I was passing through town and stuck in a parking lot across the street with my car alarm blaring and the ignition disabled. I walked over to Beverly Auto Center, where Karim recommended a towing company, and then immediately looked at my car once it was in his lot. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving, and although he couldn't fix the problem until Monday, he recommended an electronics specialist from a nearby business (Marconi Radio) who was able to solve the problem that day and get me on my way. Meanwhile, as i was sitting in his waiting area for a couple of hours I saw many customers come in with a variety of problems and he and his crew was attentive and friendly to every one of them. If I lived here this is where I'd be taking my car for all future repairs.
I’m giving one star review for this place for a reason and the reason is they completely failed on diagnosing my Dodge grand caravan in 2015 and diagnosed it with something completely different and they double charged me for materials. I found all that after paying $1000. So the story started when I had a noise from my front end and I took my car to Beverly auto Center. And told them what’s going on. After I left my vehicle there they diagnosed it that my shocks need to be replaced and that should fix my problem and they charge $1000 for it. I said OK. So I got to pick up the vehicle I asked is the north is gone and the vehicle hundred percent they said yes and it’s good to go so I pay the money and I leave and the noise is still there the next day I realized that my steering wheel is off by 15° and I almost crashed twice on the highway I I call them and I told them about it and they said yeah the steering wheel was off by a little bit when it’s supposed to be 100% done do I bring it back to them and they did the alignment and when I get the car back they tell me there’s no noise when I did a test drive with the mechanic that he told me there’s no noise and I don’t know what are you talking about? He made me question myself so I left and I wasn’t happy. I got to another mechanic and after he double checked their work and triple check everything in the vehicle he found the real problem. And fixed it. And when I asked how much it was $400 when Beverly auto center charge me $1000. So I had to pay the trouble the money for no reason. And on top of it, they try to make me think that I’m crazy and I don’t know what I’m talking about. whoever read this thank you for your patience that’s what happened to me with Beverly auto Center.
Ammar did a great job fixing my taillight and doing my inspection very quickly I highly recommend Beverly auto center if you don’t like wasting your time
This place is the best! I’ve taken my car to multiple other places in town, and these guys are always respectful, honest, polite and get the job done. My AC wasn’t working earlier in the summer and they fixed it quick- within a day- for a reasonable price. I also get my oil changes and inspection sticker there. Today, they took my car right away and finished the inspection within 10 minutes. Highly recommend. I don’t want to go anywhere else now.
I take my 2011 Nissan Maxima SV here all the time! Been a customer for 10 + years! I will not take it anywhere else unless he can't do it and he refers me to another reputable place! Best auto mechanics in the North shore! Very reasonably priced excellent service and work done! Very friendly and professional! You won't regret coming here!
Highly recommend. Everyone always raves about this place and today I found out why. We had a dead battery and they were so kind to squeeze us in late in the day and made a quick replacement. We'll be back soon for an AC tune up.
I have been a customer of Beverly Auto Center for several years, for both gas and inspection stickers, and today I purchased a car from them. They are always friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to work with throughout the car buying process. They made it easy and I highly recommend Beverly Auto Center!
Best diesel prices ive seen in Beverly. Its full service too which is rare these days but nice. Employees are very friendly and they almost run a full service auto repair shop.
Was trying to use air pressure hose to loosen clog. Had a gallon of clean water to help. Got about 3/4 on the ground and the guy pumping gas comes over to give me a hard time about water on the pavement. 50 degrees, sunny, service bays closed for the day will be dry in an hour. Seemed very angry about nothing. Imagine if it were REALLY something to be mad about?
Had a nail in my tire, I brought it in to Beverly and they saw me right away. Very friendly service, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for a fix and rebalance. Will be bringing my car back for any future needs!
I go here on a regular basis for fuel and for vehicle inspection stickers, have also gone here for repair on a couple of occasions. Very friendly, honest and good work. Highly recommended.
The guys working here are so hard working and nice. Am always pleased with their prompt and professional service and trust them 100 percent. Like many others have said, they stick to what’s needed. Highly recommend!
Went in here for my state inspection, fastest inspection I've ever had-- most places I've been take an hour, but they had it all looked at in 5-10 mins. ended up replacing my tires to pass, that also was easy to do. Service was very fast and reasonably priced, great guys working here :) Thank you!
The people who run this place are the nicest people, always willing to help and try to get me the best deal ( even if it means sending me somewhere else) They are trustworthy and I continue to bring my car to them for any issues . Highly recommend
Super quick and nice on a rainy Sunday morning, even with interruptions by the incidental gas customer. I got an inspection withing 15 minutes just because I got there before 11am. Kudos to the staff.
Honest, straightforward and high quality service. I purchased a used car here 6 months ago, which I am very happy with. Not only was the car in great shape, the owner was honest and straightforward about everything up front. He also offered me a 30 day warranty and helped me get it inspected even a few weeks after my purchase.
My friends and I go to Endicott college and we have been coming here for years! Such a convenient location for us and everyone is always so helpful. We’ve been to other repair shops but these prices are the best especially for college students! Everyone is always so welcoming and there has never been a problem they cant fix! 10/10 will never go anywhere else!

Great place to bring your car for auto work or full service gas. I've had my oil changed and tires rotated many times and have been please everytime. Also, I've had my brakes & rotors changed, along with my engine seals replaced, all with awesome results. Thanks gentlemen; you're all true Professionals!

I've been here a handful of times, all positive. Today had some relatively major work done on my car and had yet another great experience. I called around a few places to get quotes for the work I needed done, they were right in the middle in terms of cost, but for my peace of mind and for where I would want to hang out while the work was being done (least expensive place was visually sketchy...) I chose to come here. I've always felt comfortable and welcome in their waiting room, and as a (lets say younger) female that will do these things alone, this is actually pretty important. Everyone I've come in contact with here has been extremely friendly, definitely has the small business feel to it as there is a pretty steady stream of "regulars" coming in. I'll try to keep this short but I cant say enough good things, consistent in terms of quote/actual cost, very honest, they took the time to show me what needed to be done, when it wasnt actually what I thought needed to be done, and overall I'm just glad to have found this place. Excellent group of guys that run it!
