I came to this shop last year for a hub seal repair. From the beginning, the work was not done correctly. They installed the wrong size brake drum, and the brake pads were sticking out.
Less than three months later, the same problem came back.
When I called them, their attitude was very unprofessional. They told me to bring the truck all the way from Texas to Maryland just for them to inspect it, which is completely unreasonable for a working truck.
I had no choice but to fix it locally and paid $850 out of pocket because I couldn’t risk driving with an oil leak and a possible DOT violation. I asked them if I can take it to the nearest shop to me and I can send them estimate the guy on the phone said that I s not possible.
Last week for the third time the same hub started leaking again. Another mechanic found that the bearing seal had not been reinstalled correctly, one part was missing from the hub bearing and he confirmed that the first shop did this mistake which caused the repeated oil leaks. Because of the oil contamination, I had to replace brake components multiple times.
This issue has been ongoing for a year and has cost me a lot of money and downtime.
High prices, poor workmanship, and very poor customer service.
Truck drivers be careful stay away from these scammers.
They came out to replace airlines and electrical line on my tractor, I thought everything was fine until I realized my glad hands were leaking air, causing me to lose air going down a 6% grade. 987$ and I’m still leaking air. Called technicians right after no answer. Management as yet to reach out to me

Summary: A damaged EGR crossover pipe on a Volvo required replacement. My company dispatched me to FixNGo in Shippensburg, PA. My shop manager provided very positive feedback regarding FixNGo and their staff. I arrived at 9 AM and departed at 1 PM to collect my backhaul.
Details : From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., a significant amount of dedication and effort was extended to assist me. Tonya, a member of the office staff, persistently endeavored to locate the necessary part. She contacted Volvo, located 28 miles away, but unfortunately, they did not have the part available either.
Tonya remained persistent in her efforts. While I was watching TV in the waiting area, I began to feel less optimistic that the issue would be resolved that day.
I then heard Tonya, "I got one!" I was uncertain if she was addressing me or another customer seeking assistance.
"Jim, I have it, and I'm having the team retrieve it from Hagerstown."
The team returned, replaced the part, and I was able to depart in time to pick up my next load before the 2 p.m. cutoff. I greatly appreciate all the efforts of FixNGo. Considering the time it took to locate the part, the time it took to acquire the part, and the installation of the pipe, I believe that was exceptionally "fast work".

Mr. Larry did an amazing job helping me out of a intersection . I was blocking traffic on the way to pick up a new load. My Air tank had gotten punctured and I wasn’t able to build up any air pressure anymore. The truck stopped shifting gears for me because I didn’t have over 95PSI of air pressure. Thanks To Larry I was able to make it safely and out of the intersection here to the nearest Pilot truck stop.

I had my radiator leaking, go to Fix n Go, they replaced it, also found a problem with transmission oil cooler, it was replaced too. Everything took just 5 hours. The shop team is really professional and I have never experienced customer services they have, they accepted all ways of payments I was able to make. Really great service, friendly environment, happy that found them. Would recommend to everyone who has a problem and need to have it fixed.
Amazing folks! There where you need them, on site or on the road. Full discloser before they even start repairs. They invited us to stay there over night in the parking lot in our RV. Decent place, but I sat there for about 7 hours just to get my windshield wipers fixed. However, I’m just glad they got fixed. Just kinda feel like it was a simple fix and could’ve been done sooner because I sat there for about 7 hours. It does seem like they waste time to jack up the bill for something so simple. Ended up spending $900. They sent me a link to authorize the price, but the mechanics and the secretaries weren’t on the same page because I sat there for almost an hour thinking this whole time they were working on my truck… the mechanic Dave came out to use the bathroom, so I asked “how’s the truck coming along” he said “oh, we’re just waiting for you to give us permission to work on it.” Bro, do you know how heated I was?? I sat there for almost an hour thinking my truck is being worked on just for him to tell me that.. It just seems like the communication there isn’t great. The secretary was arguing with the other saying “they never told me that they were ready.” And the other one was like “they said they sent the authorization link” so they were just going back and forth about it and I’m standing there listening to this… and they were gossiping the entire time too lol. Like, every time I had a question they acted like I was being a inconvenience or interrupting their conversation. Idk, seems like a toxic environment. I just think they fool around just to jack prices up. And, I don’t think I’ll go back to be honest. Maybe if it’s my only option, but Definitely overpriced.
Big shout out to the phenomenal team here at Fix N Go towing, I had an Amazon associate Ram a Forklift into the head of my trailer, however I found fix n go with a quick Google search who was only 10 minutes from the incident location. Within the first 15 seconds on the phone with them, the energy was amazing, and the woman in the office made this process such a Breeze. They got me in and out within 45 minutes and I was still able to pick my load up and continue my day. Shout out to MR OZ, Ms Jessica and Ms Ashley for fixing the Day literally. Awesome service!! I was broken down on the PA Turnpike with a blown air valve on a Volvo truck. Matt from the Shippensburg location arrived within 45 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and had me rolling again in about 4 hours, including drive time for Volvo parts. Will definitely be using them again if needed.

I had a breakdown on the side of the road. I called fix and go. I spoke to Jessica on the front office. She was very very helpful. They sent one of the best Mechanic called Brad The guy was very very good at his job he fixed my truck within two hours. I was gone. I highly recommended this place for anything about Truck. They always bring the goodness out of people.
