Had an after appointment incident with my 2013 Ford Taurus. After a week home, I noticed that the right side park light would not stay lit. I took it back to Greenwood Auto Body and Rachel found a cracked filament in the Park light bulb. Not even my eyesight is that good to see that. Rachel found another bulb and by that time, Ronnie came back to supervise the both of us and I was back on the road again. Thanks again!!
Went in for an estimate last week they said they would have it by the next business day the latest. Still haven’t received anything nor do they answer the phone. Not to mention they have a crazy phone service not allowing you to even leave a message. Guess I’ll be looking elsewhere for body work.

I can’t say enough good things about Rick and Rachel. My Mustang (which I’d only had for less than 8 months) was hit at my work at the beginning of the month. I called them and got an appointment within 2 weeks. They fixed my car in just 2 days! Better yet, they managed to get the dent out — no need to order parts! Most recent experience was very poor. Not a cheap price, vehicle was left dirty both inside and out. A tool was left in the back seat. Color match was good but finish was not. Still could see the area of damage. Also had over spray. Left multiple messages to attempt to correct these issues. No return call.
Simply outstanding. Got in an accident that wiped out my left front after a recent ice storm. Sharon got me in and kept me informed throughout the whole process, worked with my insurance company for additional repairs discovered behind the body work, and worked with my rental car company and insurance to coordinate multiple extensions on my rental while waiting for additional parts. The color match was perfect and everything looks great! They washed the whole car and even cleaned out the inside front. A textbook example of excellent craftsmanship and customer service. They will get all my future business.

Got my Blue Ford Explorer back last Wednesday and the front right bumper and quarter panel fix was done perfectly. The paint matched, the quote matched and it was done on time. EXCELLENT
