The customer service representative was very professional. He displayed some kindness and good conversation and he filled the car tires with some air. We were thankful for their services.
I called Auto Medic for tow service, and it was everything you would hope that the service would be: professional, courteous, and generous with their ideas and help with regard to my car problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough: you won't be disappointed.
My five stars is for the U-Haul rental place there. Easy and quick service. Scheduled online and came in…dropped off later, no issues. Had what I needed available. (Tow dolly)

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT go to this business! They had my car for four months and did not fix it. They gave every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't. They had me buy parts that I did not need and lied to my 85 year old Dad about what needed to be fixed on my car. Just the mere fact that they would lie to an elder and scam me for parts and service is enough not to do business with them. They are not trustworthy. These are the type of mechanics that give everyone in the business a bad name. Shame on them!
10 out of 10 would recommend. Fast friendly professional service with great pricing. Steven was super helpful, will definitely be using their services again.
Great service from start to finish! I am a faithful customer of Auto Medic for this reason. They have no gimmicks, no jargon - they always demonstrate a broad knowledge of mechanics and straightforward pricing. If something cannot be fixed or alternative resources need to be utilized they let you know. That kind of integrity is what keeps me and now others in my family as loyal customers. I have several vehicles of different makes and they keep them all running without giving me the run around.
Had our vehicle towed and auto medic did the work to fix it and then we dropped out other vehicle off and had a few things on that fixed. Great people to work with and prices are very reasonable! Very happy
I called they came. He drove all the way to Berlin. Dude backed up flatbed wrecker like it was nothing. Backed up One time inches from concrete on both sides I was impressed. I'll use you again.
What a pleasure to deal with Steve and Brandon. We had gotten stuck and they came to the rescue. Both gentleman we absolutely awesome and very friendly. I will never use anyone else. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!!!
Leaving one star because I don't see how to leave no stars. I am moving and got my retal truck stuck in front yard. Called this company and the guy said he could pull it out. He said he would call back with a time. I called several times over the next 2.5 hour and couldn't get ahold of any one. Had to send all my moving help home and will add another day to my moving. All the company had to say is that we aren't avalible. I called a company from Salisbury and he said he would be here in a hour.
After cancelling on them at the last minute a day prior, I called them and they were there a half hour after getting off the phone. Had my truck loaded in about 10. Would definitely recommend.
