I am extremely pleased I decided to go with Stateline Subaru for my most recent car and first Subaru. My sales consultant, John C., was both extremily helpful and kind. He helped me get the car I wanted while remaining in budget. After several delays, which weren't the dealership's fault at all, they still generously compensated me for the lost time. I will definitely be open to buying my next vehicle through them!

My wife and I just recently purchased a vehicle here and had a great experience with our salesman Aydan. He was very friendly and polite and worked with us on trade in and financials answering all our questions. There was a small misunderstanding with finance regarding a warranty purchase but they rectified and canceled that as soon as I requested. Hope to have many great years with our new Forester.

I cannot say enough about how impressive Stateline Subaru is. Zach was our salesman, and when my husband and I went to the dealership just to do research, he didn't push, hint, or even take our information. Zach gladly answered our many questions, and he was happy to let us test drive a car we hadn't initially been considering and ended up falling in love with. Zach's approach took so much of the stress out of our experience and let us really think about what made and what we needed. My dad was so impressed with Zach that he bought a new car with him, too. Inna and Jay on the finance team were so organized, helpful, and transparent with my dad and me. This was such a different, completely positive experience from previous car buying experiences I've had. We were in and out in about 2 hours when we finalized the purchases and picked our cars, we understood everything, we felt comfortable in our cars, and the follow-up has been excellent. Lindsey F here. I must say this is by far the best experience I have had with a car dealership personally in my life. We worked with Dionne, and he was just phenomenal. He's a very kind man, and I instantly felt like I could let my guard down with him. I was so impressed with him and finance, and how much they worked with us and how fair they were. They're definitely businesspeople—all car dealerships are—but there was literally no stress in the negotiation process. I honestly had no intentions of buying another car this soon. I was going to replace my battery next spring and get some new brakes at next inspection but we were starting to look now while we were still in control and so wed narrow down what i want when the time came. They were so fair we just had to make it work! I'm not sure if I will buy or get into a new lease at the end of my lease term, but what I do know is that I will be back to Stateline Subaru when it's time to make that decision. Nothing but good vibes from this place. I still cannot get over how hard Dionne worked to get me into my car quickly on a schedule that worked for me, even after they already got my first lease payment. No stress, no hassle, no aggravation, and the best part was that Dionne's personality and demeanor didn't change after he made his sale. He was with me, all smiles until the very end. I could tell he was genuinely happy for me and felt good about our transaction. Beyond ecstatic! On to new adventures with our new baby-meet Olaf! ?

I drove from Boston to Somerset to look at a car. At first, I was very skeptical—so many people and videos warn about how dealerships take advantage of customers. This was not the case here. Dionne was the first person to greet me, and he did so with genuine kindness and respect. He was clear, straightforward, patient, and kind. He completely changed my skepticism and made the process easy. I even came back the next day to finalize the deal, and although it was his day off, he still showed up to help me. We recently purchased a 2025 Impreza from the dealership and had a great experience overall. We worked with Ayden who was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The buying process was straightforward, and there was transparency regarding pricing and financing options. Buying a new car can be nerve wracking and time consuming so I appreciated the smooth paperwork process and quick turnaround and expect that we will be very pleased with our new car.

I went to Stateline Subaru fully prepared for the usual dealership experience—you know, confusion, paperwork, and questioning all my life choices. Instead, I got Niko… and suddenly buying a car felt weirdly enjoyable. Niko was phenomenal. Seriously. The man has the patience of a saint and the enthusiasm of someone who genuinely likes helping people (a rare combo in the car world). He answered every one of my questions—even the ones I’m sure he hears 47 times a day—without ever making me feel rushed or clueless. He walked me through the whole process like a friendly tour guide, except instead of showing me historic landmarks, he explained trim levels and financing without making my brain melt. By the time I signed, I was shockingly confident that I knew what I was doing. Stateline Subaru is fantastic, but Niko is the real MVP. If you’re buying a car and don’t ask for him, you’re just making life harder for yourself

I had a really smooth experience getting my 2025 Impreza from Stateline Subaru. It was convenient to go through the overall financing process, as well as the sales process thanks to Dionne! He did a great job helping me understand vehicle features and finalizing everything, so I was able to leave the dealership with a great car!

The salesperson was helpful initially, but the sense of urgency has since declined. My feedback would be to prioritize customers more consistently. I understand things can get busy, but maintaining that urgency helps ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner. After picking up the car, I had to return to get a sticker, and the process took far longer than expected. This usually takes about 20 minutes at any other garage. This is the second time I’ve purchased a car from this dealership, and this experience was not as positive as the first. There are definitely areas for improvement and lessons to be learned. Super approachable employees! I was looking to get a car, and within maybe the first minute of being in the lot, Ayden approached us and was super kind and informative. Made sure we were comfortable, offered water, and very honest. I ended up buying a Crosstrek and love it so much, got a good price and I’d really recommend this place!

I hadn't shopped for a new vehicle since 2013 and I dreaded the entire process, walking into dealerships with my hackles up, but Joey at Stateline was a pleasant surprise. I like to think I'm a good judge of character and he gave good vibes right off the bat. He was chill and warm at the same time and came across as a very genuine fellow. It helped that we discovered common hobby passions during the test drive and were soon chatting like old pals. We later sat and went over numbers and I didn't feel pressured or misdirected at all. Bottomline was, I wanted to buy a car and Joey (and Inna in Finance) wanted to put me in one at Stateline. Again, very low-key negotiations, no hardball nonsense. We finally settled on a tentative deal but I still shopped around for a week. I ended up back at Stateline and closed the deal with Joey and Inna and drove away a happy customer and owner of a new Crosstrek Wilderness. All in all it was a very good experience and I'd definitely recommend Stateline Subaru.

Another perfect purchase at Stateline Subaru 24. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this dealership and started with our Salesman Ayden Carreiro. He was amazing with so much knowledge of these vehicles, no pressure sales, so helpful and we’re grateful for his expertise. Alex at Stateline was the best salesperson I’ve encountered. He was very informative, patient in answering questions and even met us 1/2 way between the dealership and our home in Johnston, Rhode Island. He’s always available to answer questions or assist in pointing out how to use the features in the Outback. Definitely top shelf and places his clients first.

Dionne was fantastic. We walked on to the lot looking for a truck for my husband and sorta looking for a jeep for me. Ironically my husband stuck out but I ended up buying a beautiful jeep wrangler. Dionne was polite and helpful to both of us. He helped us get a great deal on my vehicle and we loved working with him. We walked in at the end of the day and he stayed to help us find what we were looking for. The hunt is still on for my husbands truck, if we can find one in the 24 group, we will be asking for Dionne to make the sale ? The business and finance mangers were great too.
