The mechanics here are professional and honest! Our check oil light came on, so we went to the nearest auto shop very nervous about a potentially costly and long visit. But after our experience, we left relieved and happy with the service Evan provided for us! Went there to have four tires balanced. And one tire had a slow leak. They very quickly found the leak it was a valve stem. And repaired it. All took about 1/2 hour.Very helpful and professional . And the price was very responsible. Would recommend.
I have been here several times for tire repair. I went to purchase a vehicle and they said the car needed the A/C looked checked. Weeks passed and I never heard from them so I stopped past. The manager was apparently using the vehicle and they increased the price $1200. I won't go there again and because of their dishonesty I don't recommend them to anyone.
PLEASE USE UR COMMON SENSE. first off I want to say I have been here so many times before but for "used tires" and I had my breaks done. I have recommended so many people to them. My own job even goes to them for maintenance but NOT ANYMORE. Today disappointed me in so many ways . Let's talk about it. Let me add this is the first time I have dealt with it guess it's the owner idk for sure but I have never ever dealt with him in my past experience being there also I have a ("work dashcam) which records every single second lol. Mind you this was my work vehicle not personal. Anyways my boss this morning 3/5/26 tells me to call around to see about tire prices. So I did just that I called several places. Finally I got to a shop called 'Jennifer's used tired located in mechanicsville close to sams. We'll Jennifer's gave me one price which actually was not bad for 2 NEW tires they quoted me 330 for two new tires I have a hudge suv so too me thats was great . I then call sams someone that I and my company has worked with in the past . THE OWENER of sams tires as there was another gentleman there with a amazing old body car (I ended up getting pictures of his car because my dad would loved it) but he is proof of all of this in shit and giggles he was actually the one that told me the man I was dealing with was the owner p.s I could describe the said owner. Okay lets get back to it. I call and the owner which I could match the voice with my dash cam that's always recording. I told him NOT ONCE BUT TWICE the size of my tires I need which was 2 oh yeah let me add the size ( 275/55R20) I will upload to photo if I can because im a female idk this shit so I took photos of my tires so I knew what I told him was correct) not once but twice I repeated myseld after he told me 315 "out the door" because me myself as a female wants too know what I will be paying ALL TOG
I have been to Sam's many times. Each time they are always very fast and make the experience pretty simple. I've had them take tire off and mount balance new ones i bought elsewhere. I have also purchased tires from them.
I wouldn’t give this place any stars. I ask him how much for a used tire? He said there were different I pick one that was 75 dollars I ask him how much for putting it on and stuff. He said everything is included. When I go to pay he charged 5 for disposal fee and 4 dollars and some change for taxes plus . 2.79 for using a card. I walked out and said I guess I won’t be coming back but talking to myself. He is going to say what did you say and tried to get smart. DO NOT GO HERE. He is a scammer
I live in La Plata and work in California and I have driven pass Sam’s so much in the past year and a half today I left my job and my tire blew out. I was able to call Sam’s And get my tire replaced in less than six minutes and at an affordable cost as well for anyone that makes a commute along 235. Sam’s is the place to go. The crew was cool too Even though they were getting ready to close
Got two used tires the other day. One was out of balance so brought it back to get balanced. They swapped out the tire for one with cracks that i watched them patch. They denied they patched it, all 3 of the guys working denied it. I went to another Sam's and they swapped me out for a decent tire. Be very careful about this location, just make sure no cracks, check the year and for patches.
These guys are the worst. DONT GO TO THEM!!! They sell bad tires, I'm their neighbor. The tire guy has no idea what he is doing.. all the weights he put on my tires came off within 30 mins. They refuse to take the tires back and now I need a mechanic to turn off a light on my dash board that says my traction control is on. Go somewhere else. I paid 100 bucks last week for tires you don't want on your car. Lesson learned. 100 bucks will now cost me at least 300. Don't deal with these low lifes
Friendly staff, Good prices! They've been great to us and our business! We have many vehicles and they are always accommodating. It's first come first serve. No appointments.
Every time I go there they always take care of me and instead of trying to sell me something to try to fix what's wrong it's a good spot to go to and well worth the money
I picked up a nail in one tire and needed a replacement. Sam’s had great used options that look almost brand new. Great quality and price. The service was incredibly friendly and professional and they had it replaced in minutes. I would definitely recommend using Sam’s!
Called Friday to have my mud tires removed from a set of wheels & mount another set. Came that Sunday, guy said he can’t do them till Monday when another guy can help him( which is no issue I understand). So I Come back Monday morning, tells me it’s only him there and he can’t do them till Wednesday. I wasted two days in fuel, was trying to do the right thing and support small business like I always do. That’s a wrap I’ll never go there again.
Hello i neeed a tire in an emergency and this ship was a life savor...even worked with me on the price seeing as though i was far from home and in a bind
I picked up a bold and a nail in my tire 45 miles from home. Every tire place was closed, but as a last resort I called Sam’s and explained my situation. The owner explained that the shop was closed but he would wait for me and he did. He was very pleasant and professional. I am very grateful and highly recommend the shop. 5 stars is not enough.
