Our Traverse was damaged while parked. Morgan's repaired the damage so it looks brand new. We had a minor pickup with the insurance Co pay but it was quickly resolved so would definitely recommend them for repair work!
This auto body shop did a great job on my car. Most places were not willing to take the job because insurance would not be paying for it, but he was willing to take the job and took less than 2 days to do it. He was very nice and very friendly. Very skilled, too. I was not previously a friend or family, I just found his shop via Google in the area. I see some reviews saying that he took too long on their car, but I think that is not fair because he has to wait for parts and wait on insurance. He has a chart in his office trying to explain to people why it can take a long time working with car insurance. I would definitely go back for another job and recommend him to others.
All the positive reviews are fake and must be from family and friends. *Please take heed to my review because looking at the reviews was the determining factor in patronizing this business *Literally the worst Auto Body ever!!! Was reffered to by my insurance and 8 months later my car is still not fixed. They returned my car partially fixed after a month and a half ( mind you they NEVER called to give me updates i always had to call). Through the entire process there was no communication. Once i got my car back i was told to come back the following week to have it finished. I took off work just for the mechanic to not show. Then wen i bought it back the following week they created problems that were not present when i intially bought it in. I have been calling to have this fixed but basically they are telling me that dont have anyone skilled enough to fix it. Just dont waste ur time and money. I should have known this place was sketchy when i was calling around and everybody didn’t have availability for weeks out but this shop had immediate availability
This is the worst auto body shop ever, they take for ever, they don't communicate with you. This was a terrible experience for me and I will never ever go back or refer anyone. This place deserves no stars at all
I have known Mr. Morgan for 15 years and he has been very professional and honest. He is a man who looks out for you and make sure the insurance company be fare. Great job!!!
Accepted the work to repair my car then let it sit for 4 weeks while making false claims about researching parts numbers needed for the repairs that I volunteered to purchase and deliver. Would NOT Recommend.
