I visited the Autozone on GAR Hwy in Somerset this morning and was fortunate to be assisted by Andrew. Andrew helped me out with uninstalling the low-beam headlight bulb for my Jeep GC to get the right replacement, which turned out to be more of a task than expected, and also helped install the replacement bulb. Very appreciative of Andrew’s help today.

The manager Peter went out of his way with a huge problem finding a I need it for my truck that I had no one had a clue about the year make and model of the truck I bought it without knowing that and it was only indication of what it was but he found the part I needed took him a while with no information he found it when I say thank you and great job

A young staff did not want to render service. I was checking out and he did not even finish checking me out. He look for the highest part to sell me. He also put an expression that he did not want to deal with me.

Had an excellent experience at this location with one of the managers, Alan, helped me through a very tricky return process that was complicated by my bank, has been my go to Autozone for many years and will be for many to come, give that man a raise!

I have purchased parts and consumables at the Somerset Autozone for the past 15 years. I have had only one bad experience out of numerous times shopping there. On this occasion, the manager went out of her way to find a solution to a problem that needed immediate attention. The only con is staffing shortage. Occasionally, the wait time is excessive. Even this is not so bad when you consider the reason why. They're helping customers.

Mason was great he helped me find the right windshield wipers for my car and I grabbed some wiper fluid and he recommended a better one so I went with that! He also helped me find the right fuse to fix the place to put my car charger in! He helped me change the wipers and fuse and fill the wiper fluid! It was 20° out freezing cold and he did it all with a smile! I tried to tip him a few dollars but he said they were not allowed to be tipped. He was fast knowledgeable friendly and ready to help he even greeted me when I walked in!!! All around great customer service! He definitely deserves recognition for his hard work if he can’t accept tips!

Ordered a part I didn’t need online, so I went to an auto zone in Fall River and they were completely unwilling to help. Feeling hopeless I went to THIS auto zone in somerset where a sweet man named Timothy helped me out. Apparently I needed a receipt number that I didn’t get online but Tim had no issues calling service to get that number. He was extremely helpful and willing to help without any scoffing. In the process, he saved me a TON of money in shipping the part back through fedex. Will 100% be returning and will recommend this store to anyone in the area. :)

Came in to Somerset AutoZone store manager Laurie was absolutely wonderfully amazing very helpful didn’t give me any problems at all bent over backwards for me to return a jack that almost killed me while I was holding up my car she was very understanding and her staff was all very kind and I just want to say thank you and she’s a great worker and so are her staff

I needed assistance with my car battery on my ‘10 WRX and the negative connector was loose. The worker who helped me, Tim, was extremely helpful in the pouring rain. I appreciate the help thanks a lot.

In a matter of seconds Julian R told me my car takes OE blades and he actually helped me put them on my car! It has taken me THREE YEARS to find out the type of blades my car takes. I wish I knew him before! Thank you for solving my mystery!

The people are fairly friendly and they are always helpful. The only "downside" is sometimes you have to wait for a bit until the employee is able to get to you, but its worth it. Thanks

I'm sorry but Autozone is getting to be the Building 19 of auto parts stores. I can't wait until O'rielly opens to give them competition. Every time I go to this store they only have 1 of something. Industry standard is that you replace a both calipers or both rotors on the same axle. Does Autozone somerset have the proper parts for you to do the job? Nope, they have 1 rotor, the other is in fall river, the pads are in a warehouse and will need to be ordered. Need a strut? ya you should replace 2 at a time but they only have one, have to go to RI to get the other. Its ridiculous. Today I went to buy 2 calipers for my Kia Optima. One they have 1 day order, the other is special order from their warehouse which takes 2 days. The reason they play this game is that you can't use any of the coupons you get in the mail. The exceptions always say "for in stock purchases over $100 or $200." So how to make your own coupon worthless? Don't have enough in stock so you cant ever hit over these costs and be able to be eligible for the coupon. NOT TO MENTION, Core charges. BUY parts on amazon, ebay etc. no core charge and you can bring the scrap metal for your self to get cash. They are making money off your cores.

Went in for oil and dry gas. The prices were the best around. Everything was in stock and staff was very courteous

I'd like to thank the young man named Bobby that works at AutoZone. my tire on my horse trailer was low he came out and help me fill it. I know it's his job but he went beyond and above. So the next time you're in there thank Bobby for me. tell him it's the horse lady from Delaware!

I needed a part that was not in the system. A staff member took the time to find what I needed. This is why I go to AutoZone: if they don't know the exact part, they will find what I am looking for.

Clerk staff are frequently short in conversation but if you know what your looking for its good and reasonably priced.

Have been buy parts for a long time and always great service until today. Tried to return a defective fuel filter and the manager decided to go offing me about why ididntjust bring it back for a new one, as he found out they didn't have any so bought one some where else. He still decide to make a big deal about. Sorry but I'll go somewhere else from now on
