I was in an emergency and needed a car right away and this dealership accommodated me with everything I needed and more. They were able to put me in a car same day without any hassle at all. Just recently purchased a vehicle from here, the salesman was extremely nice and helpful. Under no circumstance did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I think just his sincerity alone would make me comeback for another vehicle in the future. I didn’t feel at all like I was being scammed into something the way that a lot of these dealers do. 10/10 would recommend literally just for the no bullshit. And on the upside my car is beautiful!
Unprofessional, I would assume if you buy a used car especially at a dealer it would at the least pass inspection. Not the case here at bridge auto!! Be aware , they’re ignoring me not getting back to me to fix the issue.
DO NOT READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Brandon; Tony and Jeff are absolutely amazing people! First time buying from them back in 2019 -- they didn't know me from a hole in a wall. They've bent over backwards for my wife and I then, and again in 2022 -- twice now for a used car. You have to understand the dynamics of the used auto market first and foremost, so please don't be hating on them. Know what you're looking for, weigh out all the options not just financially; but aesthetics and fuel mileage wise and also mechanical functions. They've made sure that not only my wife and I were making the right choice financially; but also for cargo capacity; on-board safety for my child as well, etc etc. They are very transparent of what they've added/repaired on the car, but also what it does need in the future or from the get-go, this is what I meant by weighing out your options. Don't get into a contract, come to an agreement, and then if something happens, you don't blame them. All in all; great people, great place, and will keep on doing business with them!
Do not do business here. I recently got my first car from these people and they pretty much sold me a car with no breaks. A used junk yard battery. No ac. No radio and now I need a new radiator. They give you a 90 day warrantee but they stall and pretend to be busy until the 90 days are over. Im pretty sure his grandfather has passed away excuse worked on dozens of people already. When you need to call them they never answer. When you go in person no one is there. They find cars anywhere then do the bear minimum to make it start and thats it. They have a negative reputation from any mechanic that hears about them. I highly recommend you do business somewhere else.
If you want to buy a car here run they are a big rip off sold me a salvage car couldn't register or sell car and they wouldn't take it back they took no responsibility for their mistake had 3600 invested in car had to sell it to junkyard for 250 for a net loss of 3350 so the best thing you can do is stay away from this place real shoddy business practices
I bought a suv from them last March for $6,400 and they told the finance company (Sensible Auto) that I bought it for $6,800 which is a lie. I been making payments on time since then but it's not right that they sell it to me for the price they said and tell the finance company something else trying to get more of a profit for themselves ? Also since I bought my car I had nothing but problems with it and keep spending all kinds of money on it . I will never by a car from them again and will tell everyone I know about how bad this place is. I seen bad reviews on here when I bought my car I didn't think anything of it ,but now I know the truth about them. I should have looked at the reviews before I went to their business and went somewhere else.
This place is horrible! They sold me a Honda pilot with two bad catalytic converters and try to not have to pay for it until I threatened legal action. They paid for the repairs putting in two aftermarket Cadillac converter’s which do not work and the repair shop that they chose told them and me they would not work and low and behold they do not work. Now they are trying to not pay for the repairs which is between $2000 and $3000 for a second time to put in the OEM Cadillac converter’s that it needs. Also they will sell it to you with a FAKE WARRANTY that will come in the mail with the FAKE debit card to pay for any repairs that you need that will NEVER SHOW UP. I just filed a complaint with the federal trade commission I am also going to be reaching out to Bristol County District attorney to file fraud charges against the owner because I’m not the first person to be victimized by these people. Brandon and Tony are all great guys I've bought 2 cars here and they have been great. The only place I will go from now on to get a car. If you need a car go see Brandon or Tony thanks guys.
My cousin just bought a car from them today. They were very pleasant and personable. They back their cars. There is a noise they said it was the shield but my cousin said it was the caliper sticking they said no problem told us to bring it to the garage on Tuesday ( the next business day) and said they will pay to fix it. Awesome service and would highly recommend
