  Today I was helped by a gentleman named Jamie. I had gotten a flat tire & the lug nuts wouldn’t budge. Jamie pulled up very friendly & ready to help. Despite the rain & how stubborn the lug nuts were Jamie worked his butt off to get those lug nuts off & put the spare on for me. Great guy & great service. Thanks again Jamie!

  I forgot to get the drivers name but I requested a AAA tow all the way to Stamford CT and our driver was not only very quick to show up but was super friendly about the situation and towed our car 2 hours away, given the current situation with the Washington bridge in Rhode Island and the typical rush hour traffic this driver was a blessing. Super grateful to East Coast Towing !

  Brandon from East Coast towing saved the day when I locked my keys in the trunk. He went above and beyond what I expected to get the trunk open (only way to do this was to remove back seats as it’s a convertible). He had a great attitude and was very friendly (and funny)!   Brandon came to my flat tire rescue on the side of the highway! He called me in the matter of 5 minutes letting me know he was about 5 minutes away! Once arrived he was friendly, fast, and efficient. My tire was changed in probably 5 mins! He even directed 24 highway traffic to ensure I got back onto the interstate safely!   I believe his name was Jared, he was fantastic and a HUGE help getting my car back to NH after it broke down in Taunton not even 5 minutes after I drove it off the Manheim NE lot and they refused to help me. He made the two hour drive north on a busy Friday afternoon and got my car back to my local shop for me. Super professional, and I'm very thankful for his help in such a stressful situation!
