Awesome service!! I was broken down on the PA Turnpike with a blown air valve on a Volvo truck. Matt from the Shippensburg location arrived within 45 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and had me rolling again in about 4 hours, including drive time for Volvo parts. Will definitely be using them again if needed.
Great staffs. I was picking up a truck and other stuffs from thesse guys and everyone there was very helpful and polite. Especially Alex that measured that I was loaded in a safe way before anything. Hope to come back soon.
If you respect yourself don’t bring you truck here. Parts and labor are ridiculously overpriced (flex pipe was $180. You can get it in fleet pride store for $25-$30) and mechanics don’t fix your truck, they break it. Exhaust flex pipe had to be replaced. Instead, they messed with bunk heater exhaust pipe and I don’t really know what they did with it, except removing the mounting clamp. Since it’s no longer mounted now, it makes squeaky noise when I drive my truck. When asked the owner why I was charged for an hour for unnecessary repair (just removing the clamp), he couldn’t answer.
Plus I know one guy who had to abandon his International truck at this shop because they just couldn’t fix his transmission. Every day this shop messed with his transmission, the bill was getting bigger and bigger but no result in sight. So he just had to leave his truck here at this shop to compensate the “mechanics” precious time.
Just received great service from here. I was towed in yesterday for an air dryer around midnight. Not only did they have me ready to roll the next day, they had it done by checkout time at the hotel the next day on a Saturday. Highly recommend them if you ever breakdown North of the Baltimore area. Oz and my tow truck driver did an excellent job on my truck.
I had a breakdown on the side of the road. I called fix and go. I spoke to Jessica on the front office. She was very very helpful. They sent one of the best Mechanic called Brad The guy was very very good at his job he fixed my truck within two hours. I was gone. I highly recommended this place for anything about Truck. They always bring the goodness out of people.
I came in with a simple issue — the windshield washer wasn’t spraying. I told them exactly what was wrong. They asked me to fill out a form and wait. Fine, I filled it out. Then I waited 40 minutes doing absolutely nothing.
After that, they told me to bring the truck in so they could replace the part. I waited for about an hour, and then they came back with a bill for:
• $555 for 3 hours of labor
• $38 for the part
• $185 for a “diagnostic” I never asked for — and they never actually did. I told them myself what needed to be replaced.
Replacing a washer pump takes 15 to 30 minutes max. These guys were clearly wasting time to jack up the bill. Total scam behavior.
When I saw the bill, I refused the service and asked for my truck and keys back. That’s when things got really shady:
• They refused to give me my keys
• Blocked my truck in with two other vehicles
• Threatened to call the cops if I tried to leave
I never agreed to the $185 diagnostic fee. They charged me for 3 hours of labor when I was only there for 1 hour total. It’s dishonest and manipulative.
This isn’t a repair shop — it’s a trap. They lie, they overcharge, and they try to hold your vehicle hostage until you pay.
Avoid this place at all costs. You’ve been warned.

Came in to the Hagerstown MD location with a trailer roof repair. The whole team provided professional service and the repairmen "OZ" did an exceptionally well job on the repair itself. The whole process took 1hr 30min and i was back on the road. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIX N GO SERVICES if your ever traveling in the MD, and PA areas along I-81.

they started out saying for a used trailer tire we just put a used tire and rim on and scrap yours for 265
then its your rim is bad the holes are egg shaped they claimed - i should of made them show me but i didn’t realize they bold face liars and thief’s (thought u scraping)
but i was like what ever im just ready to go they wanted 535 i got them to 500
i go outside when im leaving and my rim was fine.
so i paid 500 for something that should of been 150
and we in this transportation game are holding on by nothing but faith and peaple like this stealing from us

These two Gentelmen, from the moment they came to the scene of the accident, were courteous, professional and on point. They explain everything they were going to do and how. Immediately putting me at ease, as a former Crash Recovery Supervisor in the USAF, I can atest these two individuals are what you would want in that moment, after an accident. Today I ran out of fuel and I got stuck in the intersection of the entrance of the high way I ran to the nearest pilot and they called this toeing company before the cops showed up they gave me a really good deal for just the toe and even helped me prime the fuel. It's never fun having to run out of gas especially in a box truck I would have paid $1500 if the cops should have called the toe company for me. I recommend giving these guys a chance.
Went here to have part of a load transfered and the guys were phenomenal, quick work and very professional. All hands on deck, definitely recommend giving them a call if you're in need
They did an awesome job helping us with our RV. They had a busy day but squeezed us in. Everyone so friendly easy to talk to.. Diesel, their dog, was friendly even with our little dogs. Prices were good. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely terrible experience at Fix&Go. I paid $2,900 and got nothing but wasted time and frustration. They kept my truck for three days, pretending to work on it, but it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. They just kept guessing, with no real diagnosis or solution.
These guys are not professionals. I lost money, time, and potential loads because of their incompetence. For a truck driver, every hour matters — and this shop completely failed me.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from Fix&Go. They’ll take your money and leave you with the same problem you came in with.

I'd like to thank Stephon and Ren for a great experience as it was my first time at the Hagerstown shop. I needed help locating a trailer to pick up. Ren made several phone calls as to an eta as well as location of the trailer. Stephon led me to the lot where it was located and waited patiently for me to do a pretrip rather than leave. It was spooky dark, and I couldn't see at the time. So, I appreciate the efforts you took for me to get in and out. Definitely would recommend anyone needing tow services or repairs to check out the Hagerstown MD location. Keep up the good work everyone.
Only place that was willing to help us while we were stranded with 2 blown tires on our motor home. Came out go our blown tires and rims took them back to the shop and brought them back out and installed them. Everyone was very helpful
After going to a competitor where there was no mechanic or boss. I went to their shop, arrived at 9:30 a.m. and left at 5 p.m. They took care of me right away. The electrical mechanic was very efficient and one of the best I have found in my career. And all the staff are very kind. And finally, the bill is very correct, Excellent work ladies and gentlemen, I highly recommend and I will talk about them to those around me. My box truck body needed a fix after a minor accident. The guys did a great job and was done with an hour. OZ was especially helpful. Customer service was amazing. Loved my experience. Kudos guys
