The manager and his team go above and beyond to help you get the part you need and give you The best price they can find on that part I feel if you guys had a team like this one in Salisbury Mass you guys will do great at the stores again thank you very much

Just called and “Tim” answered. Arrogant, ignorant human.
Called and asked about an item. Stated he had it. Asked if it’s cash or credit.
Stated credit.
He replied “Then that means I have to come
Outside” and hung up in my face.
Went down the road to NAPA and the guys couldn’t have been nicer.
Will NEVER give auto value my business.
And I do a TON of business.
I will also share my experience with anyone and everyone.
The person behind the counter (50/60s, large beard) didn’t even look up when I walked up. After about a minute of silence, I asked for assistance jumping my car in the parking lot outside their store. He dismissively told me no (it’s worth noting that they had no customers and another employee working), but mentioned that I could buy jumper cables from them, once again without looking up. If you’re considering buying something from them, try stealing the parts from a junkyard guarded by a rabid dog, you’ll have a warmer customer service experience.
