Some of the rudest and unprofessional customer service I ever received. I asked for a quote for a very simple routine repair on my car, and not only were they rude to me, they were also arguing with each other over determining a price for the service. I left without them even touching my car. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve been getting my vehicles repaired here for 20 years and was always pleased with their service. I don’t take a vehicle anywhere else since I found Pete and Alex at Autozone in Wheaton.
Brought my van in because engine light was on. Was told they didn't know what was wrong but that something was wrong. About a week later my transmission went out. They were the best price on replacing. However when I got my van back it was either their mechanics or the mechanics at Nissan that left grease stains on my flooring (which has not come out a year later) and interior. After a couple of months driving with the new transmission it went out again. This time they found a problem with an intake hose (pic below) that attaches to the back of the transmission that was completely brittle and falling apart. How they missed this failing part when the transmission was put in is still a mystery? Needless to say it was fixed for another $$$. So based on this experience I don't know if I can really recommend Autoserv for anything other than routine maintenance, oil changes etc., which they have been great at. They at least found a problem as well where as 3 other mechanics in the area did not and claimed it to be just how Nissan engines are.
My car had been stolen and in need of repairs. From the time shop received vehicle I was provided price to complete which was more than fair price for repairs and to my Surprise car was ready the next business day. Alex and staff were amazing to deal with. I highly recommend this honest place of business.

Pete was the mechanic who took care of my vehicle. Honestly speaking, the whole staff made me feel very comfortable and were very kind. I truly recommend them for their services.
The mechanic said that he could work on my car and then gave me an appointment. But then when I went there and left my car at 9:00 they called me back at 2:00 saying that they were not able to work on the car because somebody else worked on the car. This mechanic has no clue about the work hes doing. I don't reccomend anyone to take you're car here.
Was told about this business from a parent and I tried it out and I was very pleased with their work. They had my car done in one day and very pleasant people and the price was affordable. I would recommend this location to anyone who needed work done on their vehicle. They seem to do a lot of repairs. I will be going back in about a month for tires. Have not had a problem with the van since I left there. You can't go wrong if you walk in the door.
Brought in my Jeep recently because the check engine light was on. My first time here because it doesn't look like an auto repair shop from the street. I always thought it was just an auto parts store. They were quick, honest, and gave me a reasonable price for the repair. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. It really felt like they knew what they were doing, and cared about what they do, which is rare.
FANTASTIC! I've been using this shop for years and getting all this excellent service without leaving a review finally got to me. This is a jem! They embody small-town decency and honesty. These guys have won my loyalty over and over again. And I know I'm one of many, many repeat customers. I have a funny old car I foolishly adore. Risky combination except this shop has never pushed unnecessary or too-expensive work. Their pricing is more than fair for the area and their work is stellar. I actually carry their card in my purse and car to offer to others. I'm a woman and know that we can sometimes be treated unfairly, to say the least. I've never once felt intimidated or uncomfortable with any of the men who work here. They're a genuinely lovely bunch with a lot of knowledge, experience, instinct, and kindness. It's a wonder to me that mechanics like this still exist and I'm exceptionally luck to have found them. I don't know how many people feel this way about their mechanics but I love this place. They feel like a part of my community in the best way. Five, six, ten stars!
If people committed to their marriages the way they commit to a mechanic, there would be no divorce. I am no exception. I've been coming here since my first car (18 years ago). The crew here is tip top. I always trust that they have my best interest in mind. Even though I drive a car that can't be serviced by them, I still like to bring my car here for tire plugs and flats. The veteran staff are pros and care for your car like you're a friend. Need a mechanic recommendation? Well look no further.

Was in a bind when I drove over a nail across the street and drove over to get it plugged. They were about closed for the day and still did it quickly and efficiently! Great service! Shout out to Percy and the front desk clerk!
Went here to get an interlock installed on a car and they took forever. One of their service people mentioned they had installed the wrong device into my car which already was a red flag. I spent over 2 hours here, I never returned to service my device. Ended up going elsewhere for calibration, now I’m getting the device removed at the shop I’ve been coming to and they’re mentioning that whoever installed the device messed up my cars auto start, they’re going to try to repair but wow so upsetting to hear if you can avoid this place please do so. Bad experience from beginning to end.
I brought my Honda in for routine maintenance and while maybe not the friendliest service, it was reasonably fast and very reasonably priced. I found Alex honest in telling me what maintenance needed to be performed, good at communicating the work completed, and generous in adding extra services at no cost to help the whole system run better. Highly recommend.
Can't say enough great things about this place! They keep their word when letting you know pickup time, have extremely fair prices and rather than performing work and charging you "just because", they give you an honest assessment about what work really needs to get done: a rare thing at auto shops!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We've been going to them for several years and their prices are honest and they're pretty quick. Alex has looked into weird noises that our car was making and not charged us when he didn't find anything. When a faulty part caused catastrophic damage to our engine, they redid the work that they had done the year before even though we were over the warranty mileage. Maria was awesome and bent over backward to take care of us. We'll (continue to) be loyal customers for as long as we live here!
I brought my car here a while back because my friend recommended the place to me and I received decent service. However my issue is with the customer service. Both times that I have been here I feel as though I am not valued. The front desk person I think his name was Alex is very rude. Maybe he was having an off day both times, but I was nice and trying to explain the issue with my car. He didn't even let me finish my sentences and told me that it'll take all day to diagnose the issue. Maybe they've already established their customer base and don't care as much anymore. I don't think I've ever been treated this way from a business, and they really need to step up their customer service.
Fantastic service, removes the negative stigma of dishonest mechanics. These guys are professionals, give you a fair diagnosis with fair prices and speedy turn around times to get you back on the road. Will recommend to friends and family.
Great service! Alex was amazing - I requested a Continental tires installation and when I was checking with other shops no one mentioned Continental total satisfaction program - free one year road hazard protection, but Alex did. Also I asked for alignment check and this was done free of charge.
These guys are terrific to the point where they might actually hit the trifecta (speed, quality, and affordable). I've taken my car to them twice now after the dealership botched respective repairs and they've been courteous, flexible, and efficient. Can't recommend them enough!

This auto service is the best that you will ever find. Been coming here for decades and have never had a bad experience. Would recommend for any make model or year of car. All the staff is professional and capable of handling any job.
Quality repair and maintenance work, and friendly, knowledgeable group of mechanics. Owner takes time to explain issues and recommendations. I've saved considerably over going back to the auto dealers for personal and company vehicles.
