I had a great experience buying a used car for my son at the Germantown Fitzgerald dealership. From beginning to end we were treated with courtesy and attention by Marina and Chris who worked with me and responded to any questions thoroughly and promptly. Kudos to both of them. I would also mention Julius and Genesis who were super kind and efficient.
I felt led to write about our positive experience purchasing a used car at "FitzMall" Fitzgerald of Germantown. My car was very old with lots of miles on it, and it was time to trade it in. We had briefly looked at a few of the larger dealerships in the area beforehand, but they were so crowded with difficult parking areas that we were a bit uncomfortable. The Germantown location is clean with a comfortable waiting area, complimentary drinks, and nice bathrooms. Our salesperson Christopher Canizales was friendly, patient and helpful. He was resourceful about giving us unbiased information about any car we were interested in without being polarizing toward one specific car and we never felt rushed or pressured. He answered all of our questions without pressure and was knowledgeable to explain all of the features of each car. He even drove to another dealership to pick up a car that we were interested in and brought it back while we ate lunch. One of the cars we were very interested in reeked of cigarette smoke. He arranged to have it cleaned and sanitized. We went back two days later, but it still smelled of smoke. In the meantime, he had found a few more cars for us to look at and we liked one of them even better. We ended up purchasing it. The business manager Ty Thach was also very helpful setting up the financing for us. He helped our sales go smoothly, and he patiently explained everything to us in simple terms. I was impressed with the huge electronic screen on the desk that was easy for us to read and sign our signatures. All in all, it was a painless, positive experience. We will definitely go back there again for any future car purchases that we need. It is a gem hidden in the middle of Germantown that I would highly recommend.

The manager and my sales guy, Chris,were super nice, friendly, welcoming and did their best to accommodate my wishes! Got a great finance rate and never felt overwhelmed or pushed into anything I didn't want. The price on the car is what I paid. Didn't have a trade in for any wiggle room on the price but I'm very happy with my purchase!
Sold me a flooded car, had my insurance to pay for it although it was their fault since I only had the car for 5 days at the time. And now its a strike on me. Bad idea I should have returned it without letting them fix it. Be careful with these people.

I was so excited to buy a car from them. My salesman seemed to be very invested in caring at first he was returning calls he was doing complete follow through I brought a used car and I had sensor lights that kept coming up so I would call him and I literally have not heard back from him for 3 days I've gone up there he has not even checked to see how it's going to be rectified in my car is only 2 weeks old so it's left a bad taste in my mouth I was going to refer this place to four people that I know that needs a car but I did not get the follow through I haven't even had the respect enough to get a call back so just beware

Chris was very patient with me while I test drove the car. He also made me tea and this was just another example of his kindness. Along with Chris, Ty Thach, the business manger, was transparent about all of the paperwork and ensured everything would transfer smoothly. He was prepared and informative of every step of the process. Overall, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience convenient and enjoyable. Not a good place to sell a car. They did not honor their original offer, and decided to lowball for 700$ less than they’d quoted to buy the car online. Even worse they LIED about my car not passing vehicle emissions to justify their undercutting, the car had literally been worked on 2 weeks prior and received a passed inspection then where emissions were fine. Very sketchy.
Added one star because at least the associate I worked with, Judie, was nice while getting initial paperwork done. Still, I sold my car elsewhere and received significantly more for it than what Fitzgerald offered.
The service was like no other dealership that I’ve visited. The salesman was helpful in finding me the car with everything I was looking for with no pressure whatsoever. I had a great experience with our salesman Chris. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he did not push me to get anything other than what I was set on. He was patient and very detailed with me. I’m so happy I was able to purchase my daughter’s first car through him. I was putting it off so long bc I hate car salesman but Chris made me feel so
comfortable.
Judie and Ty were amazing. They got me a very competitive loan same day, beating what my banks were offering me, and at the same time the car price was very fair. They were very knowledgeable, considerate, and patient with me for my first car purchase. I drove 2 hours just so I could get my car here. They even took care of my cross-state paperwork. The dealership is also very considerate towards military, which I certainly appreciated.
I would honestly consider driving the 2 hours again for my next car. Anyone who comes here will find a stress free no pressure situation, with a nice selection.

Worked with Jacob and Ty to purchase a vehicle out-of-state. They were transparent about the condition of the vehicle and very willing to make the transaction happen even though I couldn't come in to the dealership to finalize it in person. When I arrived to drive the vehicle home, it was in better condition than what they had indicated and posed no issues for my 800 mile drive home. Quick almost hassle free dealership. Showed up after sending an email. Car was right up front ready to test drive. Walked in and gave them my license and not 5 mins later we were on the road to the test drive. Car is basically brand new so no issues with it. Just be very careful of the options listed and how it compares with the actual car. Well prices but this is a no haggle dealership. I was in search of a used Highlander on a Saturday and found a great online price at Fitzgerald and bought it on the following Monday. I connected by text with sales consultant Judie, who was super responsive, informed, and friendly. He had the car ready for me to test drive before I arrived and allotted plenty of time for me to take it for a test drive at 7 pm. He made sure to check that I was set up with the Toyota app and made me aware of some other features I didn't know the Highlander had. Judie continues to check in and follow up; making sure I am happy with the purchase and making sure the service department had my second key replaced. Overall, it was a great experience with a welcoming environment. I highly recommend Judie and his team if you need a good salesman.
