I don’t typically leave reviews but I am so thankful for the experience I had at your Greenfield store recently. I was on my way home to NYC after skiing with my family for the weekend and one of our windshield wipers flew off the vehicle on the highway. We made it to the your location and Tiffany literally saved our day. She easily found the correct parts for my car and offered to install them without me even asking. Being that I come from a retail environment, it’s always great to see employees who care about the customer and want to help them.
Huge, ginormous, absolute shout out to Shane for saving my butt today. I drove half an hour to get a new battery and he was able to help diagnose the problem and save me a whole bunch of money and giant headaches when he definitely didn't have to do that. Thank you so much Shane for going above and beyond helping me out today! Give this man a bonus!
Employee there wasn't really interested in helping anyone. Went in for windshield wipers and he checked his computer and told me the size I needed which didn't seem correct to me. I looked them anyway. Went back to the counter and he said I'll check again. I said, I don't see that size there in any wiper except for rear windows which I told him I had a sedan and all he said is I guess we don't have any. I and another customer (not sure what they were looking for) Went across the street to Autozone which was crowded. Wonder why? We both got everything we were looking for. I usually like O'Reilly's but not that day. Need an employee who cares for what they are doing.
Make sure they are the right parts. I was given a wrong tie rod end for my q50 and it was scraping against my rim. Another misfortunate mistake was Bradley ordering the wrong sway bar link for my car after showing me the right one in the picture, very weird and suspicious. When I went to return the tie rod Bradley tried to refund me for a sway bar link which was less money. Some serious retraining is definitely required.
Ok auto parts store. They do always seem to have parts on hand which is nice and the place is well organized. On the other hand the staff is often not very helpful. With so many auto stores around there are better places to shop imo.
I recently started buying my parts here as they ACTUALLY keep stuff in stock! Shocking i know! Got tired of always waiting for stuff from autozone. I know its inevitable sometimes. But dang....they are also a fair bit cheaper with my commercial discount than autozone was. Had one hiccup where part's were missplaced and i was charged double for a few items the day prior. Fortunately the guy that does the parts out back cought it when looking at my reciept. Which i was very grateful for. Good staff thats not fresh out of highschool and actually knows something about vehicles. Bradley? I think his name is? Is always awesome to deal with.
Took awhile for them to come out from the back room but for once i wasn't in a huge hurry, so i didn't mind waiting for the correct parts unlike other places
They spray unnecessary pesticides on their lawns which is toxic to dogs and half the time the wind takes the signs away that warn you about it. If you walk you dogs in the area be careful. NO ONE ELSE SPRAYS THEIR YARD ON THE STREET AND STILL HAVE VERY NICE YARDS! ITS NOT OKAY AND NOT NECESSARY!
Guy behind the counter couldn't bother to put his food down while dealing with customers. Mouth full of food while talking, seemed extremely bothered. Sold me the wrong part because he didn't put my correct vehicle in.
I needed wind shield wipers and this was the perfect place to get them. They were so helpful,professional, and kind. They were even put on for me for free!
The people at O'Reilly are wonderful. Bought some wiper blades and they offered to install. I said, nah, I can do it. Of course I had to go back in and ask. They popped right out and did it. Super service and super friendly. Definitely a 5 star store.
All star store! I drive semi and blew a turbo hose. I needed a couple hose clamps and was 3 miles down the road.
Ryan K. volunteered to run the part out to me! Amazing customer service and totally awesome people! Totally recommend this place.
Paul who works here is a total angel. He stayed late past closing time to not only run the diagnostic tool, but then to help me clean my mass airflow sensor, saving me hours of waiting for help at 9 pm on a Friday night. Thank you Paul!!
Shane was extremely helpful when I needed to replace my wiper blades. He told about the style and price range of their selections. He went to my car and looked up the model year as I wasn't sure. I bought the house brand and he put them on my Kia Sedona for me. Highly recommended!
Many parts in stock and what they don't have they can usually get in on the next truck, same day or next day. Staff are usually helpful, though I think the orange location is more helpful, friendly and generally knowledgeable.
Good inventory, but the staff is far from professional. Bradley seems to be in a perpetually bad mood, and is a jerk to the team. Needs some better management to create a respectful store, has made O'Reilly's my last resort in town.
Helpful counter help got me the parts I needed even when they couldn't get it for me rite away. They found the part I needed in Northampton Ma at a competitive auto shop and even gave me directions.
They are out to collect as much business as possible. The staff is super nice over the top. This place from what I see and get is they just want your business even if it cost them. Now that's one he'll of a shop. Always have great expearances here and so far un like advanced auto OReillys have not gave me any wrong parts yet!!
Went in for new wiper blades and they were super friendly and helpful, even came out and installed them for me without me even asking. Operad was the guy who helped me and I really appreciated his customer service. Thanks very much
O'Reillys is your typical auto parts store. They provide great customer service from answering questions to helping you with your vehicle. Everytime i go into O'Reillys i met with a greet and if i need assistance. Thier knowledge is very extensive in all my auto maintenance needs.
Friendly staff. Was looking for certain paint for months. Been to many many place's With no luck. Been to other Riley's also. Greenfield Riley's asked can i help you said im looking for a certain paint for months no luck. He said what are you looking for. Gave him the list of 4 brands i would take and the best choice.He said give me some time will mix up something show you and put paint in 2 spray cans. I give you 5 stars and a big thank you
These gentlemen go above and beyond with their customer service. I needed brakes, and they price matched items for me, saving me money. They went out of their way, and looked at my car to ensure I got the proper parts. Great guys, great service!
To say that the Staff of this Store go "Above and Beyond" would be woefully *under-selling* their impeccable Customer Service and commitment to Customer Satisfaction. Best shop of it's kind for 100 miles.
The guys in the new Greenfield MA shop were very good with their customer service. One was newer and learning to process an exchange without a receipt which was fine of course. My issue is there are signs at the entrance requesting anyone that walks into the store to please wear a mask. That’s great! And I agree we should ALL WEAR MASKS IN STORES, however not one of the three employees had a mask on! I had a conversation just yesterday about where to go for a part I needed and another parts store was recommended and I stated well I’ll give the new O’reilly’s location a shot and like I said the guys were polite but the mask thing is a huuuge issue right now. We’ll see but I’m not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon. -Disappointed and frustrated
The staff for the most part is knowledgeable and friendly. They don't always have a great selection of automotive trinkets but the hard parts are in stock or in many cases can be had by later that day or overnight. I can't say that the part is always right but manufacturer's sometimes change things or vehicles get modified so the book part doesn't fit but that's not their fault and they work to find exactly what you need. Overall a great bunch of guys that try hard to make sure I have everything I need to the job right the first time without having to make multiple trips to the parts store.
