I visited here and inquired about a part for my car. They did not have. The man was so helpful he located the part at several local junkyards for me. He saved me so much work and I got the part so cheap I was so low on money so this helped so much he didn’t even know

Very shitty people to deal with was told one price on the phone got charged a completely different price. Was told part was going to be 105 went to pick it up and it was almost 500 bucks. Would not recommend. Guys in office suck to. While I’m in there talking to the guy, he answers the phone while talking to me to help a different customer instead of helping me locate my order

This place was showing that they have 10+ of the part I needed. They do not pick up the phone or answer chats, but with over 10 in stock surely I can come by and pick one out. False. They had zero. Everything they had listed was at "their other locations across New England". If you don't have it don't advertise it. Other customers walked in with me, we all waited for about 10 minutes and left equally disappointed. Don't waste your thoughts on coming here
Goyettes is my go-to for anything LKQ. I run a body shop in Somerville and I've been working with Dan for 2 years on a daily basis. In this industry, it's tough to find someone who's honest, dependable, and willing to work with you. Goyettes has a huge network of partner yards. If they don't have it, they'll find someone who does. Parts come as advertised and on time. That's all you can ask for.

We recently purchased an engine from Goyette's for a Toyota Sienna. The entire experience was pleasant and positive. The engine was delivered when they promised and for a very fair delivery charge. It arrived clean and exactly as described. The delivery guy was courteous and efficient. And when they came back to collect the core motor, it was the same experience. We received our core and pallet charge back within a reasonable timeframe without having to make a single phone call to them about it. One thing to note - to add piece of mind and increase the life expectancy of the engine, we went thru it and replaced some of the gaskets and parts that would have been typical maintenance items for the given mileage of the engine. The customer has been happily driving his Sienna for several months now without issue. Thank you Goyette's Auto Recycling for a great transaction all around.
I was seeking a rear differential assembly for my brother's Ford Raptor, for quite a while as they are not easy to come by because they are specific to the model and generation. I even started looking at junked/salvage raptors for the part alone. I saw a listing from Goyette's for a 2014 Raptor diff assembly with 21k miles, with fair price and shipping. Excellent communication with JD. He was very descriptive, providing documentation, photos, coordination, including freight pickup. The truck is now back on the road and ready to roll again. Beware they will try to scam you!!! Bought an alternator from them online for $50 where there is no mention of any core charge whatsoever! I live nearby so I decided to pick it up in store rather than pay shipping. Upon picking up the item I was informed that I would need to pay $30 more for a core charge to get the item. I don't think these people are to smart as the sale is a binding contract and in that contract there is no mention of a core charge. The manager tells me that their system is run by a third party and not capable of doing core charges. After I told him they could just sell it for $80 and note in the description that a $30 core would be refunded if the replaced item was returned he looked at me like a deer in head lights. I also noted to them that if I had paid the $10 to ship the item then we wouldn't be arguing about a core charge and again a deer in headlights. I am not paying $80 for a used item with unknown life left on it when I can buy the same item a few streets away for $40 more brand new. They offered me an extended warranty for their item but who would pay for towing fees and labor to replace it if and when the 13 year old alternator died on me. In the end I did receive a full refund, however, this practice is highly shady and only because I walked into the store. They would rather their customer walk away then to swallow their arrogance and find a solution. From now on I will look elsewhere.
