Terrible service, the service price is double that of other competitors, the owner Jesiel is very rude and thinks that he is the only one who does bodywork and sells auction cars and very poorly repaired.
I see a car I like on their website. It says in the description "clean title, low miles". So I call them about said car with some questions, and they tell they don't have the title. Therefore they can't sell it. Synopsis is, either they are incompetent or liers.
The car we bought is now a yard ornament parked in our driveway..we spent every dime we had on it . we only drove it a few times and it broke down nearly everytime.it wont even start and its a newer car .we are devistated ,the dealership worked on it 3 times and it still broke down after we got it back , they know it had constant issues.We would take down review if we got it resolved, but they kept our money left us stranded.it has computer problems and they should have went through the electrical .i could have bought 2 used cars in a private sale for the price i paid for this lemon.,but i trusted buying from a dealership. i thought i was buying something that would last my family several years
This place is terrible, My Son and Daughter-in-law bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox which they paid cash, they didn’t even have it a week and it started giving them problems. My Daughter-in-law and her mother were driving home from shopping and were on the highway and it dead stopped they both-were lucky that no other car were behind them or they would have been hurt or worse. My son tried to reach out to the dealership with NO response back. IF you buy from this dealer you’re taking your life into your own hands this place needs to be shut down!
I bought a 2020 chevy Equinox 3 1/2 months ago for $17,000 paid outright for it I've had nothing, but problens with it .The first 2 times it had problems right away & bridgeroad fixed it ,but they stopped responding when it needed service a 3rd time .Yesterday i nearly died it shut down in the middle of the highway ,jolted both my mom and i.We were stranded for an hour on the highway .The blinkers also stopped working ,headlight has moisture from a leaky seal and now my headlight doesn't work .The dealership won't answer my calls or my email. Its not safe and now sits in my garage .I was excited to buy a new car ,because my old one needs a heater core and I have alot of appointments for cancer treatment .
My car needed a new starter. They actually pushed my car over to their shop! Gave me a ride to work, fixed my car! Picked me up from work! Same day. Incredible service! Kind people, my car runs great. Thank you so much!

Purchased a salvage title Subaru from them in 2017, pricing was 30% lower than the Subaru dealerships. Car has driven well for almost 5 years! Not a single major issue with the vehicle since purchase *knocks on wood*

Very happy with these guys. ? They fixed my car, and for $1,225.00 less than what Toyota of Portsmouth wanted to charge me. So you can count on them they guarantee their work. They won't rip you off $25 worth of parts and Portsmouth Toyota wanted to charge me $1,500. For the work I needed done. Crazy right?

I hit a giant pothole right near their shop and thought I was SOL without a spare. They replaced my tire for cheap and had friendly staff to keep me entertained while I waited. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Salisbury area.

Several months ago we had the pleasure of doing business with the fine people of Bridge Road Auto. One of our cars had fairly serious auto body damage. They took our car in immediately, gave us a fair quote and did the work in a very timely manner. The work was Done meticulously And as promised.
A little over a month ago, We needed to find a new car. After a brief search, we had the good fortune of finding the car we wanted at Bridge Road auto. Once again, it was a very easy, pleasant And satisfying experience.

Fantastic experience here at Jim's. I was referred here from a friend, and I'm very glad he did. The work is impeccable. My car looks like it had never seen any damage and they gave it an excellent wash to boot. On the customer service end, I can't say enough good things. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made me confident that I was in good hands. High marks all around, would definitely suggest.
We were looking at a car today. I had the Carfax pulled up on my phone and the sales woman lied straight to our faces saying the car had only been in one accident, totaled ONCE, and sold at a salvage auction ONCE. I called carfax to double check. The vehicle has been in at least SIX accidents, totaled twice and sold at a salvage auction twice. They have the car priced at that of a vehicle that has NO accidents reported and only 1 owner. They claimed to have taken 20% off fair market value and could not negotiate price. All the mechanics and car salesmen we have spoken to have said the car isn’t worth more than 7/8k at MOST. SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS. Do not shop here!
I waited a few weeks after my car was fixed to post a review to see how the car managed. I was very pleased with the customer service and even more pleased with the repair. They worked within my budget (which was not much) and told it to me straight without any underlying sales pitches. I will definitely be going back.
We had had a major problem with a major water leak in our 2008 Honda Fit that started in the right rear floor. Then realized it was also in the spare tire well. Took it to a Honda dealership and they had it for three weeks to try to figure it out. After 18 times going through a car wash with each attempt to fix the issue, they ended up replacing the hatch seal and bondoed around the perimeter . Seemed to have worked, but soon returned.
Went on a lengthy road trip and put this car under a tarp the entire time. The cover was made specifically for this car. Upon return there was water again in the spare tire well. Took it to Jim's and he guaranteed that he could find and fix the leak. I will say we had some skepticism because of the previous episode. He had the car for two days and had found the leak, explained how he found it and how he fixed it. IT HAS NOT LEAKED SINCE!! Great work, courteous and expedient. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with a car issue!!
Purchased my car from here. Jamie was Very helpful in making sure that I got the best loan. She put up with many phone calls from me asking for different quotes. I ran into a little issue a few weeks after I bought it and the fixed it no questions asked.

Excellent experience purchasing our car here. The service was quality- not a lot of fluffy fake stuff you get from typical car dealerships. They repair and restore their cars, so typically they come with a damaged title. However they are reliable and our car has served us wonderfully. Very happy. Would keep coming back to them if we didn’t live so far away!

I just recently purchased a used car from here. Everyone who works there (especially Sarah and Hannah!) are extremely nice. They are a very honest business and tell you exactly what was fixed on the vehicle you are interested in. They let you test drive the vehicle without an employee (which is great because I hate when dealership employees go with you). They offer financing through AAA, the can give you a form to fill out right there. I had a lot of difficulty for weeks trying to go through credit unions and TD Bank trying to get a loan with my bad credit- but AAA finally said yes. Sarah was amazing and let me hold the car with a minimum payment of $100 because I was taking so long to get the loan. But finally I was able to get it and purchase the car! Jim's also took my old rusty '98 Toyota Avalon for $300, not much but it's something! Most people are skeptical of salvage vehicles but Jim's seems to do a very good business. They also do a 90 day warranty on the car if anything goes wrong. Great prices, great cars- they even vacuumed the car out the day I bought it! My parents want to buy from them next year. I would most definitely recommend this place!
I bought a 2007 Ford Ranger from Jim's a little over a month ago. I had an excellent experience and I have had no problems with the truck since then. When I bought the truck, it was clean and looked almost like new. Their attention to detail is evident. They were very friendly and even held the car per my request when I was straightening out my financial situation. I would definitely recommend this as a place to buy a car, and I already intend on purchasing my next vehicle there.
Just bought a Subaru at Jim's and it was a joy from start to finish. Zero pressure or gimmicks, just a great price on an awesome car. They were completely honest with the vehicle's history and stand behind any repairs or replacements they've had to make. As someone who hates the car buying process, I can recommend Jim's as a breath of fresh air.
