I was on vacation when I got a spring in my tire. I googled a place to go and found platinum. I was very pleased, they took me right away, the place is spotless and the staff was very professional & nice.

Ordered and installed a truck cap for me. Cap model was recently changed by manufacturer. Had some leak issues. PAS contacted manufacturer, ordered what was needed, and did the repairs. Great service—professional and efficient.

Excellent experience. I was looking for truck running boards. The online “ customize your vehicle” feature was great- I could see my truck with various running boards- very helpful. Staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Did not try to either upsell me or low ball with lesser quality. Installation was done on time. While I was there they diagnosed a low battery charge ( did not surprise me as battery was 5 yrs old); replaced with new.
I brought a pre owned jeep I was going to purchase to Platinum to get an comprehensive inspection before purchasing - they found some issues and gave me the report to show the dealer - who agreed to repair some issues found - even though I didn’t purchase the Jeep from Platinum- which I have in the past - they had my back - and always do - I’ve been a customer about 10 years and I will continue to be - if they had a red Jeep on their lot- I would have purchased from them 1000000% I’ll continue coming to Platinum for service and recommending them to friends
Left my car at their location Sunday night using the key drop box. By noon on Monday I had the diagnostics on my phone , including what I had requested to get checked or done and lists of what could be repaired if desired. From this I called to let them know my selected repairs. Work was done by early the next day (I said no hurry). Car runs good and I know a few other things will need fixing on my 12-year old car when I can get those done as well. Friendly, courteous, prompt and helpful staff!
Chris was a great salesman to deal with, very fair and straightforward. Dave in the accessories dept was equally great and a pleasure to do business with. Have to mention Matt the installation expert who did the plow switch over for me. He even fixed an issue I had with the blinkers that I couldn’t figure out. Overall very impressed with this company from start to finish everyone was great!!!
I'll keep it short. The service was the best I have experienced in over 60 years of having my cars serviced. Very friendly and helpful personnel from the start of my outstanding experience was topped off the service with a Thank You card and a bag of Cape Cod chips left on the passenger's seat. All four tires were inflated to the recommended pressure, and the Oil Status was set to 100%. The little things do count. 100% recommended.
Another honorable mechanic outfit on Cape. When my older ford had an odd engine stall and my normal mechanic couldn't get diagnostics he recommended platinum auto as they are good with trucks. Platinum could not get the vehicle to act up again and told me that it should be safe to drive and it has indeed been fine ever since. The kicker here is despite devoting a fair bit of time to trying to figure out the issue, they barely charged me for running a scan. In a world where stealerships cost 240$ just to drive your car into the bay platinum auto delivers affordable expertise. And this was only my first time using them. They will be looking after my truck for the foreseeable future

This may not be the first rave we’ve sent about Platinum, but it’s our way of thanking them for their exceptional company. Whether a regular oil change or a larger service, everything is done on time and with a written explanation of the vehicle’s condition.
Our truck is now almost six years old, and we plan to keep it in “perfect” condition.The list of suggestions for updates provided is always in order of importance. That system gives us time to plan for what is needed and pay accordingly. . This time, we replaced many of the fluids.
Platinum’s staff is very friendly, as well efficient and knowledgeable. From the warm welcomes on the phone or at the front desk to the skilled mechanics, it seems like a family who truly enjoys what they do.

I just had my jeep fixed here and and am very happy with the service. My car would not start with a jump and the dealership said they could probably get to me within two weeks as a standby. I heard about Platinum and filled out an online appt form. I got a call from Platinum telling me they could take me the next day once they saw the car would not start , instead of the spot time I signed up for that was not for several days. They were knowledgeable , fast, reasonably priced and cleaned the outside of the car. I will now use them anytime my jeep needs work.
What a snowy & cold winter! Not a good time for the car not to start. Nick & Bill to the immediate rescue! They were both so helpful not only on the phone but in the office as well. 5 out of 5 for me and everyone who needed help that day. My car needed a diagnosis and to spend the weekend. I immediately got a loaner and was on my way home. Was fixed quickly and it was all a great experience. Highly recommend.
I had the best experience with Platinum Auto in Yarmouth! They installed a trailer hitch on my Bronco and did an amazing job, and I had my car back the same day. The staff helped me choose the best hitch for what I needed, walked me through my options, and made sure I was making the right choice. Everyone was super friendly, honest, and easy to work with. And the price? Better than anyone else in the area. Highly recommend them for anything you need done!
My van has had two visits to the shop. On both occasions the staff was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. For the second time my car arrived at Platinum Auto Service on the back of an AAA truck. This time it was a little more serious- my rear wheel was falling off. Since it was a serious repair and I did not have an appointment it understandingly took a while to repair. I was offered a loaner but we got by without one. Jay at Platinum was very informative and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. They are now my mechanic as we have recently relocated to the Cape. I look forward to bringing the car in on its own in the future.
