I stopped by Advance Auto Parts today and had a great experience thanks to Antonio and Elmer. Both of them were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. They took the time to listen to my issue, walked me through a few things, and made sure I left with the right information. You don’t always get that level of service at auto parts stores, but these guys really went above and beyond. If you stop by this location, ask for Antonio or Elmer. Great people and great customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service! the lack of professionalism here is ridiculous. Why is the store manager mocking customers and gossiping about people during work hours??? I WILL NEVER step foot here ever again. GET A NEW MANAGER/BOSS ASAP! do better.

Everytime I come to this location the employees are always attentive and very helpful with every customer. The store is always clean organized and well stocked with inventory unlike other locations which brings me to this location. What stood out in today’s visit was I believe Maryouri who was answering some of my questions and concerns for a gasket for my drain plug not being copper as I wanted or only knew about she expressed her knowledge about the ones they had on hand and stated that they worked the exact same way. The conference in her tone and the way she articulated the product not only made me buy it but I brought two. Not to mention her shift was already over and she was ready to walk out the door until she heard me questioning the product with another one of her colleagues she worked with so she turned around and helped me. Thanks for the great customer service and positive attitude towards the customers! And as always I will be returning here whenever I need and parts/tools for any of my three cars.

Very bad place it's not recommended to go. Their employees are very rude and arrogant as well as . They don't have interest to help customer.. please no be there anymore.

Very poor customer service experience. The cashier was extremely rude to one of the customers. I understand that some questions might seem unnecessary or obvious to the staff, but regardless of how simple a question may appear, it is their duty to respond politely, with a smile, and without making the customer feel embarrassed. After the customer left, the cashier proceeded to mock him for the question he had asked, which is completely unprofessional. The manager, who was present, seemed indifferent and did not make any effort to go above and beyond to assist customers. As a company, you should ensure that your staff receives proper customer service training. This incident occurred on 10/25/2025, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The manager was a female, and the cashier was a male wearing black-framed glasses.

Customer Service needs a lot of improvement. I called for to comfirm a part was available. I asked the Rep if they can hold it, that I would be right over to pick up the part. I was told that they cannot hold a part for me. I asked the reps name and was told the name is Jenine (sp?) and calls himself Mike. When I arrived at the store I purchaed the part and asked for the Manager. The Rep who processed my purchase said the other individual Mike is the store Manager. I overheard Mike inidate to someone on the phone that the part will be held for that person. As a paying customer, I don't appreciate sub-parr treatment. I am finding another auto parts store for my business.

Such nice staff!!! Isabelle, Denise, Jimmy, and Ray are the BEST! I went in several times around Christmas to purchase floor mats, brake clean and a trunk mat that were on clearance. Everyone was helpful and polite and vibed well together. Isabelle was able to transfer over several items that the store didn't have which was AWESOME! She was very knowledgeable and seemed to have mastered the parts counter. Several days later, I brought my friend in to get the same floor mats and a pair of LED headlight bulbs. He enjoyed the visit and was thrilled with the bulbs and mats after we installed them. Kudos to this nice crew. I give honorable mention to Kisha, who helped me get the names of the people that I wanted to include in this review. She was friendly and helped get the information I need. I have not worked with her, but she sounded very positive and was willing to help.

I visited here at 7 30 night. There was one old guy, his name is Ssi Val lom. He looks like 60 or 70. He didn't care about his customers even for a second and ignored me, saying he was leaving work. When he saw me alone, he pretended not to notice me and left work.

I had a fantastic experience at Advanced Auto Parts in Wheaton. From the moment I walked in, the staff was helpful and professional. I have been to other locations and assistance and help cannot match the Wheaton location. Isabella, the employee who assisted me, was especially outstanding. Not only did she quickly assess the issue, but she also explained the process and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. Isabella was friendly and knowledgeable to ensure my experience was smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and positive attitude throughout the entire process. Thanks again to Isabella and the team for their great work! Would recommend those who need battery changes or any car issues to come to this location! 10/10

I appreciate a job that is done effectively and with attention to the smallest detail. BRYAN is exactly the person you need for such a job . Not only that he was knowledgeable about the product I needed to get my Truck back on the road , he also made sure that I understood my options and recommended the one that was within my budget and would deliver great results. Will be returning to the Wheaton Advanced Auto Parts in the future.

Long time car owner; self-service neophyte. It was a rainy night, and, following a recent exuberant de-snowing of my car, my kids had rendered a wiper blade to a spaghetti noodle. The staff at Advance Auto Parts were quick with insight on what I needed, clear on their capacity to solve my need as part of the purchase (thank you!), and respectful of my wish to pursue the replacement myself (neophytes gotta try!). While their products guided me to the correct solution, I did need support with my "self-made" implementation of that solution, and on my re-entry to the store, the staff were friendly and their competence and support resolved the problem immediately. Thank you!

The last two times I have been to Advance Auto Parts, the employees have been super generous and helpful. Today, Carlos walked with me out to my car to make sure I was purchasing the correct replacement bulb for my headlight. Then he offered to install it for me, and also tightened up a few loose pieces that he had noticed under the hood of my car. He didn’t have to do any of those things, so I really appreciated his kindness in helping me out!

I was wandering around in the shopping mall while waiting for my nephew's appointment at MedStar Urgent Care. While there I went to Advanced Auto Parts thinking I may want to get some tape for my car due to recent auto claim in process. It opened my eyes with so many auto supplies. At the cashier with Brandy she's very helpful in answering my questions and even walk the extra mile to see my car and used the store tape fixed the issue at hand for me. This was totally beyond my expectation. If I need anything for auto related I would go there next time. Thank you again Brandy for your help!

This was my 2nd time there to receive a refund on an item that I didn't have to pay for due to a warranty. This company's computers are not connected to one another so I had to drive to one store and get the transaction info and take it back to the store for my refund. The manager was really patient and understanding but still needs to be trained on how to research customer's warranty information.

Associate didnt want to really help me. Nasty attitude. I had a lot of question she was rude and a customer from fire stone came into the store and helped me out a lot. I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager. This all took place on Saturday at approx 8ish maybe. Spanish woman long black hair about 5'3. I was happy when I left the store thank to Daniel from firestone.

Pleasantly surprised. Will remembered my call and knew exactly what to do. My car died in the lot and Jeff installed the new battery. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Great place I will come back too.

This is probably the worse auto parts store I've been to. Unfortunately for me,it's the closest auto part store by far. My last visit will be my last visit because the manager and staff really have no customer service skill. I waited for the manager to get off his computer for 15 minutes to help me test 2 batteries. No customers and no reason for not helping me except I'm white. I was going to buy a coupe more items which I dropped to the floor on my way out after I got tired of waiting. I tried to get one of 2 other guys to help me but no result. I was pleasant and professional. They were not.

Staff was very helpful! Nice people and they installed battery for me. However, my sale through the website was really nuts. It took a long time and 3 tries before it went through correctly.

Very honest. Will definitely shop here in the future. I bought a used car a while back, which recently struggled to start, and the dealer warranty already expired on the car, so I took it to Advance Auto Parts for a free diagnostic battery test, which indicated a defective battery. I was ready to buy a new battery, but the gentleman helping me noticed a warranty sticker on the old battery (beyond the original car warranty) and advised me to contact the dealership. He was right. The dealer replaced the battery for free, saving me $150+.

They have always had any auto part in stock that I have ever needed. From oil changes to break pads to cast headlights they have never failed me before. Staff is helpful and willing to help you find whatever it is that you need to get your project done in one trip.

Extremely helpful, courteous, cheerful. I went there with a dead battery, not knowing if it was past resurrection (charge), and not even sure of the year of the car (it was dead at home) - they figured it out, checked the battery, figured out that it had a defective cell in it, and sent me off with the correct new one in no time at all. Wonderful.
