Thank you Melvin!! On on of the coldest nights my car battery decided to die on me at a gas pump! Managed to get it jumped and quickly ran to O'Reilly's. Melvin met us outside with a new battery. What a good group of people work here! I thought my truck battery was dying so they tested. They found that my alternator was the problem. They could have easily sold me a battery instead.
The service person was extremely helpful to me with a battery exchange. He carried several batteries from the back to match up sizes with an old battery. He also assisted me carrying the battery to my car.

Service was prompt, helpful and courteous, even if I did hate the price of spark plugs..($8 each seriously?!!) But it's the same at the other auto parts places so I guess thats the price of having a car. Smh.
Plenty of parking. Super friendly helpful staff. Manager should be given a raise. Her interactions with staff and customers should be the standard by which others are judged. I drive right past 2 other big autoparts stores to go here. The 30 min drive is worth it everytime.
