We purchased a battery here and were having some issues with it. I thought it was under warranty, so I stopped by to have it checked. The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful and professional. He brought out his handheld tester, confirmed the battery was unfortunately bad, and then went back inside to verify that it was still under warranty.
He immediately arranged for a replacement, and his colleague came out and installed the new battery on the spot. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is refreshing and very much appreciated.
Excellent service, fair prices, easy parking. The gentleman that helped me even went so far as to replace my windshield wiper blades in the rain. Thank you so much. You've got a customer for good!
Wow! I am very impressed with the service at Advance Auto parts. After unsuccessfully trying to get my battery replaced by AAA, I went to Advanced Auto parts and Robert was an very helpful. I had my battery purchased and installed right away. It was an easy and pleasant experience (two things I don't say often about car repair)

Robert and Matt really helped us out! Needed a cabin filter and an engine filter. Robert even helped us out, by putting the engine filter in the car. We also got wiper blades, Matt recommended a brand, I would have never thought to get, they are guaranteed for a year. They work great! Thanks for the parts and the great service! The McQuires, shine the dash, wipes worked great too!
We went in, described what we needed - a cabin air filter - and they provided me with three options they had on hand. I'm always very pleased with the convenience of these stores and the knowledgeable staff.
The sales rep (whose name I belive is Steven) helped me look for a Sideview mirror but was unable to find one online. So he came out to my car and looked at my existing mirror and was able to show me how to reattach it so that it would work again. I followed his advice and it worked!!
Guys were helpful on the phone and when I arrived at the store. They charged my dead battery then checked to see if it was holding the charge and functioning properly. They did not charge for this - and when I tried to give the young man a $20 to thank them, he said thank you but not needed. The area lost power that afternoon so I couldn’t purchase the other things I need but will definitely be back this weekend to buy them and support this store.
I bought a power steering pump from them and had to return it cause it wasn't the problem I had lost my receipt so they would not take back even though they could clearly see that l bought it there.so they lost a 500 dollar sale because of it i spent my money se where
Great experience! ~ I had several warning lights suddenly appear on my car's dash.
Went to Advance Auto Parts and the guy at the desk came out and read the warning codes with their OBD-2 diagnostics FOR FREE. Found out it was a bad O2 sensor. (Got it fixed at a garage: no more warning lights). THANK YOU ADVANCE AUTO!
Soon as you walk into the door you are greeted an asked if need help finding anything. Very nice staff always will to help you find best part to fit your needs an in most cases help you install.
Was told they were ordering the parts I needed called the next day wS told they had my parts went there and they didn't have all them like I was told. The employee never ordered the part they didn't have In stock so I had to drive to a different store 25mins up the highway to get it!!! I'll recommend this store but make sure double check if they ordered your part if ordering is the case!!!

I was stuck dead battery at Gloucester crossing. While waiting for help to jump my car, I called up advanced. They confirmed they had 3 options for a battery I needed. They discussed prices in comparison. Etc. I arrived. I purchased the battery, they helped me change the battery as I lacked the tools. And gave me a core charge for my old battery. Well educated and an asset to the store. - thanks again. Eric.
Courteous people working at this location but the only thing I didn't like was that I went in to return an item and they didn't ask me what card to put my return on and they applied it to someone else's . It's a commercial account so they applied it to the person's account that's on the paperwork not mine so I had to wait for them to fix it .
At least I caught the mistake.
