, a few minor repairs, having my winter wheels and tires installed, as well as new brakes and rotors. The car I picked up looked and drove like new. Paul and the guys at Exotic Auto are clearly passionate about what they do. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Paul and his team did a phenomenal job with my car. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of work they did! My car is a 2007 Toyota Camry, and I got work done on my interior, exterior and engine bay. Recently, I requested that Paul at Exotic Auto apply a ceramic coating to my newly-purchased 2024 Toyota Tacoma. I can say that he did an outstanding job and my truck looks absolutely spectacular. The ceramic coating made the paint on the truck (Bronze Oxide) shine brightly. Paul was extremely easy to work with and he was professional in all his dealings with me. If you’re looking for a shop that shows how much they care and the efforts they take— look no further! Was not able to find a shop that does full car detailing for my girlfriend’s car. Found Exotic Automotive and gave a call. The owner of the River drive location (the son) said he could help me out and even did it on a Sunday. Seeing the car, I knew how much care and detail he put into the detailing. Steam cleaned. Undercarriage. Engine. Lights. And the nooks and crannies. Every inch professionally detailed and brought back to looking even better than when we bought the car brand new off the lot. Needless to say, I’ll be bringing my own vehicle in to have it detailed. It’s rare to find someone passionate and professional who shows their care and knowledge through their work. This is all found at this location.

I feel there are few places like Exotic Auto Service that treat people like family. I went in for an oil change before a long trip. They fit me in on short notice. I asked them to please make sure it was safe for my trip. When they saw my brakes, they asked if I remember when they were done last. Nope, not since I have owned the car. They showed me photos of how worn they were and I was grateful for the care they took in checking out my car.

We took our Range Rover to Exotic and we are more than pleased with the service we received. Pauly was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He got us in and service done very quickly. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here, you'll be treated like family. We will certainly be back in the future.

I called up Paul at Exotic Auto about an oil change and reverse light fix, he was very professional and quick to reply. Right when I entered the shop I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Very reliable, profesional and friendly owner, I felt very confident that my car was going to be in the best hands for the full detailing/ceramic coating service along with refinishing wheels. rust removal and calipers, once I received my car it felt like it was coming right out from the dealer on 2014. Best feeling ever, the interior was amazing fully polished, vacuumed, odor neutralized along with seats shampooed. will definitely be coming back for an exhaust upgrade in the future.
