My car slid down our sloped driveway on the first snowfall. I backed it up over a rock and got myself in a pretty sticky situation. Justin came out to my house in about 30 minutes (45 minute estimate) and came up with a plan to get me out after assessing the situation. His friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate demeanor made a bad day a lot easier to stomach. Only paid $129 which for how stuck she was seemed reasonable, i was happy to pay it.

The absolute best tow service i"ive ever used. They arrived very promplty, price was reasonable, and the driver was proessional! Will definitely call again if needed! Thanks again!

They seemed to be very helpful at the time, but it all comes with a cost. After my auto accident my bill was unexpectedly over $1,000. Even my insurance company was questioning the price. When my insurance company tried to call to get a breakdown of the cost, they were unable to get ahold of anyone. Once I received the invoice, they charged me $35 to remove the license plates and $50 just to go there the next day to collect my belongings. They are taking advantage of people when they are vulnerable, after a scary auto accident. Please, if you do business with them, ask what you are being charged for. A nice gesture, like taking license plates off, comes with a cost.

I have known travis and his crew on a professional level as customers at my gas station and they are a great team. Just recently had to use relentless on a personal level for a tow. I must say greatest bunch of guys. Everything went off without a hitch. My driver was very friendly and professional. Didn't even hesitate to interact with my dog.

Amazing service! Called Relentless for a winch out after 2 hours of waiting for my insurance company's roadside assistance in the snow and ice. Relentless got there quickly and got me out in about 10 minutes, all with a super friendly attitude. Thank you so much!

These guys are the best! I got stuck in my driveway on snow and ice (yes, it happened!) I called them and within half an hour, they had my car unstuck! Just a wonderful experience! I will be using them from now on!

My car stalled and would not start in Palmer, and it only took them 10 mins to get to me. Really fast! The man who towed me was so nice and gave me some tips. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a tow. Hope I dont but, they will be the first I call! Thank you!

Quick clean and courteous. They said 165 dollars and be a 25 minute wait. Arrived in 10 minutes and charged us less !!! Hoghly recommend Travis.

Highly recommend this company. We needed a tow and called Relentless. They arrived and hooked up quickly. The driver was extremely pleasant and great to talk to. Very professional and personable. He made the drive very enjoyable given the circumstances. The truck was very clean and pleasant to ride in. 10/10 recommend Relentless Towing.

Last night I contacted Relentless towing and I had a price and estimated time of arrival in one phone call. I was at the Pride station in Belchertown with an F350. Within 15 minutes of my call I met the nicest young man who was professional and courteous while he loaded my truck on the flat bed. My wife was coming to pick me and I was going to have wait for awhile and this young man offered to keep me company. I cant thank these guys enough.

Justin was my Savior today as I was broken down with my truck on Rt. 202. I will say he was the nicest youg man I have met in years! Courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to talk with as we rode in the beautiful truck he had over to my Mechanic's Garage. Give that Guy a raise! He's truly a great young man!

I was waiting on AAA, in the Palmer town hall parking for 5hrs. I gave up on AAA and called relentless. They got me and my car to tire shop within 30min. Extremely professional, will only be using them from now on. I apologize I can’t remember the gentleman’s name. But he was excellent!

I should be able to give this business 10 stars. They earned it. I'm not exaggerating when I say we would not have been able to tow our new fifth wheel without Travis and Justin. Travis discovered we were missing a necessary item for our hitch, and he gave us an extra that he personally had. Travis guided us through the hook up for the hitch, as we had absolutely no experience with it. Travis was exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable about towing and hitches. We greatly appreciate both you and Justin for your help and kindness. Thank you for everything. We made it home safe!

I used my AAA membership for the first time this past weekend, as my tire was ruined after hitting a curb in a parking lot. Travis from Relentless Towing arrived and handled the tire change for me under some lousy weather conditions. In addition, he inflated my spare up to the proper air pressure and provided some intel on driving on the temporary spare. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, attitude and customer care. A+ service, highly recommend.

Ended up with a wrench in my tire and got a flat. Travis was there to help me out very fast and free of charge. I really appreciate this company helping me out when i was stuck on the side of the road. Would definitely recommend this company and would use there services again if i have car troubles in Amherst ever again!

Justin arrived in a timely matter (approx. 20 min) which I consider really fast considering the unusual location on my car when my tire went flat. He got to work immediately and Justin had me on my way in just over 15 minutes. Thanks for your professionalism and great quick work. ?

I've used relentless on 2 occasions. The first was a AAA tow that literally took minutes to arrive and was handled quickly, and professionally with a driver that understands a broken down car sucks for anyone. The second was with my grandson who needed a car transported, again the gave a time and we're prompt and personable. Good experience both times.

12am, I blew the clutch on a vehicle I had just purchased and was on the side of the road. Nobody I called would answer til these guys. The owner picked up in two rings, and was incredibly courteous and helpful. Told me he would be there within a half hour and was there in 27 minutes. Had the truck hooked up and we were off in a matter of 10-15 minutes. He towed it for me, placed it off the road, and offered observations that he noticed while towing the vehicle. Extremely professional, extremely courteous and understanding, and excellent pricing to boot! Highly recommend, these guys got me out of a nasty situation that I wouldn't have been able to solve otherwise. 5 stars truly isn't enough.

I don't leave reviews very often. But after my experience with Justin and Travis at Relentless Towing, I wanted to help spread the word of my experience. They're a young 6yr old company that has the best phone response, clear and professional communications and a personal touch that just makes you feel good about having you as a potential customer. They moved two of my classic vehicles (sports car and motorcycle) to a barn in Western MA. I rode with Justin and discovered what a great young guy he was and along the way I listened to him take calls and deal with customers in-between our conversation. He even got a call for a lock-out that was nearby and right on our way. He asked if we could make a quick stop which I was happy to accommodate and I witnessed him perform a professional lock-out in less that 60 seconds and leaving another thrilled customer. They are superstars in the towing and road service industry and if you live in central or western Massachusetts you will no doubt have an experience like I had and will be happy to spread the word. They have a customer for life with me!

Have had to use AAA many times in the past year, and everytime the send Relentless Towing and Recovery it's a great experience. They always come before the expected time, and are a pleasure to deal with. This is the second time we've dealt with Justin, and he is always very polite, friendly, and helpful. If you ever need help I would definitely suggest going through them.

Exceptional and very efficient service! My vehicle would not start, contacted Travis who immediately responded. When he arrived, he was able to get my car to start, but noticed I needed to have the alternator replaced and recommended a new battery. Travis not only towed the vehicle, but worked on repairing it all in the same day. Would highly recommend their services to anyone who seeks high quality services to get you up and running quickly and with a smile.
