This place is the best shop for repairs. They go far and beyond for customer satisfaction and mangement makes sure you experience is pleasant. Definitly appreciate the help from Advance Auto body and towing collision center. Thank you Ozzie for everything sir will reffer out.
First they had my car for 2 weeks we were promised the car would be ready to go twice neither time it was ready. Had the car back less then 24 hours and the car alarm has continued to go off randomly on its own which it was not doing before they done the work. Was told my wheels would look new upon repair they look ruined from whatever they put on them. I do not reccommend this company at all. The body paints are now two different colors on the car the paint was not cambered to match the car. My trunk also now does not open unless its opened from inside the car. Not happy and would not recommend this company. They will inconvience you anyway they can.
They did the Estament 2 months ago and have been patiently waiting on the other drivers insurance co. Which turns out didn't have. I'm now on thier list to get my Dodge 4 door P/U repaired. Thanks PA State Trooper for catching the assailant.
This place is awesome the customer service is well above Diana Warner totally will help you through all the process of getting your vehicle back on the road. the constant updates on your vehicle plus working with you and your insurance company to make sure you have the right parts. This is the second vehicle that they have worked on for me personally and I love their service I recommend that if you have Allstate Insurance this be the company you go to they will quickly make sure you get your vehicle back on the road highly recommended
they legit give you a run around. They told me about four different days when my vehicle will be ready, even told the insurance company a date but yet weeks later they still need to order part!!!
Took my car there last year through my insurance for body damage. They broke my key which costs around $50 and my gas cap no longer was attached so it falls off every time we fill gas. I mentioned both to them and they never got back to me.

After having someone back into my car causing significant damage to the front end I called Advanced Auto Body and Towing. The tow truck was there in no time and the driver was very friendly and polite! The work on my car was completed in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. The staff were very professional and did exceptional work on my car. It was like driving a new car! I definitely recommend this shop. I know if I have any car trouble in the future my car will be taken care of by the kind and competent staff at this shop!
A couple of weeks ago, I hit a deer with my car on route 70 and had some pretty decent damage to the front end. Through word of mouth, I heard about Advance Auto Body and decided to give them a try because I had heard such great things. When I took my car in, not only did they make me feel comfortable, but they assessed and completed the work in a timely manner. When I picked the car up after the work was completed, it looked like a brand new car. The staff was very friendly to me and thorough in their work. I would highly suggest Advance to anyone I know, and will definitely use them in the future if needed!
Someone ran a red light and hit my minivan and caused severe damage. I have AAA and this was an approved AAA repair shop and not knowing where else to take it I let AAA advise me.
It took nearly a month to get my minivan back-I understand that the process was delayed since we were dealing with insurance companies but it was a long time to wait for my van.
In addition, when we picked the van up we noticed a terrible clanking noise anytime we hit any type of bump/pot hole/ect. We stopped driving it (we picked it up on Friday) and I had it towed back to the shop on Monday because my husband looked under the van and noticed a bolt in the chassis was hanging more than HALF out! Driving it under this condition could have caused the bolt to completely remove and according to the tow truck driver that picked it up it would have cost thousands of dollars worth of damage, not to mention the potential bodily harm to any passengers in the van.
When we had it towed in and I showed the pictures to the lady in the office (yes, we took pictures), she said "I can't believe they didn't notice this at the alignment shop". I'm sorry, but blaming another shop who did an alignment for not noticing your shops lack of car in repairing my van does NOT make me feel good about your shop. Needless to say I will never return to this shop, I will not recommend (and will in fact discourage my family and friends to utilize) this shop. The thought of what could have happened while I had my two small children in the van terrifies me.
My suggestion is to avoid this shop if you have any other option available to you. They people were nice enough-what little I dealt with them, but they don't own up to their mistakes and this was a BIG one which makes me wonder how many small ones are left unrepaired in my van.
By far the worst service I have ever received. The only person who did a decent job was the tow truck driver who came to get my car from where the accident took place. They have had my car for coming up on two weeks and still aren't completed. They called me the day after they received the car to ask about a rim I had and told me they would order it. Over a week later they call to tell me they have just placed the order for the rim and it would be done by the next day. The next day I received no information all day and when I went in to pick it up they tell me it is still not completed and will be done the following day. The gentleman helping us had the audacity to say "I'm really not sure what you want me to say it just isn't done yet."The following morning I receive a call telling me that they are just becoming aware that my car had another damaged part and that it will take a week to get that part. The final work was supposed to be completed yesterday. Now I have to wait until Monday and there is still no guarantee that it will be completed. Once I get my car back I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the horrendous service that this company provides. I wouldn't be surprised if my car falls apart driving off the lot.
Terrible. The auto body section is full of racist. The tinting place takes forever. My appointment was for 11. I had to wait until 1215 for the guy just to show up!
