Omgsh this company needs investigated!!
First of all they try having You sign documentation stating that you retrieved all of your property before retrieving your property. Furthermore, they broke into a vehicle without proper consent. Without following proper procedure. Most importantly, company needs to be investigated for theft and breaking the law.
My vehicle was repoed by this company. Upon repossession this company was damaging to the vehicle. Immediately after repossession, I called to pick up personal property out of the car. No one would allow me. This was last Friday.. we are a week later . They finally allow me to get items out of my car. However tried having me sign a paper stating I got all my belongings. I told them no as I needed to verify my items. This tow company broke into my car. (Passenger window) Ransacked my entire vehicle. Mind you , they insisted they got all my items out of the car. Clearly upon looking at the car they did not retrieve all the items out of my car. I had personal mail still in there. I also had custom mirror, lights etc. No tow company is allowed or permitted to retrieve items out of the car until specific timeline has passed. Multiple laws were broken in this process and I will be seeking legal help.
Pictures below is the inside of my car. Now they stated it was cleared out and there was nothing left in there. Clearly it is not cleared out and there are items left in there. The window was broken with a trash bag covering it.
Very friendly customer service from the office during phone calls. I was nervous about it because the driver needed to come to my house while I was alone to tow it. I don't usually do these kinds of things on my own. He was very friendly and professional, and my truck made it to where it needed to be with no issues. Vinny's was recommended by the dealership, but I will also recommend them!
Lied to me about being a roadside service , just to come out and charge me $900 to say I need a tow !!!! Worst road services ever …. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
My engine blew on Interstate 70 and I called around to multiple places to get a tow to my dealership. After calling two other places who were either going to take a couple hours to get to me, or couldn’t take care of me because they couldn’t fit 2 passengers, Vinny’s saved the day. Told me it would probably take about 30-45 minutes to get to me, and Harvey was there within 28 minutes from when I hung up the phone. Harvey was polite and safely got my vehicle, and my husband and me to the dealership. The fee was exactly what I was quoted when I called. Don’t recommend getting stranded on the shoulder of the highway but absolutely recommend Vinny’s if you do!
Amazing service! They were super nice, prompt and saved the day for us. Transported our diesel F-250 from NC back home to MD with no issues. I highly recommend this company!
I was stuck in local road. Called them to check availability. Gave me pricing and availability then call them to hire, they bail.me out. Unethical, unreliable, bs company. Do not believe them.
These guys are willing to work with people in tough times. Understanding towing is typically brought into hard times. But we worked with them through issues and got the job done thanks
This shop takes care of you. Had to be towed in. Prompt pick up and tow. Truck was fixed promptly, then another problem arose and they helped in every way. Strongly recommend for a heavy truck tow or repair.
Terrible customer service. No one communicates and the worst they don't tell you what paperwork to bring to even let an insurance adjuster look at the vehicle. I had to go several times, my husband had to go and the insurance adjuster more than once just so we can look at it. Don't bother calling the girl that answers isn't even in the same building and also doesn't tell you that you need to bring all this paperwork. Coming from someone who has never had a card holder until recently. Try balancing three kids, two different work schedules and the stupidity of the office just to be told your car cannot be seen. The only nice person and one that told us anything was the tow truck driver that ended up helping me take my plates off, because I also didn't know I needed to do that either.
Horrible people. Apparently I can pay to move my truck, but aren’t allowed to have access to it? So it is mine if it’s not on the property? Wake up dude, my birth certificate, my son’s birth certificate, and my ssc are being held hostage while the title is in another state, and they’re deciding it’s not my vehicle. Lawyers will cost less of a headache than these morons
I called this morning to figure out storages fee's, towing fees. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and hostile. I was not asking for the balance on the vehicle since I am not the R/O. But she refused to tell me the prices since the vehicle is on a Police Hold. She said she was not willing to share that information since I wasn't the R/O. It was a simple question regarding general fees. I wasn't asking anything to do with the account.
Driver refused to drive his flatbed up the hill to where I needed my vehicle towed, forcing me to drive a disabled vehicle up the hill likely causing additional damage. I have had and seen multiple other companies up this hill with larger flatbeds and larger vehicles being towed. Driver was apparently too lazy to do the job he was paid for.
Jerry was a Real nice guy hard working was not lazy. On time. Try this best to help you the best way he can + he left and came back within 15 minutes with batterys thank you from (NVK Logistics)
I ordered a tow at 9:30 am for a 4:30 tow and ride. I received a call at 3:30 informing me the office girls gave me the wrong price of 390 (40 mile tow).
I was told the new price was 500 or they wouldn’t do the tow.
I signed up triple a. They are picking my vehicle up for under 200 and a year long service.
This companies word isn’t worth a dime.
Great experience w/ Vinny's. Dispatch and drivers were polite (had to have a box truck towed twice). Quick service and fair pricing. Will definitely use them again!
I got there at 7:56 AM left 5 o'clock PM. They did a great job, Rotor's hubsey oil replaced all. Under two thousand. Everybody there is. It's very nice and goes out of their way to help you. There are raspberries to eat and dear to watch
I just have to say. These are the best people. Like literal angels. I was in an accident in my jeep 2020 in 2022 under very unfortunate circumstances, regarding Door Dash. They gave me advice, and phone numbers. The issue with the jeep isn't resolved-almost a year later, I need to have it towed from it's current location to another. I'm stressed and sad about the whole thing as it was my dream car... these guys once again took such good care of me. IF YOU EVER need to be towed, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These people were super and amazing in an extremely stressful and devastating situation. THANK YOU all so much!!!
I just have to gush about Vinny’s Towing. When females are stranded with vehicle problems safety is paramount. When my vehicle wouldn’t start at the grocery store I googled tow truck companies and within 30 minutes (after hours) Tracy came to my rescue and jump started my Jeep. He was absolutely stellar. Pure professional. The next day when I was about to get a new battery my Jeep wouldn’t start. I called Vinny’s and Harvey was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He helped me decide to tow it to a repair shop that both he and Tracy recommended as I am new to the area. Simply impressive. Only second to how my Jeep and I were treated is the reasonable price point for each service. I know that everything can be expensive and I am used to being nickeled and dimed but I also know the value of being stuck with vehicle issues and preferring not to invest in AAA. This is the reason why - it really wasn’t much to pay out of pocket. For me to pay $135 for a tow across town on a flatbed was an absolute steal in my book. I am truly grateful! If you are stuck and need a tow please don’t pass up on Vinny’s.
Vinny's was prompt and did a great job getting my car to Spectra, who recommended Vinny's to me. I would certainly call them again and recommend them to others.
This company towed my father’s semi truck a month ago and refuses to let us pay for it!!!!
When my father received the invoice, it was over his budget. So, he asked Vinny if he could pay for the part the truck needed instead to lower the price. He told him he’d look and see.
The following day, someone from the company emailed my father and said he could, so he did! When Vinny received the part he argued with my father about how he never gave him the ok but he has the email to prove that someone did!!!
Since Vinny is money hungry, he refused to take the part and sent it back so the invoice wouldnt get lowered. Finally, to get this all over with (since remember, its been a month, we needed to get my father’s truck back) My father went to Vinny’s website to pay the invoice with credit card and it went through.
Of course Vinny called and told us suddenly he doesnt take credit card even though its on his website! What!!! He should’ve at least told him he did not accept credit card from the beginning! Vinny didn’t accept the money and STILL has his truck even though he sent the part AND paid at this point. What is his issue?? Very unprofessional and does NOT communicate! Do not ever use this company.
Amazing experience! Wonderful polite front office & tow truck driver. Smooth communication with Dustin on pricing and pick up location. Price never changed and they were on time. Vehicle reached destination safely with no damages. I also lost $700 at their location after paying. I didn’t know until I left and when I called to ask if they’ve seen the money that was no longer in my pocket. Dustin honestly said yes and brung it out to me when I arrived back at their location to pick it up. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!
Popped a glad hand off and the fitting was still stuck in the trailer. Was lucky enough that the owner Mr. Vince came and helped get me back rolling in 45 minutes. Great service. Really great personality. Will definitely do business with him in the future if ever in the area ! Ignore the bs keyboard warrior reviews. Mr. Vince was very knowledgeable and even had a comedic touch to his service. 10/10 would recommend
Very professional drivers. Friendly and respectful and answered all of my questions. They came twice to tow my car to a dealership and they were the service providers from my insurance company. Appreciate you guys and would definitely recommend!
I was so impressed by the tow truck driver Brendan. He was absolutely amazing & kind. He helped me take my personal items out of my car and carried them in my house. He assured me that everything would be ok. I felt comfortable and l felt that my car was in Great hands. Thanks again Brenden for your service. We need more people like you in this world. God Bless

They called the police on me because like I said before the management likes to talk down to people. I went outside to go on the phone with my bank so I could make a couple of transfers because they were charging me a crazy amount to get my car out that had broken down on the side of the road. They police had them tow it the same day I got the new piece to fix it. Anyway this one lady comes outside yelling at me because it was close to closing time. I tried to politely explain that I was transferring money to other account but she cuts me off saying that I have to listen to her. I finally tell her to shut up so she goes inside and calls the cops. They give me a trespassing order. When I called them, Jerry over the phone to try to get my car back, Jerry was quite rude to me. And the fact that this guy challenges someone to a fight on Google maps.....really unprofessional
DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE FOR MD STATE INSPECTIONS..!!! They charge you $450 for state inspections and to get vehicle re-inspected they charge you another $65.00 even tho haven’t run for 1000 miles or 30 days. All md state inspection stations give you 30 days or 1000 miles.
Shady business practice and misleading tow truck drivers. You can tell by the owners responses to negative reviews that these individuals have no class and are entirely disrespectful, so I am not surprised they have tow truck drivers intentionally misleading customers to take advantage of them. Thank you maryland state police for forcing me to use Vinnys instead of our reasonable, reliable and RESPECTFUL normal company. Stay far away.
Good humor quick service and very helpful. They got right to what I needed which was getting my keys so I could get stuff out of my car until my insurance company picked it up and didn't give me any problems. For a tow yard they're accommodating. Thank you.
