This company is money hungry. I got myself into a situation. Yes I did. I did not mind paying I was ready to pay $350 , They charge me $275 more than what the last company charged me when I got myself into the same situation. They gave me a price breakdown and when I read the price breakdown, some of the stuff on there was stuff that a tow truck driver was going to have to do regardless. They charge me to pick up their own tools and use them. 0 stars They charge me for storage and my truck was only on their property for 3 to 4 hours and when they picked it up, they were closed so I couldn’t immediately go get it And they still charged me for storage. 000000000000000 stars

They were AMAZING! We were stuck on the side of the for hours waiting for the insurance company tow. One phone call and they were able to pick us up. We were extremely grateful! Very professional, communication the whole time, quick response. Great company and would highly recommend!

Great experience with Tow Pros today. Unable to jump start the car and needed a tow to the shop. Spoke to Will and he was able to fit us in today. Called before arriving and the best news of all he was able to jump start the car. So did not have to pay the tow fee, just service call. In addition he gave me a $20 discount. reached out to TOW PROS first due to the fact tthey were local for me. called a few other towing comanies but went with TOW PROS because of the significant price difference. Will was on time, personable and exuded confidance in his abilities. i would highly recommend them

I called on a Sunday and William was available to come out within an hour. He was professional and more importantly friendly. I was going to get a car towed but we realized it was not worth repairing so he bought it at a fair price. We also had another car that has been sitting for a year which he bought from us as well. Highly recommended!

Her Dad got this '77 Nova when she was 3yo and nows she's 30. Difficult is the day when one needs a tow truck, easy is getting that tow truck from Tow Pros.
