I did purchase my 2013 Chevy Tahoe from cars plus. The truck is actually a nice ride, it doesn't use oil, it has no major issues only a couple minor ones. 1st rear hatch door will not close by pushing button, you have to push it shut. 2nd is the steering wheel controls do not work. These things were never mentioned to me before my purchase of the vehicle. When I first came in the Tahoe was quoted to me for $11,995 by the sales guy that works for Mr Mills. Then the day I came in to buy the Tahoe it had went up $1,000 more dollars. I was give-n a 30 day warranty. I went back 4 days later to complain about the rear lift hatch, and the SW controls the older guy who sold me the Tahoe had went out of town fishing with his son, and Mr. Mills wasn't there due to a death in the family. So I spoke with the lady that was there at the time. Told her my concerns and requested she forward them Mr. Mills and the older salesman guy. She took my name wrote down my concerns and said she would let them know as soon as she spoke with them. As to this day May 25th 2025 I haven't heard from either one of them. I haven't even gotten a call asking about my satisfaction in purchasing the vehicle and how I was liking it. I give Cars Plus a 1 star only because I can't give a no stars. Very poor service. I paid cash for the vehicle and asked the older guy are you guys going to wash it and fill it up with gas and the old man said yes.when I came back and picked up my new/used Tahoe it had a half ass washing and it only had 3/4 tank of gas, so I asked about the gas and he said it had a big gas tank that they couldn't afford to fill it all the way up. But he could afford to take a week off and go deep sea fishing in Texas with his son. I guess with the Xtra $1,000 he over charged me. Unbelievable. I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking about buying a vehicle from Cars Plus GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE THAT'S FOR SURE.
Just bought my truck from these nice hometown people. What a great experience it was. Had no idea there were still family friendly dealers around. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice clean used car.
