I have bought 3 starters in one year for my 3208 Cat.Did not cover none of them becouse I used it commercially in my workboat around salt water but covered up. How do you expect to keep a man trying to work selling this crap. Also you sent me home last time with a 24 volt and was closed so had to wait and miss days to you opened the follow week. I recommend any to go anywhere e

Changed my alternator pretty quickly. Only reason its not 5 stars is because their prices for a battery was higher than the battery store.

Battery was a good price but charged me $96 dollars to install it. It took 15 minutes max to take it out and put in a new one. I was told by someone behind the desk it was going to be 20-30 dollars to install, which seemed reasonable. It was 3 screws and I would’ve done it myself I just didn’t have the right tools and my car was dead so I was stuck. Not sure how they got $96 dollars but they follow “the book”. They said if it took an hour it would have been $120 but since it was less than an hour they charge for an 8th of an hour which somehow got to 96 dollars. If you need anything installed I would go somewhere else.

If you're looking for a battery and more, don't go to these other shops. I was straight forward and knew what I needed. I asked if they had the battery I was looking for and they had 2 choices and exactly the prices their competitors said they had too. But the competitors claimed they didn't have the one I wanted that fit my budget for now. They all kept trying to show me $100 styles. The man from Walmart made a remark that you can try Pasco's to have them test it, but they are just gonna wanna sell you on the more expensive battery. Ha, not true, both styles they had were only $45 and $75, well under Walmarts and Autozones prices, both near Fruitland. Thank you to the 2 gentleman that helped me! Your kindness, courtesy and knowledgeable help means so much! Stay blessed! I pray your kindness is repaid 10 fold! Sincerely, happy holiday shopper who knows where she's getting her next vehicle batteries from!

The guy at the counter was one of the rudest most self centered people I’ve ever met. Then the other person later on the phone that seemed nicer just flat out lied. I’ll never give them a dime of my money.

DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ALREADY KNOW 100% WHAT YOU NEED!! Someone sold me the wrong battery that could have damaged my car or caused an accident!!! I usually shop around for my parts but just wanted it as quick as possible, so I had taken the battery out of my car, brought it in and said I needed an exact replacement. Thought I could trust it cause, you know, it's a battery store. Car ran fine for a few days then sat for a week and when I left for work everything seemed fine until 20 mins down the road my dashboard completely died and I lost power steering!! Took a double look at it and discovered they had replaced my AGM battery with a lead one. Replaced their battery with a new AGM battery and everythings good now. I don't fault the company, but they need some training or at least some kind of accountability. Y'all are really lucky I was going straight when everything happened or I could have ran off the road or worse!

Gosh I miss Mr. Brown….young clerk (1) looked put out when I requested they test resistance on a short wiring harness, then said “no,” and (2) could not and would not explain the difference between trailer tail light part numbers 440 and 440L, sharing his assumption of one is for the left and other for the right side. I later determined that the “L” was for license plate. Just puttin’ in time, suppose. Oh well.

They sold me a smaller battery than I needed because they were out of the one the manufacturer recommended and then when it wouldn't start my car when it was cold they said the battery tested fine. Bought the right battery from someone else and the car started right up. I've had poor performance from their batteries multiple times over the years and was stupid enough to keep buying them. Not anymore.

When I went to Pasco, I had no idea what I was looking for. The sales people are very helpful. They helped me fine just the right battery for my Granddaughter’s little car. Will definitely go there again.

My past two days... I am just going to relay the facts as they happened and I'm going to let all of you make your own decisions about the business I just dealt with. Back in March I had a new alternator installed by Pasco in Fruitland. On the way home from my second job Thursday my vehicle broke down near Easton. I had to be towed back and that was a nightmare because of the tow company they sent. It was a man and a woman and presumably their very small infant and a great big fuss was made about me having to ride back from Easton in the tow truck. I was asked twice if I had called for a ride home yet by them and not by my auto service company, Better World Club, an ecology centered service that is exactly like AAA. I've had my cars over the years towed a few times but never have I been asked that 50 miles from home. That however it was only the start of the nightmare. I took my vehicle to Pasco and I was given an initial call and told yes it was the alternator. I was given a subsequent call and was told that there was an oil leak onto the alternator and several other components that had to be replaced because of that oil leak. The alternator installed was from Pasco and because of the exterior cause they could not cover the damage. I thoroughly understood that. On Monday, on the phone, I was told It would be approximately a 5-hour job and 1300. I authorized the work. I authorized that work based on what I was told. I waited until 2:00 p.m. today to call. At that point I was subjected to a phone call where the person on the phone, I won't name them but it was a man on loan from another Pasco, basically beat around the bush before finally telling me they had no staff to do a 5-hour job. At no point was I called and told that before having to call them the day the repair was supposed to have been done based on my authorization. Needless to say I was incensed. I was not even giving a referral to someone who could do the work. I understand that people are short-staffed but there is absolutely no reason to falsely represent your business. If you can't do a 5-hour job, you certainly have time for a 3 minute phone call. I could have been called in the morning or at the end of the day yesterday and told I would have to find somewhere else because of the labor shortage there. My very kind neighbor took me over to Pasco to retrieve my vehicle which had been made drivable but the original cause of the second alternator failure had not been addressed because of the time frame. Now, to give them some credit, I was provided a new alternator without charge. I suspect this is because they had realized they could not do the service that they had promised me the day before. Ironically, I would have paid for that alternator based on what I was told previously if they had been dealing with me intelligently and fairly. When I spoke to them face to face at the counter about how poor their service had been, I guess it was because I was a woman, the man who had been on the phone with actually smirked. The blonde woman at the counter didn't look like she cared much either. I saw his expression, that smirk, and so did my neighbor. I made a comment to him about how funny I'm glad he thought the situation was. I hope he thinks it's equally funny when people see this post here and on Yelp and on Google reviews. My vehicle is now at Firestone. Their estimate was $300 less if they have to do the same work. I suspect that they may not. I no longer will go to or trust the word of Pasco for anything. These are just facts. I have witnesses who heard me speaking about the situation at work, texts to my other job telling them the situation before my denial of service, and also my neighbor as a witness. Make your own choice about going there. Also, I was told it was $100 charge just to determine the source of the oil leak. At Firestone that was 10.

Super terrible service and professionalism!! I took my car in the early morning for a diagnostic, to figure out why my car needs a jump every morning to run. I told them that I had a brand new battery and alternator, and that I didn’t believe that was a problem only for them to spend the whole day on my car only for me to come back and to hear what I already knew. Not only that, but they did absolutely nothing to figure out what the problem was even though I expressed my concerns. They proceeded to let me know that if I wanted more services I would have to pay additional fees even though I that’s the whole reason I brought it in. What an absolute waste of time. When I showed up for my car, I asked one of the workers what they found out with my car. He told me that he “wasn’t a mechanics” and he had no idea what they did to my car except what was on the paper. At that point I was done wasting my time there. Ik if I had just continued to get more services they might have found the problem but I refuse to waste my time with people that honestly seem like they don’t care so no thanks you!!

A wonderful group to work with, especially Kim and Dawn at the front desk. They get you in and out quick, and their auto mechanics have the expertise to diagnose things quick. Prices are reasonable for the area, too. All in all, a great experience.

I highly recommend coming to Pasco’s for your automotive needs. The employees were very knowledgeable, polite, and were able to help me find what I needed with no stress whatsoever. The wait was not long at all and I knew what to expect and what to pay even before it all started. In and out in a flash.

This place has a nice and clean seating area while you wait. It took about an hour to get an oil change done but I was told before hand so it wasn’t a problem. I am very happy with the service I got

Every time I have come to Pasco in Fruitland, they have quickly figured out the issue and fixed it. This is something I do not take for granted because it is not always that way elsewhere. Staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I came in with headlight issue. The bulb would work then blow out, then work again after the vehicle was turned off for awhile. They got me in without an appointment, diagnosed, and fixed the issue. Highly recommended!

I have used many other services in Salisbury and none I've experienced are equal to Pasco's services. Their integrity, knowledgeable mechanics, and friendly staff make them my choice to get my vehicles serviced. Recently they installed a trailer brake system on my truck. In the process the electric horn button was accidently damaged. They ordered a new one. What makes this so unique is about one year ago, one of the dual electric horns stopped sounding. I returned to the original installer on the opposite end of town and the accessories installer had his assistant check the horn. They had my truck for a day without any call so I returned to store and when I got waited on Dave said "the horn is dead," and couldn't be repaired. Very disappointed, after spend thousands of dollars on truck add-ons, I expected a bit more courtesy and attention. Now, back to Pasco; I ask Kim to have the mechanic double check the wires because the horns were both sounding on their own, just blowing going down the road. Turns out, a wire was loose and the silent horn was not dead, it was poor workmanship by the original installer who should have double checked his work. Now the dual electric horns sound great, thanks to Pasco's mechanic attention to detail.

Went here to get Propane. Went inside and the lady said they’d send someone right out. Waited about 20 minutes and nobody came out so went back in. This time a guy. “He’ll be right out in a second, I promise”. After 15 more minutes I finally got fed up and called the store from the parking lot and reminded them we were still outside. The guy who answered said neither employee had even told him a customer was even waiting. He came right out to help though once he got the call. They need to work on their inter employee communication and customer service at the front counter.

We were shopping for a golf cart for the farm. We made inquiry about one on the lot but it was sold. Dawn graciously explained how they could build on however we wanted. She got the body color we wanted , the techs cleaned up ( really clean!) a cart and added seats to the back, new batteries, new steering gear, and shined the cart up for us. They took extra care to details and were able to get us a cart in our budget... all within a week!! We could not be more pleased. Thank you to Dawn and the techs in the garage.. you have earned serious loyalty .. and this mama and little guys very happy!

My boss referred me to here I came in I needed a battery for my 2014 Ford Escape first time I've had to replace it been having trouble with their they did a free testing and prove that it was the battery they have to remove it because there's a lot that was in front of it before they could get it out then I found out they do it all River filter so I was able to get everything done here at one time very nice customer service Kim Bailey was kind respectful and so much help I will send everybody here from now on and I will give them my business

Excellent customer service fair pricing and always having items in stock whenever you call and if they don't have it the longest I have ever waited for a part was two days. And considering they are the only game in town they could very easily get lax and still get the buisness but they still go that extra mile. And that means a lot when customer service in America has driven consumers to shop online so they don't have to deal with sub par service and attitudes to match.

Dawn and Kim in the service department here are exceptional. I could not have asked for better service and assertiveness in finding my part for my Jeep. They are great at working with the customer and solving the problem. Kudos!!!

I went in last night to purchase a car battery after I had to jump start my car. I told them what I needed and they told me that the shop area had just closed. I got ready to leave and they asked me to wait a minute while they went to see if anyone was in the shop. They came back and told me that there was someone in the shop and that they could do it. In less than fifteen minutes I was in and out. I just want to say Thank You and let you know how much I appreciated it. You could have let me walk out and have to go somewhere else but you didn't. In this day and age it's rare that you didn't. I will definitely be back and will recommend you to everyone I know! Again, THANK YOU!!

Very professional and quick, must admit there was an initial miss communication and I can honestly say that the management picked up on it, contacted me a couple of days later, brought the issue up to me and subsequently made all the corrections necessary. It's not always about being perfect but how you respond to your mistakes. Great job to everyone at Pasco.

Stopped in just before lunch time to have my battery checked and replaced if need be. They had the battery for my MB in stock and got to work on it right away. Clean comfortable waiting area to unlax in. Current magazines and a TV! Service area clean and bright. I like that! Had my car done in plenty of time for my afternoon appointments!

Have been trying to get a fender battery changed for the last couple of days. Got turned down by 2 places once they realized it was too much of an hassle. Went in Pasco and they did it with no problem. In and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service. My car broke down next door at a walmart, turns out the starter had gone. We walked in to Pasco as they were getting ready to close on a Sunday. They stayed open late for us, helped us diagnose the problem, and fixed it within a half hour, without a single complaint. Couldn't recommend them more.

Horrible. They charged me 500$ to fix my car and the problem occurred again less than 12 hours of picking up the car and they lied to me about filling my coolant. They got annoyed that I kept calling and told me to bring my car back to them and when I did they let it sit in the snow for 4 days and told me they fixed it and when I got my keys they said they fixed it and then when I turned on my car in the parking lot I realized they lied completely. Never gave me any of my money back. Were so rude. Hated it. Do not go there I wasted 500$ and spent 2 weeks with no car and was lied to multiple times.
