Called AAA this morning for a jump. East Coast was dispatched and Devin was there in no time at all. Devin was super friendly and didn’t mind at all that I dragged him out for something so small. Keep this guy around East Coast. Friendly, good employees are hard to find!
We had quite a trial with AAA. 4 hours in, we heard from Nathan of your company who had just received the call from AAA. He was so polite, knowledgeable and responsive. He helped us make it through the final chapter of getting the car home. He is a gem! Give him a raise!!!
They drive very unsafely. Almost hit by one of these trucks. It looks like I'm not the first to post this complaint so it seems like an ongoing problem...if you are going to plaster your business name all over your trucks, maybe you should drive more safely. Would not trust them to drive a vehicle let alone tow one.
